Mixed-positive: rooms and tented villas are often described as beautifully designed and spacious, but some tents were worn or torn and outdoor-bath configurations caused insect issues for some guests.

Generally praised — staff repeatedly described as friendly, welcoming and helpful with island orientation; a small number of reports of less helpful staff or incorrect travel times.

Exceptional service highlighted by guests, particularly by the reception and dining staff.

Positive: multiple guests singled out the restaurant as excellent and particular; food quality is one of the stronger aspects mentioned despite isolated service complaints.

Food quality was highlighted as outstanding with abundant breakfast options.

Mixed: the pool is praised by many, and the restaurant is noted as special, but there are reports of poorly maintained pool equipment, weak AC in tents and advertised spa facilities (sauna/hamam) not being available.

Good amenities overall (multiple pools, beach access, restaurant, shows), but issues noted with poor Wi‑Fi, towel service timing, mosquito presence and occasional maintenance.

Facilities like the pool and spa services received positive feedback.

Below expectation: several guests felt the price was too high given maintenance issues, missing advertised amenities and security concerns.
