Номер дали не тот, что бронировали, территория грязная и неухоженная, какое то белье висит на веревках, лесенка у бассейна вот вот отвалится, бассейн грязный, какое то помещение открытое у бассейна, а там хлам, где душ тоже ужас у бассейна. Хотя на ресепшн все красивое, в стиле старины . Но внутри все убитое.

This should be an apartment business, not a hotel. The stuff they don’t support is really rude, and there are insects everywhere. Not recommended.

We chose this place for our family trip, and it is one of the most ideal hotels for families (it is run by a lovely family, after all). The rooms and beds are clean, and the breakfast is a traditional Turkish spread—so there is no need to pay extra elsewhere to try a local breakfast. My children and I were very pleased, and we will definitely come back. :)

Die Lage und der Service des Hotels waren hervorragend; die Zimmer und die öffentlichen Bereiche waren sauber. Dass das Hotel großen Wert auf Hygiene legt, war uns besonders wichtig. Wir haben kein Frühstück gebucht, es wurde uns aber angeboten, und wir haben lokale Spezialitäten probiert, was uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Der Pool und der Garten waren sauber und ruhig; kurzum, alles verdient die volle Punktzahl (10/10). Vielen Dank!

Отвратительный интернет, его по сути не было!!! Грязные душевые , вода стояла и не сливалась! Душ невозможно было настроить или холодная вода или кипяток и очень слабый напор. Нам дали одно малюсенькое покрывало на 2х, пообещав принести еще одно, так и не сделали это! И, САМОЕ ВПЕЧАТЛЯЮЩЕЕ🤢🤢🤢🤢- ЗАВТРАК!! Мы были на нем один раз и на этом всё, хотя оплатили номер с завтраком, горстка вчерашнего картофеля фри, маленькая сухая сосиска, пара помидорок…. Фото прилагаю. За такую стоимость соотношение сервиса страдает! Есть гораздо более приятные отели !!! БОЛЬШЕ НИКОГДА СЮДА НЕ ПОЕДЕМ!

Le personnel était sympa. La situation géographique de cet établissement, transport en commun et lieux à visiter à proximité. Le vieux Antalya est un incontournable de cette grande ville. Etablissement avec une petite piscine calme Etablissement calme Quartier très animé

D'être bloqués dans la salle de bain à 2 reprises, la réparation du verrou a été très tardive et la porte était maintenu avec une chaussure afin de maintenir la porte fermée. En quinze jours les draps ont été remplacés une seule fois ! Le ménage n'est pas effectué tous les 2 jours comme indiquer (ce qui implique également le changement des serviettes de toilette...) Parfois 3 jours sans ménage de la chambre et le changement de serviette. Petit déjeuner pas très varié. Pour avoir déjà effectué un séjour dans le même quartier, j'ai un moyen de comparaison avec un autre établissement qui était très bien.

Location was great. But if you want to have quiet vacation then old town is not for you. Live music in the bar next door untill 00:00. My room had nice balcony to the street side with a view to a fancy hotel garden/restaurant. And as there was live music in the bar next to the hotel...I had free concert on my balcony every night. Breakfest was good. My host Mert was very friendly, always smiling and present in the reception. The hotel is run by one family. Fresh juice bar just in front of the hotel. Check-in was 14.00 but I could leave my luggage in the lobby. Also when I was leaving. Tramm station is really near...it takes you to the beach area but also to airport. 1 ride is only 35 lira. Shops all around and are open at least until 23:00

It was a bit noisy. And the facilities looked a bit better on the photos while I was booking. It is an old building. There was a small problem that the water didnt go away in shower...it went away eventually. But the prize was fair. 315 euro for 6 nights.

Title: Great hospitality We stayed here for 11 nights. At first we were a little disappointed, as the photos don’t fully match reality – the accommodation is a bit outdated and the cleaning could be improved. However, we quickly got over this because the location is absolutely fantastic! The hospitality of the staff and the owners really made all the difference. Such a lovely family made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next year for an autumn holiday

Świetna lokalizacja, pusty basen i miły personel.

Śniadania nie były smaczne, przez 10 dni pobytu bufet był rozłożony tylko raz przez kolejne dni o śniadanie trzeba się prosić, więc nie dostaniesz tego na co masz ochotę, monotonia codzinnie to samo. Czystość pokoi dramat, brzydziłam się myć pod prysznicem który był cały w pleśni, pod łóżkiem znaleźliśmy pety i pełno kurzu. Wszystko słychać, drzwi od balkonu nie szczelne, zero prywatności.Zdjecia na booking nie mają nic wspólnego z tym jak naprawdę to wygląda.

