Esta muy descuidado el Exterior del Hotel, (Por Dentro Todo Bien). Los aires Acondicionados hacen mucho Ruido. (Al Menos los que nos tocaron ver), nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación debido a eso. (El Personal Muy amable). Nos mostraron otros dos y tenían el mismo problema, en el que nos quedamos también hacia ruido pero mucho menos.

Las instalaciones, desde que llegas al hotel la parte de afuera tanto como adentro, todo ya es muy viejo como si no le dieran mantenimiento y las habitaciones por igual, se veian sucias, llegue antes del horario del check inn y a pesar de que me comentaron que tenian habitaciones disponibles se me cobro una cuota extra para poderme entregar la mia, dice que incluye internet, pero no te deja conectar mas de cierto numero de dispositivos.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025The stay was good, the breakfast was excellent and the employee talk make was one of the ones in charge of the breakfast line was amazing, making sure the tables were clean and his service was top notch. The only bad thing was that the sofa bed was old, the cushions had weird white stains, the sofa bed was super thing and I could feel the metal springs. Make sure you state you need the extra patting liner for the sofa bed and an extra blanket otherwise you may not get it. They also count everything and take note of pillows, blankets or anything you ask for. (who would want to take that home?)

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025El hotel está bien situado alejado del ruido de la ciudad ,no nos gustó que no hay aire acondicionado en los pasillos ,al desayuno le doy 3 Estrellas deberían de mejorarlo antes estaba mejor ,está caro para lo que ofrecen .las máquinas del hielo y donde deberían estar los snacks estaban fuera de servicio .Baño no estaba lo suficientemente limpio .

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025This was a mediocre 3 stars hotel not 4! Shower drain not working, accumulation of water, lots of noise because of an outside generator. Broken tiles in the lift, torn fabrics on the furniture. Despite asking for a quiet room well in advance, the hotel gave me a room right in front of the main road, arguing that all even numbered rooms (facing the backside) were fully occupied. Which i don't believe. A/C inside the room were mostly faulty with huge noise. They had to change my rooms and I checked 4 rooms before selecting the less noisy one!!!

El desayuno tenía muy pocas opciones si las comparamos con otros hoteles de la misma cadena en otros estados; el clima de la habitación estaba algo ruidoso; estuvimos teniendo problemas con la llave, salíamos durante el día y al regreso no podíamos ingresar a la habitación porque la llave se bloqueaba; en ocasiones suele ser molesto que estás durmiendo por la mañana y vayan a tocar la puerta como si la quisieran tumbar (entiendo lo del servicio de limpieza, pero si llega a ser molesto). Y pues la televisión, no tanto el tamaño sino que estaría padre que tuviera el sistema Smart tv.

When I complained to the receptionist, the lady still did it again. For the price of a hotel in Mexico, I was expecting better service and better cleanliness.

The first room we got was covered with cockroaches and we complained about it the lady that helped us we checked in was nice and moved us to a new room but the lock on the door did not work and every time we needed to leave and come back we had to have the security guard come help us the front desk lady the next day was very dismissive and made us feel like everything was normal and nothing was wrong with the hotel she was extremely rude when we told her we wanted to end our reservation early due to safety concerns she dismissed all of our concerns without a care
