L’emplacement en plein centre historique ; l’extrême gentillesse de l’équipe : accueil parfait. Avons été guidés parfaitement pour arriver en zone piétonne.

La déco est laide ou inexistante, la vue est sur un mur à 2 mètres, la salle de bain n’a pas été refaite depuis des décennies, un odeur d’égout règne en maître dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner est minable, avec les fesses des clients qui trempent dans votre café.

We loved that it was right in the centre of old town Lecce. We liked that it’s not a hotel but actually an apartment as such in an Italian families home which they now run as business. The breakfast was very enjoyable with fresh fruit and home made yoghurt. Eggs and cold meets and cheese selection along with sweet treats if that’s your preference. The best bit for me was having a kettle in the breakfast room so that you could make a hot cup of tea. Natty on reception was very kind and helpful at all times. There is a roof top terrace where residents can get a drink in the evening and it has lovely views

Magical place with nice rooftop and beautiful garden ! In the middle of Lecce.

The rooftop and view was beautiful. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very friendly.

The suite was not suitable for three adults. The single bed was made up for a child. The furniture was not useable.

Location and the common areas.

First day reaching through ZLT and wrong way was bit scary, but turned out all fine.

The property was in the heart of the city. Where ever we seemed to go our hotel was never very far. The rooms were great and the rooftop was out of this world.

I would say really nothing. We had a vehicle and driving into town was certainly different but their instructions were spot on.

La ubicación inmejorable, las instalaciones impecables, la comodidad de la habitación amplia, buen aire acondicionado, buenos amenities. El desayuno recomiendo no perdérselo, es muy completo y el lugar donde lo sirven es precioso. El patio interior también muy lindo.

Solo comentaría que la recepción cierra de 2 a 4 pm, para nosotros que viajábamos en tren implicó cambiar la hora para alcanzar a llegar antes de que cerraran. Hay que considerarlo.

L emplacement au top pour visiter Lecce à quelques mètres de la piazza duomo. Très bel immeuble avec de grandes pièces de réception, petit déjeuner sympa. Parking étroit et à 20 euros par jour : plus simple de se garer dans la rue à quelques mètres pour moins cher

Right in centre of old town opposite Cathedral. Beautiful roof top garden looking onto Campanile. Friendly helpful staff. We were able to check in at 11.30! They had prioritised our rooms. Parking in private courtyard invaluable. Rooms spacious. Palace full of character.

The entrance is extremely narrow for vehicles but we did manage ( just) to get our Skoda Kodiaq in with help of staff.

The location and the architecture.

Communication was extremely poor, and the check-in process was problematic. I was not given any of the rooms shown on Booking.com, but instead a very basic room divided into two small areas: one containing the bed and an armchair, and the other a table with two chairs and a kitchenette. The bathroom was exceptionally cramped. The shower measured less than half a square metre, making it difficult even to turn around. Immediately to the right of the bathroom door, a protruding metal cabinet creates an obvious risk of hitting one’s head. The exposed steel parts of the plumbing also showed clear signs of not having been wiped or properly cleaned for a considerable time. On our first day, at 12:35 p.m., someone knocked on the door to inform us that the room had to be cleaned and that, unless we left almost immediately, housekeeping would no longer be available after 1 p.m. We therefore had to get ready and leave within five or six minutes to allow enough time for the room to be serviced. Information of this kind should clearly be communicated to guests sufficiently in advance.

Absolutely unbeatable location, right in the city centre near all the best things Lecce has to offer, yet very quiet once you enter the property so quiet to sleep at night. Bedroom and bathroom were huge with amenities very accessible. Having an elevator was a bonus and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The parking is also very convenient with clear instructions provided from the staff. Wonderful charm throughout, we will be back.

Palazzo Rollo foi a opção mais acertada em nossa viagem para a Puglia. A hospedagem é confortável, muito bem localizada no centro histórico de Lecce, o staff é muito gentil e agradável. Me senti em casa. Possuem um rooftop muito lindo, onde é possível apreciar ótimos drinks. Agradecimentos especiais ao Leonardo, sempre muito cordial e que fez a diferença em nossa estadia em Lecce.

Loved our stay at Palazzo Rollo. Located in the centre of old town and beautifully restored. Our room was clean and comfortable. Excellent shower! Rooftop terrace was a surprise and delight. Loved having end of day drinks with the breeze and city views. Staff were great and parking onsite.

L emplacement était génial, au coeur du centre historique et à deux pas du Duomo. Le palazzo est splendide et tout rénové, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La chambre avait de très hauts plafonds, la literie était top et la salle de bains très spacieuse et lumineuse. L apéritif sur le rooftop au coucher du soleil était mémorable. Le petit déjeuner était magnifique avec énormément de choix et de spécialités. Le personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Merci pour ce séjour exceptionnel.

Beautiful staff from the cleaning staff, bar staff and lovely ladies on reception. The room was perfect, so roomy with a small kitchen if needed. The best part was the rooftop bar where we had drinks each night made so well by Andrea from Brazil and Lel. The views and garden were just superb. We didn’t have breakfast but I’m sure it would have been excellent. We cannot fault this hotel at all and it deserves a 10/10 rating.

