The only good thing was the shower.

There was cigarettes burns, the room was stinking of cigarettes. Stains everywhere. My friend got put into a basement with a window that was not closing properly, and when asked to change, the staff was very shocked why we wanted to change, and said it was overbooked. Later she stayed in my room and when we went to get the towel at night, there was a cleaning lady at 1 am cleaning the room next to her. It was so sketchy. There was barely any light in the corridors. We booked for 2 nights and left the next day, as we did not feel safe there. I would not recommend this hotel as it does not look like it’s advertised

Nu am primit camerele rezervate, am primit camere jalnice la demisol. Camerele nu aveau perdele, aveau decât draperiile agățate dezordonat sa acopere jegul de pe geamuri și gunoiul ce ne întâmpina când deschidem fereastra. Mobilier dezmembrat........, instalația electrică cu fire la vedere, foarte periculos Baia jalnică, cu duș la furtun....wc infect plin de calcar îngălbenit...., fără prosoape Când deschideam ușa, trebuia cu mare grijă să nu cadă .. Am incercat sa refuzăm aceste camere, solicitand camerele rezervate, și am fost luați la goană, ba chiar mai mult, amenințați că vor chema poliția să plecăm dacă nu ne convine ce ne oferă ei.

Locatie was voor ons top, dichtbij het openbaar vervoer (metrobus) en parkeerplaats was buiten, maar wel met slagboom (wij hebben een hoge auto met dakkoffer). Hotel receptie (lobby) was goed en medewerkers waren aardig.

Helaas was onze kamer om 14 uur nog niet gereed. We konden onze spullen achterlaten en zij zouden deze in onze kamers zetten. Bij terugkomst zaten onze spullen nog steeds in de lobby! (gelukkig nog wel veilig). Ons werd verteld dat ons kamer op een terras uitkeek, leek eerder op een bouwput. Koelkast was van binnen niet schoon, tapijt was vol met vlekken, twee kluisjes aanwezig maar beide werkten niet, deur van WC ging niet dicht omdat deurkozijn helemaal los zat. Je betaalt geen hoofdprijs, maar er zijn wel een aantal basisdingen die dus beter kunnen.

I have no idea how this hotel has 8.0 rating at booking.com. Feels like real scam. It's very dirty. Everything. Blinking lights, stains all over the carpets, straight smoke smell all over the rooms. We asked for other room right after we came. But other room was just the same. We just booked another hotel on booking.com right after and left. We're waiting for full refund of cost for this scam. The girl on the reception told she accepted it and yet nothing, I guess she lied. Just check real reviews about it on Google Maps.

They were always willing to assist us and took the time to think along with us to find the best solutions. Their service was truly excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel and definitely plan to come back in the future. The location is also great, with public transportation within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to get around. Thank you so much for everything!

Ich war jetzt schon zum dritten Mal (innerhalb von einem Jahr) im Mardy Hotel...es ist ein sehr familiäres, freundliches und gemütliches Hotel in einer guten Lage (Medical Park Hospital und mehrere medizinische Universitäten)...der Besitzer und seine Frau vom Mardy Hotel, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wie auch das Personal...ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiter empfehlen ...ich fliege nächstes Jahr wieder nach Istanbul und werde sicher wieder das Mardy Hotel buchen 👍😀

Ár-érték arány. Tágas fürdőszoba. Tiszta. Csöndes. Segítőkész személyzet.

Kevés hely volt az ágy mellett. Mindig ugyanaz volt a reggeli. Éjjel betört a portás a szobánkba, nem tudom kit keresett, de nem vicces. A kilátás sajátos volt, némi romokra rálátással.

Stayed for one night and had a great experience as always. I’m a returning customer and would happily stay again.

The staff was very welcoming and hard working. Also good price for the service, air con was great as was there when was hot.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, memory foam that doesn’t come back to its normal shape.

Reservations are not respected, additional charges appear without clear explanation, and simple requests become unnecessary arguments. A hotel should make guests feel welcome, not force them to fight for services they have already paid for.

Cleanliness needs major improvement. The bathrooms were dirty, the room smelled like people had been smoking inside for years, and overall hygiene was below basic expectations. The language barrier with the reception staff made solving these issues almost impossible.

I frequently accommodate post-operative patients here because of the hotel’s proximity to the hospital. Unfortunately, I experience problems almost every time. Patients need peace, cleanliness, and understanding, but instead they often face unnecessary stress due to poor organization and lack of flexibility.

