L'accueil de l'enregistrement pas du tout accueillant, on aurait dit un enterrement, le monsieur ne connaît pas le sourire. Bâtiment ancien, le parking souterrain pas pratique avec une grande voiture allemande. En plus on descend au sous sol avec ascenseur et le personnel qui attend pour monter avec leurs chariots de linge ( alors que ascenseur à droite pour service réservé à l hôtel), pas de bonjour et nous pousserai presque avec leurs chariots dans l ascenseur Le nom ramada ne correspond pas aux hôtels ramada que l'on a déjà réservé.......

The food was lovely and the stuff was very helpful and friendly if I needed anything they would sort it for me right away it was also very clean

Очень отзывчивый персонал, который готов решать проблемы не нагсловах, а в действиях! Отель опрятный, завтрак хороший. Но самое главное, - это люди, которые работают в отеле. Я готова петь им хвалебные оды еще долгое время! Рекомендую этот отель!

I got upgrade to suite but had to climb up stairs to go bedroom. Coffee sachet flavour in the room.

Breakfast not very good, i kept asking for gluten free bread but didnt get it, same menu. I had to ask for iron everyday, takes time too

La mobilia di camera e bagno era un po' datata.

Everything was good with my stay! I stayed in a non-smoking room and it was clean. Special thanks to the staff also who were kind and helpful with my questions.

The location, its a very busy area

The staff was not professional and not friendly and did not ask my preferences and gave me a smoking room facing the noisy street. The rooms are old, smelly and dirty with poor lightning in a loft configuration, with the bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs. For a 65 years old its dangerous and the staff should have been aware of it. The breakfast room was located in the basement and we need to walk outside in the cold and dark of the night at 07:00 (no lights came on or any kind of illumination to get there. The content was barely minimum but not standard options for a 4 star hotel

limited dining but if you like fast food Doner restaurants you will be well served, along with convenience markets. close to the adjacent medical centers which is most likely the reason for people staying there. Clean room and friendly staff. Easy to get to transportation for the city center and tourist locations but is quite a distance.

Inițial am rezervat trei nopți dar a trebuit să mai rezerv o noapte. Pentru acea noapte m-au mutat în altă cameră deoarece prețul camerei îl măriseră cu 30%. Jenant! Micul dejun un dezastru, noroc cu pepenele. Curățenia din camera este la nivelul a cel mult trei stele.

It was smoking smell even I was in non smoking room. I do not smoke and I have allergy on smoke. It was very poor breakfast not as traditional Turkish breakfast. If I know it I would never book my room with such breakfast.

The property was a little disappointing for a Ramada property the room stunk of cigarette smoke and Queen bed had only Double bed linen in place insufficient for 2 sleeping in the same bed. The restaurant food service slow and food was cold. Also no. Swimming pool or whirlpool available . The property is close to plenty of street food dining options and Coffee shops

Nice location in Istanbul. There are a lot of local restaurants and cafes nearby of a hotel. Very cozy. And very cheap.

Our group enjoyed their stay, rich breakfast, clean rooms and a very helpful staff especially Naz hanım, she was very cooperative since the beginning and concerned about all the needs of our group. The location is also another plus, near to the Metrobus station, and whoever likes to walk it is a possible walking distance to the seaside. It has its own parking lot too. Thanks to Naz hanım for her sincere support service 🌸

The bathroom was not clean and they don't have a wc brush for cleaning toilets. The hotel pub is too expensive. Workers on reception except the night receptionist didn't want to give me an Invoice because they didn't know that they were obligated to issue an Invoice regardless I made a reservation over Booking.com.

It is mostly like a 3 star hotel! I booked it at Istanbul airport for $140 per night!!! They told me it is luxury Hotel and this was the most expensive hotel they offered. The room was clean with a good size. there was no view by the window and a little noisy in morning. The mini bar was empty!!!! just 3 bottles of water. There was a big dispenser on the bath's wall with sth like shampoo! Room service was not satisfying. Breakfast was terrible. very small and few. the juice tasted very bad, and they gave us paper cups for it. It added a bad after taste to that. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is Ramada's chain. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. There are all the things you usually expect to have in the room: bathrobe, slippers, water, coffee, tea and a kettle. Staff is friendly and helphul. WiFi is good. Breakfast is good.

The hotel is simple, nothing special. Rooms are not very new, and smell of cigarettes, even if you take non-smoker room. Coffee is not very good. Bar is very expensive.

Washroom needs to be checked twice a day, as i have a issue in the washroom i.e. During shower water goes on the basin side. I have complained 2 or 3 times but they didn't response properly.

I booked for 4 nights, and unfortunately, I paid for all, but I stayed 1 night only with no sleeping due to bad smell. The next morning, I ran away from this hotel without a refund. I was very happy to get out of this bad hotel. I don't recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was amazing! Good staff. Great restaurant! The location is terrible if you want to visit the city centre daily - at least 40mins away from the city and when traffic builds up, you can expect a 1hour drive.