10 Punkte in jeder Hinsicht :) Es ist eine wirklich saubere, renovierte und hygienische Umgebung. Man merkt, dass dem Pool und dem Garten große Bedeutung beigemessen wurde. Die Zimmer waren sauber und hygienisch. Die Duschen funktionieren einwandfrei (glauben Sie nicht den Lügen, die hier geschrieben werden). Danke, wir kommen wieder :)

Det var en god beliggenhed og tæt på klippe stranden. Poolen var dejlig nedkølet , da der var meget der Personalet var altid smilende og hjælpsomme

Perfect location. Close to everything. Good size pool with both sunny and shady spots. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Personnel was nice, polite, and helpful. Pool was nice. Great location in Old Town. Good and interesting building in style of Old Town. Hot water, electricity were available. No insects were noticed in the room.

The whole property needs repair and cleaning (public spaces). The facilities in our room needed repair, missing light bulbs, surfaces that needed cleaning, and there were things (garbage) in our room left from previous visitors. The place looks like it lost its cosyness bacause of poor maintenance.

Am ales sa rezervam la acest hotel, in ciuda scoringului mic, și nu ne-a părut rau. Personalul pe toată perioada sejurului ne-a întrebat dacă este totul ok și dacă avem nevoie de ceva. Chiar am avut o problema cu dusul, care a fost soluționată extrem de prompt. Locatia hotelului foarte buna, în zona veche a orașului, in proximitatea supermarket-urilor, a mijloacelor de transport în comun și a punctelor de preluare pentru excursii organizate. Piscina extrem de curata, micul dejun bun și proaspăt zi de zi, camera de asemenea. Aerul condiționat funcționa foarte bine, având o camera cu vedere către strada in care era foarte cald pe timpul zilei, soarele bătând direct. Probabil camerele cu vedere către piscina sunt mai răcoroase. Personalul hotelului a fost amabil, ne-a permis sa petrecem timpul la piscina hotelului până la zborul de seara, cu toate că eliberasem camera.

Ușa de la balcon (camera 301) nu se închidea, decât dacă o trânteam, avand un defect, iar la dus, apa venea când foarte rece, când extrem de fierbinte. O singura data pe perioada sejurului de 9 nopți au fost schimbate prosoapele, însă lenjeria de pe pat nici măcar odată. Am rugat personalul sa ne facă puțin curățenie in camera, după a șasea noapte, însă nu au onorat solicitarea noastră.

Awful The hotel owner are hustlers, he claimed that we brought water and food from outside the property and asked us to pay them money, he brought us 2 police officers and when I stood and told them that I want to complain in our Embassy and that I want to go to the police station they stopped hustling us.

The whole experience is awful, the hotel owner told me kids we don't want to see you in our country, he is racist and does not deserve to work in hospitality business.

Overall evaluation is big Zero! This place is not safe for tourists. Worst experience in my life! Zero respect, I felt threatened and unsafe. The owner is sitting there to annoy the guests and threaten them. Zero services! Zero cleanliness. They refused to clean the room, one week stay with the same bed sheet. I had to empty the bathroom trash bin myself!😣 bathroom was smelly! The owner told me I will not clean the room and go and complain to the police or booking. Not allowed to eat or drink in the room (as if it is a school) and the owner called the police for me when the kids got food to the room.

L’accueil a été chaleureux. La chambre correspondait aux attentes. Mais impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres et la chasse d’eau marchait mal. L’eau de la douche était tiède. Le séjour était agréable malgré tout.

ROOM WITHOUT BALCONY- A LITTLE TINY. BREAKFAST TIME- 08.00-10.00. IF YOU MAKE SOME TRIPS- MOST OF THEM STARTS AT 7.30, SO YOU ARE NO BREAKFAST, ALTHOUGH YOU PAID FOR IT. PROBLEM WITH TRANSFER OF BUTTER, NO BUTTER FOR BREAKFAST, YOU NEED TO BUY IT FOR YOURSELF IN MINI-MARKET- PRICE 68 TURKISH LIRA.

Rated 2 star which is about right. It is a well worn hotel, but everything seemed to work. Good mattress, large shower, working aircon, hot water reliable and a decent little pool with sun loungers. Must admit i wasn't expecting much reading the reviews, none of which were very recent, but it was ok and in a great location. Oddly, they dont want you to take any food or drink into rooms and there is no kettle provided, which is a pain. Somone complained that they insist you leave keys at reception when you go out, but i cant see the problem as reception is open 24hrs. Cleaning seems to be on a casual basis, but not a big issue. They do a decent breakfast which was a very modest 5€\200TRY. I believe they do food during the day/evening but i didnt try it. All in all, you get what you pay for here, and itvis fairly cheap.

Location is in central. easy access to shopping and restaurants. Public transport is close by. Pool 1.8M deep.