The biggest problem with this hotel is not the building itself, but the attitude of the staff. Instead of helping guests solve problems, they create new ones. Communication is poor, they refuse to take responsibility for mistakes, and they make guests feel like they are the problem.

Мне отель понравился, тихо, спокойно, отличная локация, рядом много кафе, где можно недорого и вкусно поесть, удобная транспортная развязка и к морю не далеко, это лучший отель в данном районе за такие деньги, а посмотрел я много вариантов. В меру чистый, номер просторный, отлично вентелируемый. Но изюминкой этого отеля - его персонал, классные, отзывчивые ребята, с которыми всегда приятно и поболтать и обратиться по любому вопросу. А для недовольных, неумеющих застелить кровать после себя, напомню, это трехзвёздочный отель, а не хоромы султана.

The hotel’s location is convenient, but that’s where the positives end. The smell of cigarette smoke is noticeable throughout the property, the rooms are not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and the bathrooms are particularly disappointing. Customer communication is also difficult because the staff speaks very little English.

The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite being presented as a non-smoking room. The cleanliness was below expectations, and it did not feel properly prepared for new guests. This is especially disappointing when accommodating patients who have just undergone surgery.

I have stayed here multiple times because of the location, but the quality has never improved. The staff struggles to communicate in English, the rooms frequently smell of cigarettes, and the bathrooms are not cleaned properly. Definitely not the standard you would expect.

They did upgrade my room for free but it was still quite a poor experience. Although the staff was friendly, the hotel is in a terrible state.

Upon my arrival there was very little soap and toilet paper left in the bathroom. The room very strongly smelled like old tobacco that has been absorbed by the walls, and on the bed frame there was a hole burned in by someone's cigarette. For me as a non-smoker and a person with asthma it was an immense discomfort. The floors were very dirty and in general the surfaces were very dusty. The slippers I was given were almost made of paper and broke on the first use. The lights in the corridor were either not working or were flickering, gave an impression of a horror movie set. Had to walk through a dark corridor to get to my room. Because I got sick on my stay I had a runny nose and asked for extra toilet paper - the staff refused to give me what I needed (considering there was almost no toilet paper at all upon arrival anyway). They said "tomorrow" which never happened so I went to supermarket to buy it. Ridiculous. On top of everything, big lights in the room were not working so in the evening I had to be in dimmed light only. Shower cabin had mold and smelled like sewage. As much as some of the staff was polite, the hotel is in a horrible state and unfortunately I will not be coming back nor recommending it to others.

Die Ausstattung veraltet und nicht besonders auf dem Besten Stand aber Klima Anlage in jedem Zimmer. Sie haben aber sofort auf ein anderes Zimmer sogar größeres Zimmer umgebucht, als wir mit eins nicht zufrieden waren.

Приятный персонал, позволили заселиться раньше времени. В комнате на верхнем этаже было жарко, без проблем переселили меня в другую, прохладную комнату. Неплохое расположение, рядом много заведений и недорогих ресторанов. Хороший выбор 👍🏻

Die Werbefotos sollten den Tatsachen entsprechen. Und die Schäden sollten in den Zimmern beseitigt werden.

Хотелът е много хубав. Мястото е много комуникативно. Хотелът разполага с паркинг. Изключително мил и приветлив персонал. Посрещат гостите, качват багажа до стаята. Специални благодарности на момчето от рецепцията Абдулах - много е готин, съдейства по всякакви въпроси, всяка сутрин ми носи разкошен турски чай!

Check-in den başlayacak olursak, resepsiyon personeli son derece nazik ve güleryüzlü. Yapılmasını istediğiniz değişiklikleri rahatlıkla söyleyebiliyorsunuz ve derhal yerine getiriliyor. Tüm personel çok iyi ama, özellikle Ramazan Bey ve Ayşe Hanıma teşekkürler. Odalar geniş, rahat ve sessiz. Televizyon sistemi gayet verimli, oldukça fazla seçenek var. Sık seyahat ettiğim için, çok sık bu otelde kalıyorum. Etrafında çok sayıda otel olmasına rağmen, personelin ilgisi, davranışları, güler yüzlülükleri, odaların ferahlığı ve temizliği, konum itibariyle ulaşım probleminin olmaması sebebiyle her zaman bu oteli tercih ediyorum. Odalarda su ısıtıcısı, çay, şeker, su ve mini buzdolabı olması gerçekten büyük avantaj. Yine gelirsem, kesinlikle burada kalırım.

