Après avoir parcouru quelques mètres dans une toute petite rue, nous poussons une jolie porte et arrivons dans un très bel endroit, calme et bien aménagé. Merci à Said et toute son équipe pour leur accueil. On se sent comme à la maison.

Save your money and stay far away from Riad Elias. The "Superior Room" on the rooftop was honestly disgusting, and I can’t even imagine what the rest of the rooms look like. The bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained, and we even saw bugs in the room. It felt like a complete rip-off compared to every other place we stayed. The service is just as bad as the room. The host is a grumpy old man who was incredibly rude to us. The only time he even bothered to speak to us was to demand the tourist tax, and he did it in a really aggressive, disrespectful way. He clearly doesn't care about his guests at all. If you want a good experience, look elsewhere. We stayed at a different riad for our first few days that was a million times better, the staff were actually kind and professional, the location and rooms were way nicer, and it was even cheaper. Don't fall into the trap of staying here and ruin your experience in Morocco

Kicsi szoba. A booking foglalásnál az volt írva 1 nappali és 1 háló szobát kapunk ehelyett 1 szobát kaptunk 1 francia ággyal és 1 kis ággyal. A fürdőszobára ráférne egy felújítás.Az ágyak kényelmetlenek kopott ágykeret.A reggeli miden reggel ugyanaz,rossz időben reggeli közben megfagysz. A külső ajtóhoz kulcsot nem kaptunk így többször is előfordult hogy perceket kellett kint álljunk, hogy bejussunk a szállásunkra. Ár értékben túl magasnak találom az árat ezért a minőségért

La gentillesse de l’hôte. Très disponible, à l’écoute, de bon conseils. On se sent vite à l’aise. C’est vraiment appréciable.

A estadia no Riad Elias foi espetacular! Fomos com uma criança de 10 anos e sentimo-nos muito tranquilos. O Elias é um excelente anfitrião e o Riad é muito central. O pequeno almoço vale bem a pena. A Fatima também gostou muito da Carolina da Mónaco!

le Riad est idéalement bien situé proche de la place Jemaa el-fna. Said et tout le personnel ont été très accueillant dés notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner était très bon copieux et différent chaque jour, nous avons eu l'opportunité de diner au Riad cela a été un plaisir culinaire merci à Madame. Merci a Said pour ses précieux conseils

Was really noisy, staff continually shouting. And lights coming on and off . Bad sleep. No chance of getting early breakfast. And as all tours start early they should make breakfast earlier. But they want to put you off making your own plans ! Do not use them for taxi . Arrange transport yourself.

La atencion de Elias desde la recepcion hasta que nos marchamos 3 dias despues fue siempre super servicial. El desayuno muy bueno, servido por una chicas encantadoras, hecho en el momento y a la hora que le pediamos. Las instalaciones muy buenas y el Riad, tras una callejuela que no inspiraba nada bueno, lo cual es normal, precioso, limpio y acogedor. La zona super centrica y muy seguro, como toda la ciudad. el Riad se encuentra en una de las vias principales del Zoco y a 5 minutos de la plaza principal. Andando a todas partes

La verdad es que me gustó todo. no puedo decir nada malo. La habitacion tenia aparato de aire acondicionado nuevo. no funcionaba. inmediatamente nos cambió de habitacion, superior.

Said fue muy amable cuando nos ayudó a recuperar el dinero de las tasas del Riad Rooftop Spa Marrakesh, un Riad que no existe y del que fuimos estafados a pesar de haberlo contratado en origen como hemos hecho siempre. Hoy, por fin, después de tres meses, hemos recuperado el dinero después de mil gestiones.

Ce riad est magnifique et proche de toutes les visites incontournables ! Il est très calme, et ce calme est à respecter car tout s'entend dans le patio central... Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement et nous avons été bien accueillis.