AC units are too small for big family room. No hot water, had to take bath with cold water. I was given a room with broken Toilet door lock(Room#202). Door wouldn't stay shut. I had to force them to change the room, first they asked me to get in touch with bookings.com which i refused and insisted that they've got to sort this out. Eventually I was given a different room with better condition(Room#204). The Curtains were hanging off the hooks in the new room but it was live able. I hope they will improve the condition of the rooms. Also hotel picture is for the back yard with Pool, not the hotel front.

The staff/manager named David ( according to him his name is David) was horrible! He was arrogant and insensitive plus a big liar! First he denied the fact that according to facilities they advertised on booking.com, a kettle is provided. I had to struggle to make him understand that’s what it says on advertised room facilities. Second , he told me no food and drinks are allowed inside our hotel room. He said we have to do everything in the hotel lounge/cafeteria. He acted so rude and authoritative I felt utterly threatened and discriminated! I never experienced like this in all of my travels, an hotel staff/ manager disrespectful of their guests. So when I insisted that I need a kettle inside our room, he acted like a child with tantrum, he told me the room we were in was not the room we booked so he demanded we must leave the room and move to the other room and we have to move NOW! What a ridiculously rude and insensitive person he is! So we moved to the other room as he demanded. The room itself was small and filthy! It has no wardrobe/cabinets/cupboard to keep our clothes. To our surprise, the water from the tap and shower was yellow brown. We thought it will drain clear after we opened it for sometime, it didn’t, the water was filthy, yellow brown and rusty all throughout our stay. It was so filthy it made our teeth and hair felt muddy. The taste of water when I tried to make sense of it was like a rust. I didn’t escalate this to them because I was traumatised with how the staff/manager treated me, there was no point talking to a self-entitled and arrogant person like this David. They don’t clean the room daily. We stayed there for 4 nights and our room was only cleaned once. I think the staff was not trained to please their guests. They acted indifferent and did not speak to guests overall. Even they don’t speak English but they should look welcoming, friendly like what I experienced in other hotels in turkey.

01- The refrigerator was in toilet that's unhygienic. 02- Plumbing issues, water pressure was not good in the shower. 03- WC flush was leaking. 04- Shampoo was not available. Rather, body lotion was available. 05- I would had appreciated if a glass and atleast 01 water bottel was available in room at the time of check-in.

I had a balcony and the size of the balcony was too big and I really liked it.

Property was extremely dirty, filthy towels, broken shower which was connected with a plastic tube. AC didn’t work properly. No electric kettle( yeas right ) no coffee no room service no iron and finally no cleaning. It would have been a nice property back in the the but currently being managed externally poorly so don’t get fooled by the pictures. People are really nice but they can’t help given owner has decided to let it run.

○ Tourist area location. Near Hadrian gate. ○ They granted early check-in because we had a very early flight arrival. We paid for it and were grateful.

● The bathroom door did not close well at all. We complained, but they were just apologetic. ● They should be friendlier. When we complained aboutthe door, they just gave an explanation, unfortunately.

Poor hospitality from the staffs and the owner. I go to Antalya every year and this hotel was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. I asked the staff to change our room since the shower was not working at all and their solution was to repair the shower instead of changing to a new room with a proper working shower. I even checked the booking.com website on that day I arrived, and there were 4 available rooms. It was very disappointing. The staffs won’t even care when you checked out. They won’t even help you out bringing out your luggages from their very steep staircase.

I am glad we made this choice for our 3-night stay. The hotel owner was very accommodating for our family of 5. Very good breakfast, rooms in good shape, nice pool, walk to the beach and marina, on the quiet street but right in the heart of old town with tons of bars and restaurants.

This is by far the worst hotel experience. The hotel has not got it both on service, on cleaniless, on food and price. If the aircondition was not working they will charge you 30 euros to fix it. The food was terrible and often ordered from take away from other places. The rooms were dirty. The minibar was placed in the bathroom. The hotel personell lacked profesionalism. The hotel manager and the recepcionist were rude and even aggressive if you asked for something.

The hotel staff is very polite and attentive.

I was disappointed with the room. It was dirty and smoky. No matter how much I aired it out, the smell of cigarettes remained. There were stains on the bed. The bathroom had a fridge that was completely filled with water, and the drawer was filled with used bottles from gel and shampoo. The shower was broken, with parts falling off. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, so I couldn't swim. The price for such a room was too high.

The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was good. Close to beach shops. ⛱️ the air-condition was amazing 👏.

Noise, we didn't have a good sleep because it was very noisy 🙄 outside people singing drunk people 🙄 shouting like crazy 😳. The swimming pool time wasn't good. We were allowed to swim from 10am to 6pm.
