NOTHING IT WAS THE WORST PLACE

I REACH THERE AROUND 5 5 am FOR LONG TRAVEL AND WHEN THEY BRING IN MY ROOM EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY SECIALLY THE BED!!! I gave them a chance to change my room but when i went for breakfast it was also disaster cos the utensils are also dirty!!! I have decided to go out of that hotel becausr of theyre mistake and i have been charge around 4000 rupees for their mistake!!! Worst hotel never booked there or else ur vacation will not be satisfied!!!!that place isnt for tourist!!! Thats for rats cos the place is very very dirty!!!!! And the staff manager is also very very rude like how can he be a manager on that attitude!!!

Stosunek ceny do jakości, lokalizacja w centrum, chociaż dojście dość uciążliwe.

Personel w obsłudze restauracji jest bardzo słaby. Na start przed śniadaniem zeschłe owoce, krojone po prostu godzinę wcześniej na talerzyk. Po prośbie o śniadanie wegetariańskie dostaliśmy parówki, po ponownej sugestii, że to nie jest wegetariańskie śniadanie, kelnerka przyniosła nam chleb z minimalną ilością masła i dżemu (nie starcza nawet na jedną kromkę) i pytała w czym jest problem. Robią kawę rozpuszczalną zalewając wrzątkiem z ekspresu, chyba dla efektu, absurd. Śniadania jedliśmy poza obiektem. Cały czas głośno w całym obiekcie, chyba na stałe mieszkają tam rodziny z dziećmi które nie szanują obecności innych gości.

Frontdesk staff was very rude and impolite. Bedsheets were not clean and we had to change the room. Bathroom had a hot water but the force was not enough to take a shower.

Fruit included in the breakfast. Lots of outside courtyard spaces that could be used.

Room was near the kitchen and noisy early in the morning.

It was quiet, the staff were friendly, and it was always open even at night. Allowed late check-in and check-out. Both processes were smooth.

For my particular room, there was no ventilation or exhaust fan in the bathroom. As a result, there was a lot of bad odor in the room if the windows were not closed.

Only i liked about the lobby ..

Their location is just a shit... car cant access properly.. even at night u cant walk there as it's dark and roads r underconstruction... They made 5 stares building but no lift.. that's a joke... In room they dont have any mirror.. which sounds crazy ... and the washroom and rooms were dirty... 0/10 ...

I BOOKED THE HOTEL FOR MY UNCLE,S FAMILY. THEY WE’RE SATISFIED WITH ALL OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL.

Obwohl Kathmandu lärmig ist, ist es im Hotel Mustang sehr ruhig, weil etwas abseits des Verkehrs gelegen. Man kann gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig und gut.

Als ich dort war wurde der Zufahrtsweg gerade umgebaut, was aber einen Fussgänger kaum stört.

Terrasse auf dem Dach des Hotels gut geeignet zum Sitzen und Hinunterschauen. Grosses, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.

Das Zimmer wurde ein paar Tage nicht aufgeräumt, obwohl ich die Tür offen liess. Aber das war nur einmal.

Property was located at the convenient location. The staff were very helpful and polite. And they tried their best to make my stay comfortable.

I arrived here after 12 days long trek hoping to have a good hot shower. But the hot shower had extremely low water pressure, staff tried their best but still couldn’t get it to work properly. I had to use bucket and mug to take a bath. I expected better from the such highly rated hotel.

I book a room through Booking.com and when I go for a check-in, and they give my room to someone else. At nigth I have to find different hotel Do not book here

Iam stay Room No 205 is super Big and comfortable.staff is very friendly.

The hotel is a little hard to find as it is not on the Main Street...THIS IS A BLESSING!!!! Very little street noise. the staff was most helpful especially Sunil...who was always ready to help. Breakfast was good with a charming young lady in a sarong to serve with a smile.

I stayed in the standard double room on the second floor. It was large, spacious and clean. The outdoor patio and common areas are very lovely. Great for a group. Check in and out easy, allowed bags to be left at reception. Spare key pass to place in the room so you can have lights/aircon on all the time if you wanted. Working mini fridge. For around 30$ aud per night, it is budget, and what you pay for.

