Was there for a week, and apartment was only cleaned once. Same towels and sheets only changed once. In fairness apartment had a washing machine so I could have washed them myself!

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Excellent location, bus stop/station right outside. On site bar/restaurant and pool area which were both great. The apartments are equipped with everything you need. It’s a very short walk to the Playa Blanca beach front with main restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket located just across the road. Couldn’t have found a better location/hotel! Staff were really helpful and booked a couple of our excursions. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in Playa Blanca.
Beds are a little on the firmer side.

Che dire, il villaggio è stupendo, vicinissimo al centro ma molto silenzioso con bungalow ristrutturati, grandi, puliti e accoglienti. Sono dotati di ogni comfort. Il villaggio possiede 2 piscine, una per gli adulti e una piccola per i bambini. Vicino alla piscina c'è il bar/ristorante. Non ho avuto modo di provarlo ma in alcune serate c'era musica dal vivo ed era piacevole. È davvero un'oasi di pace, sembra di stare fuori dal mondo. Lo staff poi è stato gentilissimo. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è notevole! Sarà il posto in cui andrò ogni qualvolta Lanzarote chiama!!

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026This is my all time favourite accomodiation in Lanzarote! Its so calm, beautiful and peaceful. If you don't like the overtouristy, crowded places, come here! Pools are good size, well heated even in January! Don't miss the churreria about 100 mts, amazing!

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The property was clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent. We had cleaners in and the beds changed three times during our stay which we didn’t expect. The menu was varied and the daily specials were very popular. There seemed to be a lot of choice in the bar too.
The only criticism would be lack of air conditioning in the main living room. It wasn’t a major problem and we managed very well

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The bungalow was very spacious and had so much space for clothes etc. Two bathrooms were great and the kitchen was well stocked. An extra bonus having a washing machine as two small kids make a lot of clothes dirty! The complex was really nice and well kept and our bungalow was on the edge and it was lovely and quiet, away from the pool and restaurant area.
It was a shame that the pool closed at 8pm each day but I believe this is a spanish law to do with lifeguards being off duty

Cerca de las playas Dorada, Flamingo, muy bonitas. El personal de recepción muy amables.

Camera matrimoniale grande e molto silenziosa e dotata di aria condizionata. Letti comodi e cuscini di vari tipi. Bagno nuovo molto bello con doccia walk in. Sgabuzzino. Zona living con grande tivvu a canali satellitari. Parcheggio a die passi, sicuro e gratuito. Il dettaglio che ha impreziosito il soggiorno sono stati i gatti presenti, che abbiamo accolto e dato loro acqua e croccantini durante il soggiorno. Ci aspettavano in giardino dormendo pacifici all'ombra. Aiutateli anche voi se decidete di prendere una casetta qui: una ciotola di acqua e una di croccantini e farete del bene non solo a voi, ma anche a voi stessi

It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. It’s right next to a bus station and we got a direct bus from there to the airport for €13 for our family of 4. The staff at Las Brisas are amazing. From the cleaning staff and gardeners to those on the front desk and bar staff. They always make you feel very welcome. We cannot wait to book for next year!!

La terraza estaba poco cuidada y algo sucia. El techo estaba lleno de telas de araña. El salón debería de tener una mosquitera para poder tenerla abierta sin que entren mosquitos.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Everything.....villas beautiful...everything you could need for selfcatering holiday, even washing machine & dishwasher, safe, beds very comfy, lots of storage, sunbeds, table, chairs and parasol outside each villa, some had barbecues, pool area lovely...had your own key to get in/out of complex, supermarket across the road 👌 Location...just beside bus station...regular local bus to take you around playa blanca, if needed ...but can also walk to beach shops pubs, (few minutes) can also get local bus to/from airport (not sure if runs during night hours) and to other areas of island on route..for few euros

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Nuestra estancia en Ona Las Brisas ha sido excelente. La villa estaba impecable, muy cuidada y no le faltaba absolutamente ningún detalle. Tenía todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa, incluso más de lo que esperábamos. La ubicación es inmejorable: muy cerca de playas preciosas, supermercados, restaurantes y todo tipo de servicios, lo que hace muy cómodo disfrutar de la zona sin necesidad de grandes desplazamientos. Además, queremos destacar la atención del personal, que fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Sin duda, es un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Si volvemos a Lanzarote, repetiremos.

Ambiente totalmente inglés tanto en el complejo como en el bar-restaurante. Los aparcamiento son un poco estrechos. En el que estuvimos tenía dos camas de 90 separadas y un sofá cama para los niños

It was our 3rd year back, and the accommodation villas are getting a little tired and dated. Bedroom doors and wardrobe doors not opening / closing properly. All the furniture in general needing updating. It’s also the first year that no ball throwing allowed in the pool at all at any time. Very disappointing for families. If Las Brisas is being marketed towards families and children why have this rule??

Fresh towels etc on the 3rd day and offer of a clean, which l had already done. Staff on reception very helpful, upon arrival given pool towels to use if using the pool , need to be returned as you leave. Pool is lovely and for safety at night a barrier in erected. Sun loungers and garden table and chairs at the accommodation. Enjoyed sitting out in the evening's. We can't wait to visit again
As a couple, didn't like separate beds.. other than that it was perfect!

Big TV in lounge. Very clean and all facilities you could need. Great location, 5/10 minute walk to seafront for bars and restaurants, plus local shop across the road. Front terrace very comfortable for chilling with table, chairs and sun loungers. Swimming pool is amazing, big and heated, with walk in steps, plus ladders. Great bar/restaurant on site too.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Très bien situé à côté de la station de Guagua, 5 mn des ferry et 2 mn de marche du supermarché, 4 mn de la plage - cafés - restaurants. Logement bien équipé avec une literie confortable, tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine (lave-vaisselle, lave- linge etc.), terrasse pour bronzer ou siroter un verre. Grande piscine avec bcp de transats. Les réceptionnistes et tout le personnel très aimable et souriant. Séjour en 2024 et cette année 6 nuits + 2 nuits.
Il faudrait réparer les moustiquaires aux fenêtres et les systèmes de blocage de fenêtres. Sinon tout est OK 😁

Reception staff were quite off hand and borderline rude. I requested a walkin shower and a room near the gate as I have Parkinsons. When I arrived I was near the pool but the shower was over the bath and I had to climb In and ou to shower which was not ideal. I didn't tell them I was disappointed because I felt that during check in the receptionist made a comment about me emailing the hotel about my need for clarification on some things and my request. i felt so embarrassed there were no daytime activities

Our villa was right by the road and opposite the bus station and therefore noisy and affected by light pollution. Inside the villa was adequate - kitchen utensils rather lacking. The lighting was AWFUL - bright LED bulbs and not enough accent lighting to read by in the main living area. The pillows in the bedrooms were DREADFUL.

Modern, clean and spacious. Only a short walk to nearest shops and not much further to thd main shopping area and beach.
Probably not usually a problem. But we found that because of the unusually strong winds the canary islands were /are experiencing the wooden windows rattled very loudly . It would have been nice to have a self catering starter pack for arrival. Eg. Tea/coffee & milk. Also basics in larder, like Salt, pepper & foil.
