As we had prepaid we expected a refund, at least for all unused nights. Prises beaucoup trop loin du lit. Literie et serviettes pas propres, majoritairement pleine de taches, odeur assez désagréable dans la chambre qui ne part pas malgré le fait d’aérer la chambre. Pas de pommeau de douches ou pommeau usagé !

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Location is middle of the pantai Cenang strip. Night fire shows in front of the hotel. The pricing of this hotel includes breakfast and it is very reasonable. The strip has everything a tourist needs, massages, convenience groceries, seafood restaurants, booking for mangrove boat rides, seaside activities , etc

L’établissement est très vétuste. Les chambres sont sales. Les fenêtres ne se ferment pas complètement. 1 serviette de bain sinon vous payez un extra de 5 RM. Les gens nagent avec leurs vêtements dans la piscine. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon.

The breakfast spread is fine but sambal always very watery. The cereal is not crunchy its stale. They shud install some fans at the bfast area as it can be hot. The ironing board need to be a little away from the wall so than we can put our clothes on the other side of the board. Very old fashioned heavy iron. Ironing area is hot maybe to install fans. Bathroom should have a broom to wash off the sand and room should have a dry broom too.

Reviewed Aug 3, 20261/ Rapport qualité-prix imbattable. 2/ Situation idéale: dans le coeur incluant accès direct à la plage, piscine. salon de massage, supérette, centre commercial à littéralement 100 mètres avec starbucks, KFC, pharmacie, ..., énorme choix de restaurants autour (incluant l'hôtel qui propose une nourriture de qualité). 3/ Chambre très grande mais propre. Ménage effectué tous les jours avec changement de serviette, 2 bouteilles d'eau, savon et gel douche) shampoing. Le lit est très confortable et très propre. La climatisation est top. 4/ L'hôtel est certes vétuste mais je le trouve très bien entretenu. L'espace à l'acceuil avec des canapés, les transats autour de la piscine et surtout la possibilité de s'installer sur les tables du restaurant en journée pour siroter un verre avec vue directe sur la plage. 5/ Le WiFi fonctionne très bien. 6) Le personnel très agréable. Il faut un dépôt de caution de 200RM. J'ai donné 50 euros car pas envie de faire du change (même si il y a un bureau de change littéralement collé à l'hôtel à la sortie avec les taux réels). 7) Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner.

Pas mal de choses salé à manger pour le petit déjeuner mais pas beaucoup de sucré. Les lits sont pas très confortable et la propreté laisse à désirer. Je suis arrivée et le lit était sale (tâches jaune) mais heureusement qu'il y a un service de ménage qui a changé les draps. Chambre très sombre et beaucoup de bruits le soir jusqu'à minuit. Les murs sont très fin donc on entend la télé et les gens parler.

Pokoje oddzielone drzwiami co jest dyskomfortem ponieważ słychać sąsiadów dość mocno w nocy. Na szczęście poprosiliśmy personel o zmiane pokoju i byli nam przechylni za co bardzo dziękujemy.

It was noisy throughout the night. Had to sleep with my earplugs.

No parking available. Place is old and in urgent need of major upgrading. Breakfast was sad. Pool was really small. View was non existence. Cenang walk can be noisy, crowded and messy.

Breakfast need to be improve in terms of taste. Customer service also need to improve and train more about the communication and need to be super fast in term of attend to customer. Parking need to be provided.

Table and chairs on the balcony . Table and chairs in the room. Black out curtains. Safety deposit box. Free 2 x bottles of water every day. Close to many restaurants and street food.
Very old hotel in need of maintenance. WiFi only mediocre . Below average variety at breakfast. Food trays were often not topped up and egg station had no one there ! Check in was unfriendly but check out 100MYR was returned promptly . Pool was occupied by children who on exiting would proceed to leave water throughout the hotel leaving a swimming pool in the one available lift . Tiles on ground floor were left slippery and dangerous . Hotel can’t be blamed for this as parents did not seem to know how to dry their children off. Crows stealing food off tables at breakfast . Air con in room set at 18degC but never got below 24degC (if lucky). Had to sleep on top of the blanket every night. TV has only 2 channels of Malaysian channels to choose from. No satellite TV channels .
