Ottima posizione per visitare tutte le maggiori attrazioni della città vecchia comodamente a piedi. Staff molto accogliente e disponibile. Ottima e abbondante colazione. Farid e lo staff sono stati molto disponibili a rispondere a tutte le esigenze anche prima del nostro arrivo.

We werden uitstekend ontvangen. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De riad was erg mooi en schoon. Onbijt was top! Locatie goed centraal vlakbij de markt.

La atención del personal que trabaja y su amabilidad son el punto estrella. Esta muy bien ubicado y a dos minutos andando de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna. Está muy limpio y la cómoda

A beautiful Riad set in an alleyway not far from the main square. The area felt very safe. The staff were outstanding- huge thanks to Farid, Soufiane and Ouab for being so helpful with tips for getting around, and for taking care of our luggage while we went away for a couple of days.

Sehr freundliches Personal, alles sauber und Super Lage. Taxi kann unweit halten und mann ist schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum der Medina.

La gentillesse du personnel, le cadre, la décoration du riad, son emplacement idéal (3 mns de la porte Bab Laksour, 5 mns de la place Jemna El Fna). Nous sommes heureux d'y avoir séjourné et nous y revenons à la fin de notre périple au Maroc.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, lo staff gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e molto dolce, ospitale, ti fanno sentire a casa. Complimenti a tutti i ragazzi. Il riad è molto bello e c’è un atmosfera che ti fa sentire a casa. La colazione buonissima, sempre fresca e ogni giorno una torta diversa, un frutto diverso, tutto buonissimo. Credo di non essere mai stata cosi bene in un posto fuori casa mia. Complimenti ai ragazzi, mi ricorderò di voi.

Un excellent séjour avec des hôtes adorables. L'établissement est vraiment très beau et très propre. La piscine est idéale pour se détendre en fin de journée. Le petit déjeuner que nous avons pris chaque matin sur le toit est fait avec soin. Un grand merci !

Everything was perfect

Es un hermoso palacete ubicado en una zona estratégica de la Medina de Marrakech.

El alojamiento todo bien. Quizá lo mejor es llegar en horarios diurnos. Yo cometí el error de viajar en horario nocturno (llegue más de las 01:00 am y hay que entrar en un pasaje cuyo tramo inicial no tiene luz. Eso a un latino lo puede asustar: pero ya superado eso, deja de ser un problema. Recomiendo que primero contacten con los del hotel que te ayudarán.

Personnel d'une extrême gentillesse : accueillant, attentionné, dévoué, de bon conseil et disponible 7j/7 et 24h/24. Un grand merci à Farido, toujours souriant et prêt à aider, qui a largement contribué à rendre cet EVJF inoubliable. Merci aussi à Ayoub! Très joli riad, chaleureux, lumineux et parfaitement entretenu, avec une agréable terrasse où savourer un délicieux et copieux petit-déjeuner. Literie très confortable. Emplacement idéal, à seulement 4 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna, tout en étant à l'écart du bruit et de l'agitation.

Super bonito, el personal amable, todos genial pero Ayup estaba tan pendiente de nosotros....era majísimo, nos trató con mucho cariño, nos acompañó nada más llegar por la noche por las calle hasta la plaza principal Otro chico también nos acompañó y ayudó a coger un taxi, la amabilidad del personal un 10 Todo estaba muy limpio Las instalaciones preciosas, te enamoras El desayuno un 10 La piscina central estaba de 10 sin horarios La terraza otro 10 El baño chulísimo Hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones Cerca de la plaza jemma, andando a 3-4min Nos encantó Les dijimos que íbamos de luna de miel y nos decoraron todo con mucho cariño.

Las calles para llegar al Riad el primer día pasas miedo, no llegan los taxis ya que son muy estrechas ....pero son todas calles iguales, no es problema de este Riad, sino de todos. Las calles allí son así Tal y como es el personal del riad les dices que has llegado a la calle hasta donde te deja el taxi y te salen a buscar seguro.

