Je tiens à partager mon excellente expérience à l’hôtel Royal Kenz. Tout a été parfait du début à la fin : l’accueil, la propreté, le confort des chambres et la qualité des services proposés. L’ambiance est agréable et reposante, idéale pour passer un séjour en toute tranquillité. Un grand merci tout particulier à Mr Amine, le responsable, pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et son sens du détail. Il a su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable grâce à son attention et sa gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

Nella piscina coperta manca lo spogliatoio. E' estremamente complicato asciugarsi e rivestirsi. E' obbligatorio camminare scalzi nell'area della piscina.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, gut gepflegt und die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm. Das Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich, die Getränke sind von guter Qualität. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Amine vom Guest Service, der sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert hat. Er war stets aufmerksam, respektvoll und hilfsbereit und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den herzlichen Empfang. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel gerne weiter und kommen sehr gerne wieder. 🌟

Ravis de notre séjour au Royal Kenz ! Un accueil chaleureux, malgré l’heure tardive - l’hôtel est très confortable, la restauration excellente, le service parfait et attentionné, et la piscine d’eau de mer chauffée à 32 degrés est un vrai bonheur en hiver ! Je recommande cet établissement.

J'ai oublié de mentionner lors de la réservation que nous sommes un couple fraîchement marié. Donc pas de deco dans la chambre a notre arrivée mais le personnel a éte réactif, chambre décorée le lendemain et ils m'ont même aidé à faire la surprise à mon mari... Merciiiiii

Un très bel hôtel de style mauresque, une chambre spacieuse, une bonne literie, un buffet extraordinaire (dommage que certains gâchent la nourriture), un spa magnifique aux prix très compétitifs (comme l'hôtel), un court de tennis, deux piscines, la plage privée à 200 m et la possibilité d'organiser des excursions à la réception. Bref, super !

Hotel is nice and modern,very clean and comfortable. Reception are efficient and can book taxis etc (you have to pay in advance). The food was generally good with lots of choice and the waiters work hard to look after you. Didn't use the pool because the beach is only 400m away (outside the hotel) with its own beach bar and toilets etc and it's very nice with a roped off swimming area.

Sometimes the meat was overcooked, and a few of the bar staff need to either smile, or find a job they actually want to do. Apart from that nothing. Would go back tomorrow!

Location was good, a 400m walk to the beach which then went on for miles. Nice beach with a roped off swimming area and a beach bar. Food was generally good, especially breakfast and the grilled fish and beef liver. Plenty of non meat options and salads. Most of the staff were friendly and professional. I was there before and after a desert ultramarathon and when we returned it was like coming home with a warm welcome from reception and the various waiters.

Only one barman in the included bar so after dinner the queues were occasionally ridiculous, forcing us into the 'American bar' which was pay bar and full of smokers. Best to get to meals early to avoid the crowds. Got kind of frantic at times but the chefs kept up well. Only other negative was many of the loungers had broken slats. Still usable but if you're heavier a bit soft.

Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut. Wir haben schon schon oft und verschiedenen Hotels in Tunesien besucht, keines war vom Essen so gut wie dieses. Auch die Restaurants sehr angenehm und man hat sich Wohlgefühl. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend , auch wenn es nicht gleich Trinkgeld gab. Am Pool waren ausreichend Liegen vorhanden, wenn mal nicht, wurden vom Personal sofort welche geholt, ausgezeichnet 👍 Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder.

Die Cocktails könnten etwas besser sein. Manchmal hat man keinen Alkohol rausgeschmeckt.

Huge property that was very clean, comfortable rooms, amazing service, great food selection with a different variety every day. The staff were professional, kind and service was fantastic!

Only negative point I have is the lack of wifi connection in the room

It was a great time spent there, everything was really as we expected A special thank you to Amine the guests service manager, Mohamed Mohcen and Hanin in the reception really friendly, also Seif from animation and others that I didn’t really remeber their names. Strongly recommended : room, food, atmosphere, beach , snacks etc.

Staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.

Mealtimes were hectic. Room was a bit tired and towels need replacing.

