The stairs to carpark level 1 after exiting lobby has smokers' rubbish such as paper cups, cigarette's butt, water bottles. Should educate with signs for smokers not to leave their rubbish here.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Easy access to all places we want to go. For breakfast if using booking.com better pay at hotel more cheaper than include breakfast together while book. At that time we went.. we inform want breakfast upon check-in, hotel give 10% discount for us.
Not much different between best western hotel (prev name) and wyndhm garden. We still not sure where is the garden. The room still same. Level 8 no aircond at hallway luckily no need longer time waiting for lift. Nothing we didnt like actually. All okay except the place for drop off or pick up luggage infront of hotel, feel like blocking the road. Luckily the road not busy while we check in and check out.

Keadaan bilik agak kurang memuaskan.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Good choice if you’re going to the team park.
Pre booked non smoking room due to allergies but still being arranged a room with strong smoking smell. Lodged complaint, the receptionist arranged housekeeping to put some fragrance spray and left as it is. The bed sheets covered were not properly cleaned. Booked twice for staff business trip, but really very disappointed and will not stay again.
