I want to start by saying that the hotel itself is lovely and your staff were excellent throughout my stay. I really appreciated the service and hospitality I received. Unfortunately, for two of the nights, I was staying in a room that had an issue with ants. There were ants in the room, including in the bed, and I was actually bitten as a result. This was extremely unpleasant and significantly affected my comfort and enjoyment of my stay. I appreciate that issues can occasionally occur, However, given that I had to spend two nights in a room affected by ants and was bitten while in bed, and lack of sleep. I emailed to ask for a refund for those nights, but the reply was, they thought was ok as had given me up grade without charging me.

It’s location

Always had to ask for loo roll. Safe didn’t work. Shower not the best. Very mediocre breakfast - same cakes put out everyday. Could have done with a bowl of yoghurt, granola and fruit.

Posizione centralissima, perfetta per visitare Lecce comodamente a piedi. Molto comodo e funzionale anche il self check-in. La stanza era molto curata e soprattutto davvero molto pulita. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di entrare temporaneamente in ZTL con la macchina per scaricare i bagagli, davvero pratica. Ottima la colazione, ricca e di qualità.

Tra gli aspetti negativi, i corridoi erano molto caldi, quasi soffocanti. Nella nostra camera era presente anche una nicchia/soppalco che non risultava completamente visibile dal resto della stanza. È difficile da spiegare, ma dava la sensazione di avere una parte della camera fuori dal proprio campo visivo, cosa che personalmente non abbiamo trovato molto piacevole. Nel complesso comunque un buon soggiorno.

Le fait d'être dans le centre historique

Le manque d'accompagnement pour accéder à l hôtel. Nous avons eu du mal a trouver le parking de l hôtel faute d'explications claires. L'accès a l'hôtel meme pour déposer les bagages n'est pas réellement possible rues en travaux ou très etroites et cela n'est pas clair dit l'adresse précise du parking non indiqué sur les infos communiquées par l hotel. Y accéder fut une galère La surface de la chambre lit deux personnes est petite

I was in Lecce for an event, the location of the hotel was perfect for getting to my events. The hotel is very nice, the rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly.

This complaint is really of Europe in general. Being from the US we are used to air conditioning that is very cold. You just do not find that in Europe, this was especially true at the hotel, it would not get any cooler than 71f (22c).

The hotel was located off a busy area, which was nice. I liked the breakfast staff and her daily welcoming with homemade lovely morning treats. I appreciated there was an elevator. About 10mins walk from main train station.

I did not think the hotel was anything special and did not think it was at all worth the price. It was over expensive and does not have very nice rooms, nor a nice lobby. There is only shampoo offered as the toiletry with a shower cap and soap bar. A bit disappointing over all. Nothing else was included. There was water damage on the ceiling, the vents were filthy and there was a very bad ant problem in my room. I wouldn’t recommended a stay here, nor did I think the price was worth the stay. Could have been much better cleaned before my arrival. I didn’t want to use the towel rack as it can be seen to be dirty.

Colazione pessima, ripropongo le brioche del giorno precedente (e non oso immaginare le torte che abbiamo visto tre giorni di fila). Nessuna scelta di prodotti tipici. La frutta è stata l'unica cosa buona che abbiamo trovato. Distributore di bevande calde automatico, the senza possibilità di scelta. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo dovuto lasciare la colazione a tavola, era immangiabile. La camera non l'abbiamo trovata pulita a dovere nonostante il rifacimento quotidiano della stanza. La doccia presentava una forte presenza di muffa. La porta del bagno è in vetro quindi non garantisce la riservatezza dovuta (c'è una tenda da doccia che hanno aggiunto...). Alle 5 del mattino filtra una forte luce dalla porta finestra che non permette di poter dormire.

We were told by the travel agent who booked the hotel that the hotel had a parking, unfortunately not which was a big disappointment as we arrived quite late and parking is a real problem . Breakfast not great but comfortable room and very pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel was situated in the centre of the old town

Amazing location

This was not a great experience. Starting with the smaller issues that made the hotel feel below the standard that was advertised: in addition to ants in the shower, it was impossible to regulate the water temperature. One day the water was scalding hot, and the next it was ice cold. The breakfast was acceptable, but items were not replenished very well. What really made us feel that something was not right, however, was what happened when we went to pay the evening before check-out. The receptionist offered us a discounted rate of approximately €30. This discounted price was only available that evening and only if we paid in cash. When we asked why paying in cash would be cheaper than paying by card, the receptionist suddenly seemed to lose his ability to speak English, despite having spoken it perfectly well up until that point. He then started mumbling in Italian about commissions and card reader fees. We might have dismissed this as an odd interaction if it had not been for an apparent scam attempt we experienced before our arrival. Prior to check-in, we received a WhatsApp message containing all of our booking details, stating that additional information was required and that we needed to provide it through a link in the message. I found this suspicious and contacted the property through Booking.com, where they confirmed that they had not sent the WhatsApp message. Regardless of whether this was the result of misconduct by someone associated with the hotel or an external security breach, the situation is deeply concerning. The WhatsApp message contained accurate booking details that should not have been available to unauthorized parties. If the message did not originate from the hotel or its staff, this raises serious questions about how our personal booking information was obtained.

Bellissima struttura in pieno centro a Lecce, lo staff è stato davvero gentile e disponibile.

Nothing to like. This place is an absolute hell hole. You could even die in here if there was a fire - see below for details.

