We wanna early checkin they have availability of the rooms but they charge us half day rate

Super friendly staff from top to bottom. This is the most nice and friendly hotel I ever stay. I will definitely choose Niccolo when I come back in Chengdu .Great location. Super clean.

A little pricey. But still worth the money though.

Die Lage ist super zentral und rund um Chengdu Zentrum alles gut zu erreichen, teilweise zu Fuß oder DIDI Taxi. Direkt an einer großen Mall. Zum Personal der Concierge Jack hat einen super Job gemacht und sehr geholfen.

Frühstück und Restaurant sind teuer, Mini Bar könnte mehr Getränke beinhalten.

Это был один из лучших отелей, в которых я останавливалась за 42 года! Вкуснейший завтрак с киноа, черным паровым рисом и кучей овощей, 4 вида свежевыжатых соков, 2 вида рыбы, большой выбор дорогих сыров…уборка два раза в день, шикарная зона бассейна и тренажеров, очень удобные кровати, в них просто утопаешь и идеально высыпаешься! Если в Чэнду, то только сюда. Локация также прекрасная и для шоппинга, и для прогулок. Персонал хорошо говорит по-английски, что редкость для Китая.

Nice modern hotel near Taikoo Li. Reception staff are nice and the rooms were okay. Nice view of Taikoo Li from the rooms

The air freshener they pump into the lobby is too strong and over powering. The lifts take forever to come whether going up or down. You need at least 10 to 15 mins every time.

Die Lage, die hoteleigenen Restaurants und das Personal haben uns total überzeugt. Das gegenüberliegende Zimmer wurde saniert. Wir sind 7 Nächte gebucht gewesen und hatten durch die Renovationsarbeiten Lärm-Emissionen. Wir haben leider erst ganz am Schluss realisiert, dass umgebaut wird. Wir haben dann für unseren nächsten Niccolo Aufenthalt als Entschädigung ein Upgrade sowie in late Check erhalten, was wir fair fanden.

All staff were very helpful and our overall experience is so meaningful. The location is a plus, we can do so many things without having to spend much time on the road, everything is within walking distance.

מיקום מעולה, בצמוד לקניון ומתחם קניות ממול. שידרגנו לחבר מועדון והיה מעולה, כולל שעת תה וארוחה בחדר אוכל נפרד. היה מצוין. חדר גדול מרווח, הכל היה מפנק ומוצרי המקלחת היו טובים, נחות ותמורה ברמה גבוה. נחזור למלון הזה בוודאות.

位置拔群。 所有的优缺点在位置面前都显得苍白。 周边步行五分钟、24小时都有吃的逛的。 设施基本需求都是能够满足的！ 整体是很不错的入住体验。

厕所如果有坐便器就好了。 收快递因为容易和ifs办公楼弄混、有集中提示就好了。 有水疗设施就好了。 但是桑拿是舒服的！

I recently stayed at Niccolo Chengdu, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Location: The hotel is situated in the heart of Chun Xi Road, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away! Comfort: The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The amenities in the room were fantastic, from the plush linens to the thoughtful touches that made my stay even more enjoyable. Service: The staff went above and beyond. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt warmly welcomed throughout my stay. Value: Considering the location, comfort, and level of service, I found my stay to be an excellent value for the price. It made my trip even more special knowing I had a great place to return to each day. Overall, I highly recommend Niccolo Chengdu for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Chengdu. I can’t wait to return!

The bathroom is full of dirty and mouldy sealant, on the wall and floor of the shower cubicle, and is not sanitary!

Very good location to explore Taikoo Li, Chunxi and connected to IFS. Many eateries and shops around the area. Comfortable room. Service staff are responsive. Breakfast has ala carte menu as well to offer options besides standard buffet spreads.

อาหารเช้าคิดว่าเมนูไม่หลากหลายไม่เหมาะสมกับเป็นห้าดาวแต่ก็ทานได้พนักงานสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ไม่ดีเท่าที่ควรสำหรับห้องอาหารเช้า

I like the property very much, the location was wonderful and it connects with the mall. Right in front of the hotel there is a shopping area with all luxury brands. The breakfast was cool, and very rich. Amenities in the room are fine. But I can’t say that the hotel is luxury, but with the rates they have now it’s amazing value for money. BTW extra bed, if you need it, costs around 50€ per night and it doesn’t include breakfast. They had only few staff speaking English, but it looks normal for China.

The doors in bathroom didn’t close fully. There was a drain in the bathroom that was making sounds, once it woke up us around 5 am, another night it made sounds at 6 am. It’s not good for people with bad sleeping.