Temiz, konforlu, rahat, çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Konumu olağanüstü.

We had a nice stay at "Mardy Suit Hotel". There is a parking and the rooms are fine. It was pretty quiet for Istanbul. Very near the old airport. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and welcoming.

Sırasıyla söylemek gerekirse; otelin ulaşımı toplu taşıma ile çok kolay ve otelin konumu harika. Metrobüs durağına birkaç dakika mesafede. Odalara gelince, çok rahat ve geniş, dolaplar ve havlu vb. gibi şeyler pırıl pırıl tertemiz. Personel gerçekten çok güleryüzlü, kibar ve yardımseverler. Tekrar gelirsem tek tercihim olacaktır.

Öncelikle tüm çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü, iyi niyeti ve hizmet kalitesi mükemmel. Resepsiyon görevlilerinden Ayşe Hanım ve Ramazan Bey'e özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. Otel konumu çok iyi, metrobüs durağı yalnızca 2 dk mesafede. Otel çevresinde çok satıda restoran, kafe ve market var. Odalar temiz, yataklar rahat. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Персоналът на рецепция беше любезен.

Паркинга беше много кален. Трябваше постоянно някой да ходи да помоли за отваряне на бариерата. Целият хотел миришеше лошо. Стаите не изглеждат като на снимките. Много по-мрачни и мръсни са. Сапуна миришеше на лекарства. А най-потресаващото беше, че в едното легло имаше забравени чорапи от предишни гости, което ни говори, че чаршафите изобщо не са били сменяни. Бяхме за две нощувки и никой не почисти стаята през това време.

Maybe the location was kind of okay

The bed was very inconfortable - it was old memory foam mattress which there is a "hole" when you body lies. The room was very dirty. When checked in the room I told receptionist that it is dirty a have to clean the carpet and to bring toilet paper. I had to remind 3 times for the toilet paper as there was not any and I bought it from the store. The parking - this is not parking this is muddy lake where you park and when you go out of the car (or come to the car) you are all dirty. Going in this muddy lake and going out you have to ask the reception every time. There is camera and no one is looking at it. Don't look at the photos - these photos are when they open the hotel. The carpets are so dirty. I am sure they have never seen a vacuum cleaner. Our carpet in the room has not only hair.

Отличный отель, заслуживает 10/10! С самого момента заселения всё было на высшем уровне: приветливый и внимательный персонал, быстрое оформление, всегда готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Номер был идеально чистым, уютным и современным, с комфортной кроватью и всем необходимым для отдыха. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель и с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова! Çok sıklıkla kalıyorum ve bundan sonraki seyahatlerimde de tek tercih edeceğim otel. Konum mükemmel, metrobüs durağına 70 metre uzaklıkta. Hemen yanında çok sayıda kafe, restoran ve alışveriş marketleri var. Çalışanlar son derece kibar, güleryüzlü ve yardımseverler. Hizmet kalitesi/fiyat dengesi çok iyi. Tavsiye ettiğim tüm arkadaşlarım kaldılar ve bana teşekkür ettiler.

I didn't like the fact that the reservation didn't specify that the room chosen was half underground and ground-level windows overlooking the covered summer playground. The room lacked sunlight. If I had known this at the booking stage, I would have chosen a different option. Also, the smell of cigarettes could be heard from the hallway, I don't smoke, and the smell seemed very sharp to me. Maybe we're unlucky with the neighbors, I don't think the smell of cigarettes there is always there. I lived for 2 days and realized that I was sorely lacking sunlight and the smell of cigarettes only added stress. I talked to a hotel employee, he showed me the available rooms and our family moved into a nice bright room, it was lovely. I never heard cigarette smoke again. The room I chose was a class above, and I paid extra for it. But I'd rather know this in advance, as we had to significantly cut the travel budget because of it.

Elbise dolabının inde kötü bi koku vardı. Ayrıca eşyalar kötü kullanılmış ve yenilenmemiş. Banyodaki sabunluk bile sabun püskürtürken kırılmış ucu kendini bırakıverdi Bakımsızdı. Keşke daha çok foto çekseydim bu anlattıklarımın ama önemli bir sınavım vardı 1 gece kalmak için gelmiştim ve başka bir konuyla ilgilenebilecek lüksüm yoktu