1) There is an illegal obstruction of the stairwell exits from the rooms to the ground floor and there is no proper signage leading one to any exit whatsoever. The Lecce authorities ought to shut this place down on this fact alone because this flies in the face of European Union regulations on fire hazards and could potentially cost live 2) There were ants in my bathroom. 3) The bathroom was not cleaned well as was evident by the presence of a few stray human hairs in the sink when I came in. 4) There was one rinky-dinky air conditioner stuffed in a corner next to the closet. It barely functioned and was not enough to cool down the room no matter how long you kept it on for. 5) The single functioning elevator was monopolized by a cleaning staff for a full 10 minutes during peak morning hours. I was trapped on my floor, with all my luggage, and no way to get downstairs. 6) The breakfast was absolute crap. No fresh fruits or vegetables, store bought cheap cardboard like dessert layout, barely any fresh water, no meat dishes, no proper cheese, nothing. Dogs in Lecce likely eat better than do this hotel's guests.

The location.

I was travelling in June and the temperature in the room when I arrived was over 25 degrees. The man on reception moved me to a different room but even with the aircon on for two hours the temperature was still 25.7 degrees. Ultimately, I made the decision to move hotels and was offered a slight reduction on the price but not a full refund.

La ubicación excelente Habitación amplia y cómoda

Mi è piaciuto molto questo mio soggiorno. La posizione dell’hotel è splendida, a pochi metri dal Duomo. La camera era molto spaziosa e dotata di un balcone affacciato su una piazzetta. La colazione è varia e deliziosa, soprattutto i dolci preparati dalla signora Cátia, che merita una menzione speciale in questa mia recensione: una persona adorabile! Sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra e attenta al rifornimento dei prodotti e al benessere degli ospiti. Tutti gli hotel dovrebbero avere una signora Cátia nella sala colazioni. Avrebbero sicuramente una giornata molto più felice!

Solo me gustó la ubicación, en zona céntrica.

La habitación fue un fiasco, demasiado pequeña, sin lugar para poner las maletas. El AA no enfriaba bien, la ventana con una cortina que no tapaba la luz desde las 5 hs. Para llegar a ella había que atravesar una terraza al aire libre. El bidet semitapado y casi no cabía en el espacio de ducha. Cuando reclamé, el argumento del conserge fue que había contratado la "smart"??? Le dije q eso significa "inteligente" y no "pequeña". Pero no me resolvieron la situación...

The location was quite central.

The room we got at the hotel was in a building that must have been connected with the main building at a later stage so while there is a lift, to get to the room you need to go up and down stairs. In addition the structure of the room was really odd, including the bathroom where the toilet was placed in an uncomfortable way. The window was barely covered by a curtain and an odd cover for the lower section.

Perfect stay from the lovely, warm welcome to checkout. The location is ideal - central yet in a quiet corner. The room was huge, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, very near the Duomo and the main Piazza. There are excellent restaurants and osterias within a ten minute walk. The room was small but clean. Breakfast was standard.

La posizione della struttura davvero eccellente!!!! Camera con riscaldamento gestibile secondo le proprie necessità, in più la camera era dotata di bollitore con tazze e tisane. Lo staff gentile e cortese, colazione abbondante e varia servita in un ampia sala con tavoli completi di tutto.

Bagno: La porta del bagno in vetro trasparente e che pur avendo un telo bianco dietro, anche chiudendo rimaneva dello spazio intorno non dando la piena privacy di cui si ha bisogno quando si sta in bagno. Non c era il bidè...ma un doccino! Il box doccia non si chiudeva bene e quindi dopo la doccia ci siamo ritrovati ad asciugare l acqua perché il bagno era " allagato". Colazione: mi permetto di consigliare le etichette per quanto riguarda soprattutto le torte...erano bellissime ma non le ho potute assaggiare perché avendo delle intolleranze diventa anche " noioso" dover chiedere continuamente gli ingredienti. Con delle targhette con nome, ingredienti e allergeni vi liberate da ogni problema 😉

This is a very good hotel with a high level of service inc;luding breakfast. One night, I had a major problem with my wife, who suddenly became very ill. I had to call an ambulance. The hotel staff were wonderful, very helpful, and even friendly. Their very kind attitude during our difficult situation was unusual and probably rare in other hotels. I am very grateful for their help. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was great

Bed is extremely uncomfortable, the mattress is very hard, and on top of it there is a cover that crackles and makes you sweat terribly because it’s plastic. I have never slept worse. The rooms are old; the only things they changed are the sockets, switches, and doors. The hotel and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation, urgently. Breakfast is poor and very basic. In the photos the hotel looks great, but in reality it’s not quite like that.

L'emplacement exceptionnel et le personnel adorable.

Par contre, le petit déjeuner n'est pas top, la chambre était propre mais mériterait un coup de jeune et la literie est à revoir..

Ótimo café da manhã, excelente localização, acesso fácil e próximos às principais atrações da cidade. Funcionários atenciosos e instalações limpas.

sehr zentrale Lage, 5 min. zum Dom, ruhiges Einzelzimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Aber in der Altstadt ist es sowieso ruhig. Gutes Frühstück. Aufzug vorhanden. Zimmer verdunkelbar. Gutes Wlan. Bad und Zimmer zwar klein, aber das stand auch so in der Beschreibung. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen!

Parkplatz außerhalb suchen, ca. 500m entfernt findet man kostenlose Parkplätze, z. B. Via Pozzuolo. Man kann nicht erwarten, in der Altstadt zu übernachten und mit dem Auto vorzufahren.
