Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Prácticamente no pudimos estar en el alojamiento, hicimos el check in online con anterioridad como se pedía, doy el aviso de que llegaríamos tarde, el alojamiento pone que tienen recepción hasta las 00:00 horas, llegamos y no había recepción porq eran apartamentos y nos tenían q haber enviado las claves online y nos nos la enviaron, llamo al alojamiento y no contestaron, así hasta las 2 de la madrugada, que conseguimos hablar con Booking y canceló la reserva , Booking también intentó contactar con el alojamiento y tampoco le contestaron.

Nous pouvions facilement faire des allers-retours lorsque nous allions à la plage. La climatisation est parfaitement placée : en laissant la porte de la chambre ouverte, elle permet de rafraîchir à la fois la chambre et le salon. L’appartement est bien fidèle aux photos suffisant pour un court séjour à lanzarotte
Les murs sont fin donc le matin on entendait la salle de bain et les toilettes des voisins.

Tenía bastante olor a humedad, con un ambientador se soluciona. El tostador no funcionaba, saltaba la luz en cuanto lo conectabas. Cuando tirabas de la cisterna, salía el agua por fuera. En general estaba limpio, exceptuando el sofá y que una de las toallas estaba manchada...

First of all there was no one there to show us were the room was...it took nearly 1 hour to get into the room 2 young teenagers had to help us as we were given the wrong code after finding out which house it was... They had to ring to find out what the proper code was, I couldn't get on the WiFi we tried numerous times but would not connect on either of our phones, we were lead to believe that the TV had all the channels,yes there was but most was Spanish...

Reviewed May 17, 2026La posizione ed il fatto che fosse tutto nuovo. La vicinanza al centro e a negozi come la panetteria. Il silenzio durante la notte. La comodità del letto ed il parcheggio gratuito in strada.
La difficoltà a trovare la casa esatta e a far scattare il sistema per la chiave. La mancanza di contatto con la struttura. Se arrivate alla sera e avete problemi al telefono non risponde nessuno.

Reviewed May 14, 2026The property is absolutely clean and very spacious, I was so surprised as it was very cheap to book, you really do get great value for the money you pay, the facilities are clean and upgraded, the bed is extremely comfortable, we have air con and a tv in our rooms along with a mini fridge. I was even more happy to see we had a shared kitchen which is absolutely stunning, the host really caters for your every need and communication was fast and friendly.

No me gustó sentirme engañado ya que no tiene nada que ver lo que muestran en fotos con la realidad. Se trata de un bajo que da a pleno pie de calle y se escucha absolutamente todo, además, los vecinos de la planta de arriba también son muy molestos y se les escucha hacer ruido sin cesar, arrastrando muebles,etc. La habitación MUY SUCIA, con restos de comida por el suelo y pelos de inquilinos anteriores. La sabana con manchas amarillentas. Los muebles con liquido pegajoso derramado. No se molestaron en adecentarlo ni un poquito. No reunen condiciones de higiene en absoluto, porque además , nos encontramos en menos de una hora con dos cucarachas en la habitación .Las otras habitaciones están muy cerca y se escucha por el pasillo todo tipo de ruido, un sitio donde la palabra relajarse y descansar no tiene cabida. Y el culmen de la experiencia fue, que a las 00:30, intentaron (durante un buen rato) increpar la ventana de la habitación que da a pie de calle. Tenemos todo documentado. Me senti SUPER INSEGURA, jamás me habia pasado algo similar en un alojamiento. No pudimos pegar ojo en toda la noche. Para colmo, cuando llamo a la empresa que lo gestiona y le cuento toda la situación y que no nos ibamos a quedar las dos noches que habíamos pagado por los citados motivos, no piden ni unas disculpas, solo que contacte con booking. SIN VERGÜENZA Y SIN ESCRUPULOS. Como si ya estuvieran acostumbrados al mismo tipo de queja que además, se reflejan en los comentarios negativos ( cosa que por desgracia, no miré en su momento, porque tremendo disgusto (y dinero) me hubiera ahorrado). No lo recomiendo a nadie, porque reune todo lo que nadie quiere: insalubridad, poca higiene, inseguridad y trato nefasto. El precio no se corresponde para nada. A todo esto no nos reembolsaron ni la mitad del precio de una noche por todo lo sucedido.

Er is geen raam in de slaapkamer voor wat frisse lucht er is wel een raam in woonkamer aan de straatzijde, maar daar is soms redelijk veel geluidoverlast in avond Er is geen gelegenheid om wasgoed buiten te drogen behalve wanneer je je wasrek buiten op straat wilt zetten Bij aankomst konden we helaas niet eerder inchecken dan de aangegeven tijd (15.00 uur) ik was er eerder, dus 3 uur lang met mijn koffer op een terras gezeten , toen ik om 15.00 uur het appartement betrad bleek echter dat het appartement door een "error" niet klaar en schoongemaakt was om ingechecked te worden Na contact opgenomen te hebben met de host werd er alsnog een schoonmaakteam gestuurd, die alles netjes in orde maakte en kon ik uiteindelijk pas om 17.00 uur het appartement in Niet leuk, maar fouten zijn menselijk denk ik dan maar, al had ik behalve een " sorry" een kleine tegemoetkoming in het een of ander wel op zijn plaats gevonden