The owners are managing an incredible property beautiful room, rooms, common room, rooms libraries filtered water tea all day long great parking area right downtown 10 seconds from the Duomo but what is exceptional about this is that it was an actual palace and you basically live like royalty for the time you’re there

Sehr beeindruckendes Gebäude, mit vielen versteckten Ecken. Unbedingt einen Aperitiv auf der Rooftopbar nehmen! Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und hatte hervorragende Restaurantempfelungen. Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Altstadt.

מלון איכותי מאד, שהוא בעצם ארמון. מיקום מעולה בתוך העיר העתיקה. יש למלון גג עם צמחיה וגינון מהמם, שווה מאד לעלות לשם בבוקר ובערב. ארוחת הבוקר איכותית ומצויינת. לשים לב: להנחיות המדוייקות של המלון למגיעים עם רכב!!! יש הנחיות למסלול מאד ספיציפי כדי להגיע אליו, כדי להמנע מקנסות ztl.

Son cachet et son emplacement dans la vieille ville. L’ascenseur qui a été adapté pour conserver la vigne vierge qui recouvre les murs de la cour intérieure.

S’y garer est pratique mais le passage est très étroit. Heureusement que le personnel adorable est là pour nous guider.

Le jardin sur le toit est sensationnel. Les salles de petit déjeuner le sont tout autant . Emplacement numéro 1

La ubicación es ideal. El rooftop increíble. El personal muy atento. Las habitaciones con carácter, el edificio precioso.

El ingreso con coche es complejo dado a que se encuentra dentro de una zona de tráfico limitado y es necesario conducir por calles estrechas, con mucha gente. Nos han enviado instrucciones claras para llegar que han sido de mucha ayuda, para mejorar estas instrucciones incluiría las coordenadas para el gps de la “puerta” de ingreso a la zona ztl. La entrada al palazzo es estrecha por lo cual es difícil para coches grandes pero vale la pena. No lo recomendaría para entrar y salir con coche constantemente pero si para explorar el centro histórico.

De ligging in oude centrum is perfect en het is fijn dat je er kunt parkeren, wel reserveren. Het is even manoeuvreren door de kleine straatjes, volg de instructies van het hotel! Wij kregen upgrade naar appartement. Heb je dit dan kun je ook zelf koken. Was niet nodig, maar extra ruimte was fijn. Neem de tijd om even boven bij ontbijtzaal door wat kamers te dwalen. Erg mooi. De rooftop is fantastisch voor een aperitief. Uitzicht is mooi en heel mooi ingericht met veel planten.

Location and hotel were excellent. Large comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were helpful, nice and professional. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Location and grand historical building with superb roof garden

Reception did not send driving instructions to us so a very difficult experience finding accommodation. When we arrived reception staff just demanded passports instead of welcoming us after a very difficult journey.

El lugar muy lindo y muy bien decorado. La habitacion que nos toco muy amplia y hermosa vista al Domo.

El acceso en auto al hotel es muy dificil y las intrucciones de llegada fueron poco claras. No recomiendo llegar en auto.

Lugar maravilhoso! 10 brasileiros trabalham lá. Sensacional, lugar encantador. Único problema: se alugar carro grande, vai ser difícil entrar no portão do estacionamento. Comida: 10/10, Atendimento: 10/10, instalações e localização: 10/10. História: 20/10. Top viu!

A wonderful place to stay in a Palazzo right at the centre of Lecce just yards from the Cathedral. Everything about it was fabulous. And the roof garden and bar a wonderful surprise. Well worth the effort of navigating the narrow streets to get there.

J'ai réalisé un vieux rêve : dormir dans un palais italien. Et quel palais ! La salle du petit-déjeuner est une merveille. Notre chambre et notre salle de douche étaient vastes et au calme (vue sur cour). Le petit-déjeuner buffet est d'excellente qualité. Le rooftop est une vraie merveille ; nous n'y avons pas pris de petit-déjeuner ou d'apéritif (il faisait trop frais), mais c'était un vrai jardin en pleine ville, très fleuri, très agréable pour s'y détendre après une journée à découvrir la ville. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le fait de pouvoir garer notre voiture dans la cour intérieure. Nous recommandons vivement !

Converted from old palazzo in historic centre of Lecce. Private internal courtyard with doors closed at night, accessed by room key. Room enormous,ditto bed. Reception gave us names of several local restaurants, all of which turned out to be first class.

Strange lack of safe in the room.

There were so many sitting rooms and common areas filled with antiques and books:) The whole facility was beautiful, and right in the middle of the old town. Safe parking inside the gate of the hotel - but reserve parking ahead of time.

The office didn't open until 10 am and we had to leave at 8 AM. We hadn't collected our car keys from the desk, but they arranged to have someone meet us in the morning to get our keys before the office opened. Caused us a bit of a panic but they handled it so well! Can't beat the service!

Simply the most gorgeous rooftop in all of Lecce. A spectacular view of the Duomo bell tower, a beautiful garden and a rooftop aperitif made each evening very special. Much of the Palazzo’s historical character has been maintained, and our room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and we enjoyed afternoon coffees in our adjacent sitting rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a jewel of a property.
