The room assigned to us was not clean. There was a puddle of water on the floor that we had to wipe. The bed had stains. The table in the room was dusty. The air in the room feels moldy. Cleanliness in the hotel should be looked into.

Saya terpaksa check out lebih awal karena hal tersebut, tetapi sampai sekarang tidak ada inisiatif baik dari pihak hotel untuk refund biaya yg telah saya bayarkan. Sangat kecewa. Saya tidak akan kembali ke swift inn aeropolis lagi. Makasih

Penghawa dingin A/C tak sejuk atau tak dingin seperti yang diharapkan. Tidak servis mengikut keperluan. Sangat tidak memuaskan.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Parece que está en el aeropuerto, pero en realidad se tarda casi media hora en llegar. Está dentro de un recinto cerrado que se llama Aeropolis que por lo visto pertenece al aeropuerto.
La habitación viejísima y sucia, Moho en el baño, manchas de sangre en la pared... Para dormir solo cerca del aeropuerto y poco más.

Room small and dirty. Aiport shuttle limited (when we ask the staff telling me full. When the shuttle come and going only 3 person inside). Do not order massage to you room. The girl older and not professional therapists.