Nice hotel for a summer long week end, nice rooms, good restaurant, swimming pools, drinks, all inclusive. The suite is top, with very nice style

Beach outside from the hotel. It's very full and they are not full aligned with booking reservation, if you take see view you risk to have street view

Positives: - The reception team was helpful and accommodating. - Internet service was fast and reliable. - The swimming pools were amazing—well-maintained and enjoyable. - Food variety was great, with plenty of options to choose from.

Negatives: - The hotel needs reinventing, the actual condition doesn’t match the outdated booking photos. - Poor air conditioning in the room; despite two service requests, the issue remained unresolved. - Not good value for money given the overall experience. - Some waitstaff were rude and seemed to expect something extra for basic service.

The staff the food, the location the hotel was nice and clean the breakfast times might be a bit early for some.

They way we were helped when we checked in compared to native TUNISIANS. Made me feel very uncomfortable as a guest. As we were helped much better then the tunisian guests where. The closure time of the pool at 18h is very early for holidays

Fabulous entertainment staff and hotel staff. Great pools and really lively beach area. Easy walk to Marina, which is fun. The food was truly superb with a great deal of selection

The alcohol was not a great selection - for example, poor quality wine and cocktails were made with cordial based drink.

1 point for the appearance of the property, because that’s the only thing worth rating. The rooms are nice, clean, and modern. Let me start with our arrival at the hotel — when we asked the reception about the hotel’s facilities and where things were located, we were told to walk around and find out ourselves because “it’s not that hard.” The restaurant and the waiter waiting for a tip — now that was a disaster. The food was terrible, with a very limited selection. It was clearly made with minimal effort — cheap and low-quality. If you’re expecting seafood or lamb — forget it. No local dishes either. I’m really not a demanding guest, but what happened during dinner was simply insulting — my husband and I were asked to change our table because, as the waiter mockingly said, “this spot is for English tourists since they leave tips” (seriously?). We left the restaurant and went out to eat Next so-called attraction — the indoor pool. Water jets in the pool? Sure, but only if you pay an extra 20 dinars. The so-called jacuzzi corner is only turned on for one hour a day. You pay for all-inclusive at a 4-star hotel, but be prepared for extra costs if you want to be treated decently. I don’t recommend this place. First and last time here.

My stay was amazing. The staff here looked after me so much. I stayed in room 271. Salma, the maid, was so kind and helpful. Aladdin from Tui maid, sure I had nothing to worry about. The chefs, bar staff, and waiting staff are all so attentive. The reception staff and managers were genuinely helpful and caring. I will be coming back. I loved the spa. The room was fantastic. The pools indoors and outdoors were beautiful. The food was delicious 😋 Everything u would want and more. I would love to put more pictures and videos, but it won't let me Amie

Surprised, I don't like my last experience.

My stay at TUI SUNEO Royal Kenz did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed that the maintenance of the rooms was below par—cleanliness was not up to standard, and overall hygiene could have been better. The food options lacked diversity, and the dishes were often repetitive and not particularly appetizing, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category. While the staff were polite and welcoming, the service fell short in execution. For instance, it was necessary to repeatedly request clean towels, and some issues reported were not adequately addressed. In summary, the experience was less than ideal. For travelers seeking a comfortable stay with high-quality service, this hotel may not be the best choice. However, the hotel has potential, and addressing these concerns could significantly improve future guest experiences.

my checkout was at 12 — I packed my things at returned to my room at 11:30 to check if i forgot something but found my room open by the cleaning lady before i complete my checkout which I scheduled for 12’

This property is over priced and gave me back ally pay by the hour hotel vibes. Front desk rude and not accommodating. I reserved a room with garden view I was given a view of the lower rooftop and street where I listened to cars and loud music all night. The pictures posted online are fake this is not how the rooms actually look and the bed sheet had cigarette stains. I have to have tech come to room to fix broken things. I requested new room and they refused. The bathroom had no toiletries. Just a cheap bar of soap. I will never return to this place and I do not recommend!!!!!!

