Istanbul Fair Hotel

Everything was perfect. Thank you and see you again soon.

Hotail was good

the cleaness

there was no internet

Only the staff was friendly

Everything else ... no cleaning services for my room for 5 days that i stayed in ...and most importantly the first 3 days i had NO WATER !!!!! how can a hotel had not water i dont understand this imagine stayin and paying for a hotel to have no water in ur bathroom...HORRIBLE

Friendly staff, parking available right by the building.

In the first room we were given, the air conditioning was not working. We were given another room, but the rest of the problems remained: the air was stuffy and difficult to breathe, and the pillows and mattress were very worn out and uncomfortable. The towels had a musty smell, the lighting was poor, and the window was small and looked onto an interior courtyard, with a staircase right next to it. There were no mosquito screens, and the curtains were torn. I believe they keep parrots on the terrace, because from early morning until late at night, there was very loud and constant chirping from a large number of birds. On both nights, the electricity went out for about 30 minutes. The internet and television only worked on the first day. Afterwards, we were told that someone was supposed to come and check them on the third day, but this never resolved the issue.

No water at the shower

Doesn't has a water in shower

Location is good and stuff

There is no water in bathroom. I dont have water to make shower

Tesis temiz ve güvenilir. Çalışan arkadaşların hepsi çok yardımseverdi. Herkese tavsiye ederim bölgenin en iyi konaklama yerlerinden.

Everything was perfect!

Personalet var hyggelig. Fikk oppgradert rommet mitt gratis. Busstasjonen er på gåavstand.

Great location, clean rooms, and thanks to Aman and another Turkish staff member for their kindness and professionalism.

My previous review was positive about this hotel But this time was horrible! The elevator was shaking dangerously every time it was used, and it took nearly 5 minutes to reach the 4th floor. The cleaning staff also did not allow guests to use the elevator while they were cleaning. Especially one Turkmen staff member, whose name was probably Mohammed Ismailkhil. I've never encountered someone so unprofessional, disrespectful, and, in my experience, discriminatory in the hospitality sector. If something is against the hotel's policy, it can be communicated politely. Instead, he was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Finally, the hotel does not mention anywhere that they do not accept card payments. They only accept cash. If you don't have cash, it becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange it somehow. They simply don't seem to care about the inconvenience. Even if you are unable to manage cash immediately, they may raise their voices and make the situation very uncomfortable. So, please be careful before booking.

Konforlu ve sessiz, aileye uygun

Oda beklediğimden biraz küçük fakat ideal her şey mevcut

Aire acondicionado,no mucho ruido y estaba cómodo

The location and inside the hotel is good designed and clean, the receptionist guy from Afghanistan very kind person I had a nice conversation with him, he helped me with the smoot check in.

It’s on the Main Road near to Metro

Good location

Hotel policy for booking. Change it last minute, asking for Cash only

I had a pleasant stay the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, staff very helpful. It is in a good area for regular public transport into different areas

Would of liked access to a kettle when I wanted to make a hot drink as could only use it for 10 minutes as reception took it back

very friendly and helpful staff made the stay very easy for us

only downside which wasnt even that bad was the location was kinda far from the places to do stuff but its a nice trip

C bien

It was cancelled without my will. That request "Cash only", when I try to get my reservation back. Very bad experience

Location. Staff & price. Good combo 😊😊😊

Reception

Camera poco insonorizzata e lontano dal centro

Best value for money with very friendly staff.

Nothing

Excellent staff.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They answered every question and were very easy to contact.