Fidèle aux photos. L’hote et sa famille sont adorables et toujours prêts à aider et présents en toute discrétion. Nous avons passé un super séjour au Riad Elias qui est extrêmement bien situé dans le centre de Marrakech. Riad tout à fait typique où le voyageur est totalement immergé dans la culture locale. Étant au centre de la ville on entend l’appel à la prière la nuit mais c’est aussi ça l’immersion.

Très typique bon petit déjeuner personnel sympathique et bon emplacement

Le personnel était formidable, des gens très accueillant, le Riad se trouve à côté de tout c’est parfait et c’est très calme.

La pression de l’eau dans la salle de bain était pas terrible, difficile d’avoir de l’eau chaude et l’humidité dans les chambres laisse une odeur désagréable.

The property was nice and cozy. The people were all very nice.

There were some faulty stuff in my room such as the door knob to my room was broken, the bathtub had no stoppers. So you couldn’t enjoy a bath even if there is a bath tub. Slight refurbishments can make the experience better. I wish they had some source of protein for breakfast. It was mainly different kinds of breads with jam and butter and option of coffee/milk. The check-out time in booking.com is set at 12pm latest but in the hotel, it was stated 10:30am. However, when I mentioned this to them, they allowed me to stay until 11:30am, which J really appreciate.

Un accueil très chaleureux de Said qui a été très présent quand on avait besoin. Un petit déjeuner copieux et très bon.

The owner, Said, was truly wonderful, as was the entire staff. They were very helpful answering any questions and providing recommendations on what to do and see. A great location in the middle of the Medina, a short walk from the main square!

While perhaps not the most swanky or modern hotels, this family run riad was the most welcoming of the hotels we stayed at in Marrakech, with more of a B&B vibe than a traditional hotel. If you are looking for comfortable, fuss free base to explore Marrakech from, this is ideal. Caveat: the room doors were not the most secure and there is no safe in the room, but there are so few guests, and the riad is constantly manned with the front door locked, so we didn't feel that security was an issue.

The room was nicely decorated and clean, Sanae and Said Elias were very kind and helpful. Having been with an elderly lady, Said even helped us drop her by bike when we were in a hurry. Sanae was there to support with any request.

Having been with an elderly lady, it was very difficult to get to the property, and walk from and to it. The property is located inside the medina.

My stay at Road Elias was as good as I imagined. The location and the riad were exactly what I had hoped. A beautiful breakfast was served every morning and the riad was extremely clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also has a roof top terrace should you wish to relax in the sunshine. Short walk to the square and the souks.

Welcoming Riad, in the middle of Medina. Quiet somehow. Not easy taxi access, so we did walk with our luggages through the medina. Walking distance to souk and bahia palace, and all the other attractions. We stayed only one night, but i would recommend if you want to have a flavour of the old medina.

Cute little find in the heart of Morocco! I've never stayed at a riad before, but the hosts were super welcoming and accommodating. The only downside of the stay was the bathroom. The water kept fluctuating from super hot (I burned my hands when washing them once) and super cold when I showered. The water pressure was also really low which made it a bit difficult to shower but other than that, it was a great place and beautiful! The location was a bit alarming at first but we ended up feeling super safe!

Our stay was great from start to finish. Elias welcomed us with tea and made sure we started to relax straight away. We had questions, he had the answers.we had just to say what we needed and he organised it for us. I also highly recommend the hammam and massage provided in the property. The 2 ladies who looked after us with breakfast were so lovely 😍 Oh and the dinner we had at the property was the best Tajine 👌 in all 7 days in Marrakesh. I would highly recommend a stay with Elias and the team.

An enjoyable stay minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa. First time experience in a riad. Would definitely return again.