I stayed in 5 different hotels during my stay in Kathmandu. This was by far the LOUDEST and noisiest. The slamming of doors, kitchen cooking, general staff, screaming children, other patrons and surrounding construction was barely cancelled with ear plugs. It was also the only hotel I had issues with bugs/mosquitoes in the room biting me. Definitely NOT a relaxing stay. The bathroom is below average with mould and rust everywhere. The shower light was broken during my stay. Takes at least 10 minutes before hot water comes through. Multiple occasions the desk is not staffed to address problems. Very slow laggy WiFi. Lacking basic linen, there was only a very worn hand towel and body towel.

- Significant amount of noise and windows not properly sealing - The property is not clean (walking barefoot in your results in immediate dirty black feet, even if it’s just been cleaned) - Breakfast is not what you see in the pictures. It’s one egg, toast and some cornflakes - This is probably the first time in my life I write about staff being rude, especially the owner showed a complete lack of manners. Since the breakfast was so small it would barely be enough for a child, I’ve booked (and paid for) a second breakfast. This resulted into the owner snapping at me and becoming extremely rude about why am I eating two breakfasts…. Did not bother to check that I have actually paid for both, and did not bother to apologise for his behaviour either.

Bardzo fajny hotel w samym centrum, obsługa bardzo miła, zatrzymuję się tu wiele ciekawych osób, więc można za każdym razem kogoś tu fajnego poznać. Polecam ☺️

The location is great – right in the center of Thamel, yet fairly quiet since the hotel is situated on a side street. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is freshly prepared and served on a plate per person, with fresh fruit on the side. The rooms have air conditioning, which is very pleasant. There is also a terrace with seating where you can relax. The only downside is that the bathroom has no window or ventilation. Overall, it's a recommendable hotel for anyone who wants to stay centrally but still enjoy a quiet atmosphere

Hotel je velmi dobře architektonicky postavený, s několika terasami. Vše v docházkové vzdálenosti. Výborná lokalita. Je to bezpečné místo, hlídané přes noc ochrankou.

Pokoje by potřebovaly občasnou renovaci zařízení. Servírovaná snídaně je stále stejná a po pár dnech omrzí, protože není na výběr nic jiného. Neprobíhá úklid pokoje, ale pokud něco chybí, personál dodá.

Staff were very kind and helpful. I wana give thank to Mr. Rakesh, Ms. Srijana and Mr. Ajay for their excellent service. Food was very nice typically nepali food and quantity also awsome.

Don't trust this hotel. We had a booking that was confirmed from the hotel. When we reached hotel at night 11 o'clock, they told all rooms are sold out. How would you feel at late night in a foreign country when the hotel manager tells that your room has been sold out. They tried and adjusted us to a different hotel after much arguments.

Centrally located, easy access to get around, lovely view from rooftop.

Water pressure in facets and shower could have been better.

A great location for your Kathmandu stay. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and there was even a TV with netflix! Unexpected for a budget hotel! We were cold on our first night, so I asked staff at the front desk for extra blankets, which we were immediately given and then we slept well. Breakfast was included and was filling and yummy. Knowing that I had been unwell before arriving in Kathmandu, staff asked regularly how I was feeling, if there was anything that they could do to help. They were so kind. Our shower wasn't super hot, which was a bit tough in winter! But the bathroom was big and clean. They also organised out taxi to the airport as well. The hustle and bustle of Thamel is down a small winding street, so easily accessible,, but the peace of the hotel is a welcome change! A great place to stay.

In middle of Thamel(tourists area) in a quiet dead end street, lots of restaurants near by. Nice staff, modern design lobby, terrace and restaurant. Good breakfast. Clean room with air/heat conditioning. Hotel staff helped with luggages to 1st floor. Booked a room with balcony, owner couldn’t find “Balcony” word under my reservation, we were only there for a night, no big deal.

Needs an upgrade on the washing detergent.

Fantastic location, super comfy room and the breakfast was delicious. All the staff was amazing and very friendly, but Avinash gets the special mention, he was a star and helped organizing everything to make our stay even more unforgettable. We also enjoyed some time at the super nice rooftop. Totally recommendable and will be back for sure!!

The open spaces with chairs and tables made our stay very enjoyable since we were a group of friends, hence we could hang out together outside of our rooms.

Excellent location, spotless room and toilet, very friendly staff, all the necessary amenities provided in the room, plenty of hot water - simply loved my stay! It was the best hotel during my 10 days trip in Nepal. Everything was perfect here. They even allowed me early check-in and check-out a couple of hours late. I can highly recommend this hotel!