*Nous avons signalé un problème de remontée des eaux usées dans la douche de notre logement à partir de la machine à laver qui se trouvait dans la cuisine commune **Il serait bien de connaitre avant la réservation si les clés sont données en main propre ou via une boite à clés Ce n'est pas la même chose et le prix ne devrait pas être identique Je pensais être accueilli et j'ai appris 3 , 4 jours avant notre arrivée que ce sera un accueil avec une boite à clés ! Je recherche le contact avec les locaux lors de mes voyages et c'est donc une information que Booking.com doit demander et ajouter sur le site du logement Nous étions hors saison et le prix supérieur à 100€ parait excessif sans un accueil humain, les prix pour ce même logement varient excessivement en quelques semaines... Vérifier plusieurs fois le prix du logement !

Description trompeuse la cuisine est partagée avec 3 aires chambre. Ce n’est pas un appartement mais une petite chambre simple. La proximité des chambre est une catastrophe. Check in a 15h, a 15h45 la femme de ménage était encore dans la chambre. Sans parler de l’environnement très sale et mal fréquentée. Une vraie honte pour les canaries fuiyez cet endroit il y a des établissement 1000 fois mieux pour le même prix.

Daba a la calle, pero apenas estaba transitada, por lo que no nos resultó demasiado ruidosa.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Posizione perfetta se non si vuole stare direttamente al mare ma comunque vicino. C'è tutto iul necessario per un breve soggiorno. C'è anche una cucina in condivisione con altre due stanze, che però non abbiamo usato. Wifi funziona bene.
Letto un po' scomodo e biancheria da letto che non rispecchiava le aspettative, ma tutto pulito.

L’annonce sur Booking est trompeuse : je pensais réserver une chambre avec cuisine équipée, mais il s’agit en réalité d’une chambre simple avec cuisine partagée avec deux autres chambres. La chambre est peu accueillante, très dépourvue de décoration, à part une machine à café Dolce Gusto pour laquelle on vous met des capsules Nespresso, donc je pense qu'elle y est placée comme objet déco ;) Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas satisfaisant pour les Canaries.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Location is in a residential area. Close to everything from port to bus station, shops and the town centre. Area is quiet and feels safe. Rooms are large and well equipped.
There's a possibility of a damp patch in the room. Sorted by airing the room. Wasn't particularly a problem for me. The space is large. Great bathroom and great shared facilities. I needed it for one night as a transit solution and it worked well for me. The rental space was a bit bare but 100% functional which is exactly what I needed.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Megérkezésünk után derült ki , hogy a latszólag rendezett szállás nyirkos , dohos és penészes. Hiába vannak benne új bútorok es fehérre meszelt falak. Atható kellemetlen fertőtlenitő (klór ) szag fogadott és miután kiszellőztettünk eszleltük a dohos szagot. A falakon is átüt a fekete pemész itt-ott és a bútorok is arasztják dohos szagot. Jeleztük a szállás felé , hogy nem etikus egy egészségtelen szobát kiadni , pláne úgy hogy több mint 2 hónapja előre kifizettuk. Hosszas huzvavona után egy méltánytalan 30 % visszatéritést igértek a foglalási árból. Az ott töltött 2 napos tartozkodádunkat tönkretették ezzel a kellemetlen helyzettel, majd jó pár nap elteltével kiderült , hogy még ezt a megállapodást sem tartják mivel még kissebb összeget adnak visszatérites gyanant takarításra hivatkozva. Úzenezeikböl világosan kiderül , hogy tudtak a problémaról !!! Átverve és lehúzva érezzük magunkat. Szégyen , hogy ezt megenhedheti magának egy szállásadó. Tudtuk , hogy egy hostelben foglaltunk szállást tehát nem rovom fel hibának hogy az ajtókat más lakók csapkodják , hogy a hűtőszekrény irgalmatlanul hangos , hogy a törlközöid nem tudnak megszáradni , hogy csak az utcán tudsz levegőzni, hogy finoman fogalmazzak nem a legjobb környéken van, de elvárom hogy tisztessegesen bánjanak a vendéggel és tájékoztassák arról időben ha ilyen problémájuk van es dönthessek arról hogy ilyen körülmények közt is oda szeretnék e menni vagy keresek egy másik szállást. Tehát ezt a helyet nem ajánlom senkinek . Az egészség fontos es itt nem vigyáznak es ha jelzed a problémádat nem etikusan járnak el az ügyedben.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026La camera è praticamente nuova, moderna e pulita. Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro pieno di ristoranti e bar. Anche il parcheggio era facile trovarlo. La cucina è condivisa con altre due camere, però è molto pulita e fornita degli utensili base. All’interno della camera c’è comunque un mini frigo da poter sfruttare.
Aggiungerei delle tende alle finestre per maggiore privacy quando si vuole tenerle aperte.