The staff were really hospitable and friendly at all times. I loved how central the riad is to everything. Like the medina and souks. I would love to come back.

It would be nice if they had a bit more variety in the breakfast like eggs, but a wonderful riad nonetheless.

Location was very close to the medina. Breakfast was nice. Room AC great and clean room. Stayed on the very top floor and the room was cute with the balcony outside. Staff really friendly and helpful - helped me with my two large luggage bags to the top floor and then to the main road when I had to leave. Had spa facilities but I didn’t get chance to use.

A better sign for the alley where the riad is would be helpful as it’s difficult to find in the dark. My room door had a huge crack in the middle of it which you could see through to outside although didn’t affect the AC. A mirror in the room would be helpful and some more places to store items in the bathroom. Maybe option for some eggs with breakfast.

Great location in to market . 3 min walk to main square and shopping market . Just need to know that taxi does not reach till Riad, need 3 min walk with luggage from main road.

Todo el personal es excepcionalmente maravilloso !! ;) El lugar es precioso , el desayuno espectacular y la localización mejor imposible . Sin dudarlo lo recomiendo y volveré a ir al mismo Riad Es espectacular !!

A pocos minutos caminando de la plaza central, y tambien de una de las puertas de acceso de la Medina, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. El riad es muy bonito, y el equipo es super atento, y el desayuno muy completo.

La sabana es de un material medio plastificado, poco agradable y muy ruidosa por la noche. Las alhomadas tenian alguna suciedad, lo que indica poca atención a los detalles. No hay ventanas, asi que desde la habitación se oye todo: el timbre de la puerta principal, los otros clientes peleandose con el cerrojo de la puerta de la habitación, etc.

Piękny Riad w samym centrum Marakeszu. Pokój duży, bardzo czysty, urządzony w stylu tradycyjnym. Taras na dachu na plus. Miły personel. Dobre śniadanie. Mały basenik, ale wystarczający by się schłodzić po dniu spędzonym w mieście. Cisza i spokój. Polecam!

We had such a lovely 4 night stay here in Riad La Croix. The staff were so attentive and welcoming, making our stay very comfortable and convenient. From organising our airport transfers to providing dinner our first night due to us arriving late and in the dark. The room was comfortable and enough space for a couple with double wardrobe, large sink area and shelves. We were also visiting during 39 degrees with the air con working really well and the room staying cool during the day and night. The Riad was decorated well and the pool very refreshing for a dip to cool off in the heat. We also had a room near the reception and found there was little to no noise disruptions which was great when guests arrived

My wife and I loved it. The staff are really good and made us feel welcomed. They gave us all the insights to have a pleasant time in Marrakech.

The Riad is well located to visit the old city, and 5 min walking distance to Bab Lakksour gate where you can reach by taxi. It had pleasant courtyard that you can enjoy during breakfast. Breakfast was decent.

The room was very small, not enough space for 3 people, especially if you have luggage. There was sewage smell in the bathroom and it was disturbing at night, the windows and door is just from wood, hence no sound isolation you hear everything outside and the room can be cold during night if the weather is chilly.

La proximité immédiate de la place qui se trouve à 4 minute mais sans être dans dans toute l'animation et le bruit. L'hotel est très calme.

Piscine froide. Dommage, elle est toute petite, elle n'aurait pas été difficile a chauffer.

Amazing property, clean, comfortable, peaceful. Located near the main square and easy to get anywhere. Great breakfast and service is extraordinary. Shout out to Soufiane, Mohamed, Mustapha, Farid who have been excellent hosts and the house keeping team! Would definitely stay there again!

Séjour extraordinaire au Riad la Croix Berbère qui est magnifique, un vrai havre de paix tout près de la place Jeema El Fna. Le petit déjeuner et délicieux et très copieux ! Le Riad est extrêmement propre et le personnel est adorable. Encore un grand merci à Sofiane, Farid et Mustapha qui sont d’une gentillesse infinie, toujours très souriants et ultra disponible pour nous rendre le séjour inoubliable. Nous n’avons jamais été aussi bien reçus et vous allez beaucoup nous manquer.

