Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The one person staff that we met was special. There was refusal to give us a second key until after insisting multiple times, we were even asked why? We were told that if we leave the air-conditioning on when we are not there with the second key, we will be charged money. There are signs everywhere about not getting sheets or towels dirty, or we will be charged.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt! Hotel był komfortowy, obsługa miła i pomocna, a atmosfera naprawdę świetna. Dobrze się tutaj czuliśmy i miło spędziliśmy czas. Zdecydowanie pozytywne wspomnienia!

Breakfast is really good with lots of varieties and delicious, the portions are huge too. Rooms size is acceptable, reasonably clean and well kept though it's considered quite an old hotel. Location is quite center and can easily accessible to attractions by walking.

The rooftop room is not accessible by elevator, we need to carry our luggage from the 5th floor. Also, description for rooftop room was with a balcony but it's so narrow, cannot put in a chair, it's just served more as a smoking area for smokers.

Super Hotel, direkt an der Außengrenze der Altstadt, also perfekt um Hanoi oldtown zu erkunden. Peter der Hotelmanager, war super hilfreich. Super nett und es hat alles fantastisch geklappt sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für zwei bis vier Nächte in Hanoi

Es un establecimiento excelente y "Pedro" "Peter" que trabaja de recepcionista allí te ayuda con gran amabilidad, yo personalmente si alguien me dice que va a visitar Hanoi sin dudar un segundo le diría que pase sus días en este hotel. La fruta del desayuno es excelente ,las camas cómodas y encima esta genial ubicado. Yo contraté todas mis excursiones con el hotel y fueron geniales

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allen Anliegen super weitergeholfen, das Frühstück bietet eine große und leckere Auswahl

Lovely rooms with 1800s flair. The bed was massive. Could sleep 6 people. 😝 Absolutely perfect location. Walking distance to many famous landmarks. Hoan Kiem Lake, Train St, Beer St and so many restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Staff were lovely and helpful. Even had an elevator. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, great interior design. Attention to detail in everything. Fantastic Vietnamese coffee and the breakfast selection is even better with Vietnamese and Western options. The service is above and beyond, Peter booked transfers for is from Noi Bai airport as well as to Sapa by cabin bus, and from there to Ninh Binh. Communication is easy and stress free. Beds are comfortable, and the hotel is around the corner from Hanoi's famous Eat Streets. Close to the Old Gate, walking distance from Hoan Kiem lake..

Pokój na dachu ma faktycznie fajny widok, klimat wnętrza jest niepowtarzalny. Sympatyczna obsługa.

Okropnie nagrzewa się pokój w dzień. Śniadanie nie było zbyt dobre. Ciężko wejść do pokoju wracając w nocy bo nie słyszą dzwonka a samemu nie wejdziesz do budynku.

Peter the manager was exceptional, so very helpful and wanted our stay to be perfect and for us to be safe. The location was perfect, right next to the night life.

Très bien situé dans la vieille ville. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds. Chambre confortable, bien insonorisées. Très bons petits déjeuners. Accueil très agréable.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Very good breakfast. Breacfast was small, but every day is different and we're lot of fruits. Great location. Laundry and all shops are nearby.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The Western-style breakfast was simple but tasty, with plenty of fresh fruit. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

They could pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, but overall the property is pleasant and we still had a positive stay.

C’est un bon rapport qualité prix, les équipements sont bien et c’est propre. Le petit déjeuner est très correct.

Être vigilant sur la conformité de votre réservation et la réalité du service proposé. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale, et ils nous ont donné deux chambres distinctes. Puis ils nous ont demandé de payer le supplément car nous avions soi-disant demandé deux chambres. Nous avions pensé être surclassé tout simplement. La discussion a duré 15 minutes avec visionnage de la vidéo de notre arrivée et de notre échange avec la personne qui nous a donné les chambres. Et nous avons fini par avoir gain de cause.

No tiene piscina y hay que pagar un 3% adicional si quieres pagar la habitación con tarjeta. Éramos tres viajeros y solicitamos previamente una habitación con 3 camas pero nos pusieron una habitación con dos camas dobles.

The breakfast was exceptional. The room was huge and very comfortable. Very clean. Great location. Peter was very kind and and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

食物好吃，可單點河粉和套餐，水果也都香甜好吃，服務人員態度很好，半夜到的時候還願意到門口接我們，性價比高的一間飯店

Zeer vriendelijke hoteleigenaar. Lekker ontbijt. Er staat van alles klaar, zoals divers fruit, yoghurt, brood etc. Daarnaast kun je kiezen uit diverse ontbijtjes die vers worden bereid. Eigenaar hielp ons met bustickets naar Sapa en begeleidde ons naar de bus op de hoek van de straat. Tevens perfecte locatie, aan de rand van Old Quarter en geen rumour van de straat.

L’établissement est bien placé dans le vieux Hanoï, certe c’est bruyant mais cela reste partout dans ce quartier. Il y a énormément de vie ! 😊. Le responsable est très gentil et aux petits soins ! Le petit déjeuné est très bien également avec plusieurs propositions pour les goûts de tout le monde !

L’établissement est vieillissant, nous avons eu une chambre avec une Clim qui fonctionne très mal. Nous avons eu chaud dans la nuit, heureusement on avait un ventilateur en plus. Sinon encore plus compliqué. La literie fut bonne et les lits sont très grands. La salle de bain serait bonne à refaire, la pomme de douche a une bonne pression mais autour de la baignoire il manque des joints, on se demande où l’eau va .. le lavabo si vous tirez l’eau, tout coule à vos pieds. Cela manque d’entretien global … une bonne remise au propre ferait pas de mal ! C’est un peu cher la nuit pour tous ces manquements !

Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and gave us the perfect energy boost to start our daily adventures. Special Thanks to the Manager, Peter! What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the manager, Peter. He is an absolute superstar and redefined what hospitality means! Flawless Day Trips: Peter took all the stress out of our vacation by personally arranging incredible day trips for our family. Every recommendation he made was perfect, and the logistics were seamless. Airport Transfers: He organized our airport drop-off at an excellent, highly competitive rate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey for us and the kids. Above & Beyond Service: To top it all off, Peter was incredibly kind and helpful enough to assist us with cash whenever we needed it. This level of personalized care and trust is rare to find and was a massive help to us during our stay. If you are traveling to Hanoi—especially with family—do not hesitate to book here. The hotel is wonderful, but Peter and his team make it an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!

Пребывание в этом отеле оставило максимум хороших впечатлений. Сотрудник Peter очень доброжелательный и приятный мужчина. Он был заинтересован в моем комфорте. Номера чистые и ухоженные. Номер был просторный. Было очень тихо, без шума. Отель расположен очень удачно. Он находится в самом центре. Рядом много кафе и развлечений. Завтрак был отличным и вкусным. Я обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова.