A great place to stay and relax, fun times with the Animation crew! They hosted activies that left you feeling happy!! The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the food was exceptional, allowing you to experience Tunisian cuisine. The reception staff were extremely accomodating and super nice 😍 Bar staff were great and a first for me, they actually mixed cocktails. House keeping were very good, making your room clean and supplies for your room replenished. Security at the gate and around the hotel was great, however Tunisia is an very safe place for visitors.

I passed 2 nights with my family in Royal Kenz Hotel in Hammam Sousse, it was is a wonderful place, featuring an amazing pool and engaging animation. During my stay, the maître d'hôtel, Mr. Borhen Yahyaoui, was incredibly supportive and enthusiastic. His attentiveness and enthusiasm greatly enhanced the experience, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that made the vacation truly unforgettable.

The hotel’s main weakness is its security. I left my car key with the hotel’s security guard in the parking lot, but unfortunately, the car broke down. Due to its poor positioning with the steering wheel turned all the way to the left (it’s electric), I couldn’t move it. The first tow truck couldn’t remove it because of the bad parking, and when the second tow truck arrived, they refused to enter, claiming they were unaware of the problem, even though we had been waiting for 8 hours.

Hôtel correct mais salle de sport à revoir complètement, attitude limite correcte de certains employés, les soins du SPA, hors balneo, ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur et personnel pas suffisamment qualifié en accueil et en soins Personnel restauration à l’écoute et très serviable ainsi que les femmes de chambres Impensable de passer la tondeuse à 14h près des clients qui doivent sortir eux-mêmes, leurs transats du gazon !!!!!! Abords de la piscine trop bruyants et clients très indisciplinés ( réservation des transats dès 8h du matin sans y être et radio allumée de certains clients créant une grande nuisance !!

The staff are all so friendly and wonderful. The hotel was clean and relaxing. Felt like a real holiday. I will miss all the staff. It was my second stay here and i will be planning my next stay in this hotel shortly

As a newly married couple, we booked only one night but we arrived to the hotel at 3am means we didn't eat no dinner no breakfast because we were very tired and we didn't eat even the lunch. We expected that the hotel would do something special or exceptional to us because we didn't stay a day only few hours. The housekeeper opened our door while sleeping without knocking the door. Also, the controller arrived before 12 for check out while we were very tired we slept only few hours. She asked us to leave it's time for check out without understanding that we are a new married couple.

Tout bonnement une catastrophe ! Tout a commencé pas l’entrée de l’hôtel. Le garde nous accueille, et commence rapidement à nous poser des questions qui n’ont rien à voir avec notre séjour. Une fois l’entrée de la grille dépassé, c’est au tour des agents de sécurité de continuité la débâcle. Nous nous stationnons en face de l’entrée principal afin de décharger la voiture de nos bagage. A peine le temps de sortir de la voiture, deux agents de sécurité se sont rué sur nous. «  non non non vous pouvez ps rester, il faut bouger, vous avez pas le droit de vous garer ici » sauf que le parking de l’hôtel est complet et que nous avons nul par d’autre où aller. Une fois la voiture déplacé et très mal garé, ils nous ont demandé d’aller nous enregistrer. S’enregistrer a la réception ? Non bien trop simple. Il nous a été demandé de traverser tout l’hôtel pour nous enregistrer. Enfin Arrivé à la zone d’enregistrement, on nous s’explique que notre réservation est inexistante. On leur explique que le garde a l’entrée nous a trouver. Rien n’y fait, on nous demande de retourner à la réception. Après 10 min d’attente, le réceptionniste nous donne enfin les clefs. Nous décidons de nous calmer, bien qu’excéde par tant d’amateurisme et de manque de respect. C’était son compter le reste du séjour, nourriture infâme, pas de verre sur les table pour pouvoir boire de l’eau, aucune réponse des serveuses quand nous leurs avions simplement demandé des couverts pour nous restaurer. A BANNIR VRAIMENT !

Le personnel est tres gentil et serviable en revanche la réception il devrait revoir leur manière de recevoir les clients