Una Riad situada en el centro de Marrakech, muy limpio y muy bonito todo. El personal muy atento, sobre todo Mustafá, Farid, Sophian. La comida muy rica, nosotros desayunamos y estaba todo muy bueno. En general, todo de 10, una experiencia para repetir.

Fantastic location right in centre of Medina. Lovely breakfast served each morning and dinner in evening if wanted. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, they are fantastic and would go back just for them! Also has great terrace upstairs.

Hébergement bien situé pour visiter la Médina, Ryad classique avec un bassin d’eau à l’entrée, très belle décoration. idéal pour 2 ou 3 nuit max. Le lit était très confortable.

The staff were super friendly and it was very close to everything within the city. Perfect location. And the breakfast was good.

It was a bit outdated and didn’t look that great. But if you go to a Riad, that’s something to expect. The room didn’t have a glass window, only wooden shutters, which means you hear everything! If someone is coming in late at night, you can hear them talking.

Un séjour à la hauteur de notre attente. Un accueil chaleureux, un personnel aux petits soins et un riad très joliment décoré. Merci Farid pour l'accueil, votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la médina et facile d'accès.

Légère odeur venant de la salle de bain mais qui n’a pas gêner plus que ça avec une aération de la pièce.

A térkép alapján könnyen megtalálható. A főtértől közel 5 perc sétára van. A személyzet nagyon figyelmes és kedves volt, a kérdéseinkre készséggel válaszoltak. A reggeli autentikus marokkói volt, finom ízvilággal. Mi nagyon ajánljuk!

Il riad è situato in una posizione strategica all'interno della Medina. E' accogliente e bello. Siamo stati accolti da Farido che ci ha aiutato nell'organizzazione dei nostri spostamenti (comprese le gite fuori Marrakech), consigliamo vivamente questo Riad

Évacuation de la douche à vérifier sans doute . Un changement plus régulier des blouses blanches serait souhaitable .

Mignon petit riad en plein coeur de la Médina. Point de départ idéal pour aller visiter la ville. On est à quelques minutes à pied de la Koutoubia et de la place Jemaa el Fna. Chambres confortables et propres. Copieux petit-déjeuner avec des produits frais et des préparations maison. Personnel très gentil et serviable.

Le bémol est vraiment le bruit. Tout qui arrive au riad doit sonner pour rentrer. Y compris ceux qui rentrent très tard. Pas ou peu d'insonorisation donc très difficile de se reposer correctement.

Pas de salle de restaurant, petit déjeuner moyen et proche de notre chambre mal isolé, ont a eu des personnes qui parlait très fort devant notre chambre. Pas de bouteille d eau renouveler chaque jours sauf payante. On a connu vraiment mieux et moins chère a Marrakech.

The riad is beautiful and offers some peace and quiet after a day in the busy city center. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which we appreciated a lot. The location is ideal, both close to the main square and a lot of sights as well as near one of the entrances to the city, where you can easily catch a ride if you're doing activities outside of Marrakech;

The beds are rather hard to sleep on in our opinion.

Ho domandato allo staff dell’hotel se era possibile organizzare un’escursione e, dopo un’iniziale disposnibilità, ci sono stati vari problemi di comunicazione; alla fine ho dovuto provvedere in autonomia. Al medesimo prezzo si trovano forse strutture migliori.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation, la quiétude des lieux et le personnel absolument adorable.

The staff was very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed during our trip. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was located in the heart of the old city, very close to many attractions.

You could not freely enter through the main entrance (you had to ring the bell every time). Our room was by the entrance, so we could hear other people ringing the bell at night.

The breakfast spread was generous (consisting of a selection of different breads, jams, yoghurt, tea/coffee & orange juice) - but would have liked a simple egg option i.e. omelette/fried/boiled. The spread, for us, was just too bread heavy and sweet/sugar forward.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Croix Berbere in Marrakech. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and we truly felt taken care of. We highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech!