A good location in the Medina in a clean well property

Old ruins, no sound proof, doors can't be locked, bed very hards, way too expensive for what it is, beware of the airports fees

Nothing good about this place, was horrible. I do not recommend. It's a ram shackle

This is the worst experience I have ever had. The place was misrepresented on the app. We had to go back to the airport to book another hotel once we looked at the place. We didn't bother checking in. We were told we wouldn't be charged but an hour after leaving we were charged. The accomodation host was very aggressive and uncuth. The rooms are not nice. The bedsheets on the sofa bed looked dirty, used and rumbled. Taxi's cannot access the place directly and you have to be dropped off and walk. It's a total deception and I do not recommend. We still trying to get our money back from booking.com

The property has a perfect aesthetic for a homey riad. Very spacious rooms, lovely decorated, everything you need is provided and it’s perfectly situated not far from the market (8min walk to Jemaa el-Fna). Amazing view of the old city on the rooftop. The owner, as me and my friend called him “the riad father” because he’s been looking out for us since day 1, giving us advice and tips to enjoy the trip, waiting for us to come home, is an absolute gentleman, with lots of humour, fluent in many languages. If you have any enquires, he will be happy to help. The staff is super kind and respectful. Very good breakfast!! Even when going on early day trips, one of the ladies (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten the name), she would prepare it. The place is clean, cozy, AC that cools and warms up your room. I am grateful for your hospitality, it’s been amazing. Absolutely recommend staying there.

Everything it’s been perfect

Great Riad in the Medina, a winderful little oasis of calm within close walking distance of the main square and hub of activities. The owner is so lovely and welcoming and is there to help with recommendations of where to eat or visit. The breakfast is continental in style and plentiful. The roof terrace was my favourite place to sit with beautiful views of the atlas mountains by day and the buzz of the city at night.

Our stay at Riad Elias was very good. The owner/ manager was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The sun deck on the roof was great for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina for a bit of sun and relaxation. The breakfast was delicious and very comprehensive. All staff were extremely helpful. The location of the Riad is good with a 5 minute walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square and very close to lots of the markets and souks. The bed in the room was extremely hard but did not take away from the sleep quality to be honest. When you check in, you are given a key for the room but not for the front door of the Riad so you are reliant on knocking and a member of staff to let you in. Overall, the Riad oozes the Marrakesh culture and Charm. It is stunning once inside and I would 100% stay again if returning to Marrakech. We had an issue with the shower not working correctly which was quickly resolved by the staff which was great.

Very well centred riad in the heart of Marrakech. The riad is located quite close to most of the city attractions and can be easily reached via foot. The host/staff, everyone was very lovely and welcoming. The owner gave us tips on how to get around and to avoid getting scammed which helped us since it was our first time visiting Marrakech. Overall very pleasant stay, sad to be back to reality 😭😭

Great location in the heart of the old town (Medina) area of Marrakesh. Easy walk to the Souks and lots of the nearby attractions. The old town is a bit of a maze, but google maps led me right to the alley leading to the Riad. Riad was beautiful inside - a nice calm respite from the busy world all around. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was enjoyable. Would absolutely stay here again.

The pool in the property description isn’t really a pool, it’s very small (2m sq probably) and not practical to swim in. Not sure where the spa was but we didn’t see any evidence of a spa.

Clean and simple but comfortable. Beds are hard but typical in Morocco. Good location.

Staff and the host are very warm and accommodating. they honor my VIP status. Breakfast option is great. Staying at this Riad makes for very authentic experience.

Our hotel stay was delightful! We particularly enjoyed the convenient location, as it was close to the main market, making exploration effortless. Additionally, the exceptional hospitality and delicious breakfast made our experience even more memorable.

Friendly employees

They gave us one of the two Worse rooms on the ground Floor. Guess you have to be lucky with the room you get… Also, the manager was very unfriendly after we asked for the second time if he had recommendations on where we should book a tour to go to the desert. You won't find a pool in this road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The central location near the main market made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The variety and quality of the daily breakfast offerings were delightful, adding a pleasant touch to each morning of our visit.

Everything was fine, good place to stay in the center of town. Small but cozy rooms. Very hospitable owner, who served coffee and tea, which helped us to get better oriented in the local realities (where to eat, what to see, what to buy and what the real price is).

Too much bread at breakfast. The hotel is called a "spa" but it's not clear what it's about.
