Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The person who checked us in was amazing and he made us feel prepared and very safe. We had a wonderful time. The view of the Matterhorn and the herd of blackface sheep nearby felt so beautiful. The breakfast was beyond great and having a heated pool onsite plus a free-to-use washer dryer downstairs was amazing!!!! I am sharing a picture of the Matterhorn from our balcony and a picture of the blackface sheep. Each sheep wears a cowbell and you can hear every step they take. They are adorable!!
The only thing we didn’t like having to leave….. it was so fun there!!

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Good breakfast with a good selection. The chef and staff were very friendly and professional, and they kindly prepared fresh fried eggs for us on request. The reception staff were also welcoming, friendly and professional. We loved the location. We didn’t realise until the following morning that we could see the Matterhorn sunrise from our room — what a wonderful surprise!
We paid nearly CHF 500 for a stay of only around 12 hours, so we expected a much higher standard of comfort. One of the beds for the double occupancy was a sofa bed, which was disappointing. There were also no additional or spare pillows or quilts available in the room, which made the sleeping arrangements less comfortable than expected for the price.

My 15 year old son couldn’t use the sauna, which was a shame as it operates on NO swimsuits policy . For myself was also uncomfortable to keep changing my swimsuit every time between swimming pool and sauna.

It was hard to cool down at night. We were there during very warm days for Zermatt. The staff repositioned a window which helped a lot

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026駅からすぐ近くですが、駅から北側に少し戻りメインとは反対側になるため静かな場所です。キッチン付きで2部屋、バス、トイレも２つありました。4名で宿泊したので快適でした。ベランダもL字型で広く、マッターホルンを眺めることができました。ホテルには地下にプールとサウナも付いています。サウナに入りハイキングで疲れた体を癒すことができました。朝食も充実しています。ご飯も用意されていました。

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Desayuno muy completo, con opciones gluten free. Personal muy amable y resolutivo (nos dieron consejos para el viaje y rutas para hacer durante la estada). Spa muy agradable y de buen tamaño, con piscina termal, sauna y zona de relax. El aparthotel Naco está unido al hotel Arca por dentro, de modo que no necesitas salir al exterior para ir al spa o al desayuno. Cerca de la estación de tren de llegada a Zermatt desde Täsch (4-5 minutos andando) y cerca de las estaciones de tren de Gornergrat Bahn y la estación del funicular de acceso a Sunnega. También está muy cerca del centro de Zermatt, característico por su calle principal (5 minutos andando). La mejor sorpresa? Un chico de recepción era de Mallorca y nos atendió en nuestro idioma :)

Having a well-equipped space where we could cook our own meals was especially convenient, and the spa was perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. Breakfast was very generous with plenty of choices, and I particularly enjoyed the variety of cheeses and the freshly squeezed orange juice. Overall, a wonderful choice for a family stay.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Freundliches Personal und ein wundervolles Apartment mit einem bequemen großen Bett. Glutenfreies Frühstück war auch überhaupt kein Problem. Wir waren jeden Tag im Schwimmbad und haben das warme Salzwasser genossen. Gerne wieder!

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Stayed in Naco this time. It's a newer building with similar comforts. The pool was a delight! The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was full with options for all .. even a fresh OJ maker! My son and I had an awesome stay and enjoyed the access to ping pong!
The tiles around the pool can get quite slippery and dangerous. Should look into fixing that somehow. Kitchen could offer a few more staples for cooking (like olive oil). Some of the TV signals were quite glitchy.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The spa facilities and breakfast were top notch. The room was large with door separating bedroom from sofa sleeper. We were in southeast corner room on 3rd floor. Loved our balcony facing south. Had full view of Matterhorn from the balcony and captured beautiful sunrise photos both mornings. We ended up appreciating the location. It was close to the train station (but no noise issues) which worked quite well for us. I also liked that we only had to go in one direction to see Zermatt. Finally, the Gornergrat cable car was also quite close.
There was some construction but it really didn’t detract much from our experience.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Die Lage ist sehr gut und ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Wellnessangebot: Saunas, Dampfbad und das grosse Solebad waren super. Ebenso gut war, dass man die Gepäckstücke am Abreisetag in eigene Schränken verstauen konnte und diese dann erst am Abend zur Abreise abholen konnte.

The room is clean with all that makes a comfortable stay. The staff was particularly helpful with activity guidances. Breakfast was enjoyable, with freshly squeezed orange juices, excellent coffee and a good spread of breakfast offerings.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Tout était parfait : le personnel était disponible et accueillant. L’appartement, très bien pensé, offre de nombreux rangements ainsi qu’une salle de bains très pratique. L’arrêt du ski-bus est situé juste à côté, ce qui est très appréciable, tout comme la proximité immédiate du centre du village. Rien à redire. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, avec un large choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Erinomainen aamiainen. Aamiaisella voit itse tehdä tuorepuristettua appelsiinimehua. Erilaisia mehuja on myös valmiina tarjolla. Aamiaisella voit myös nauttia lasin kuohuviiniä jota on tarjolla heti sisääntullessa. Hieno sauna- ja allasosasto. Allasosatolla yksi suuri merivesiallas jossa useita vesihierontapisteitä ja porekylpypaikkoja. Saunoja ovat perinteinen- ,höyry- ja yrttisauna. Lyhyt matka (noin 80metriä) ilmaisen ski-bussin pysäkille (vihreä linja ja pysäkki Untere Matten) jolla pääsee kaikkiin Zermattin kylältä lähteviin alppihissien ja Gornergratin vuoristojunan ala-asemille.
Hotelli sijaitsee kylään johtavan päätien varrella jossa tavaraliikenne alkaa varhain aamulla. Hieman liikenteen ääniä kantautui huoneeseemme aamulla joka sijaitsi toisessa kerroksessa. Vaikka kyseessä on 'autoton kylä' niin sähköajoneuvoistakin lähtee hieman ääntä ja tieltä voi kantautua myös hieman katupölyä. Muista varoa kylässä liikkuvia sähköautoja, -potkulautoja ja -pyöriä!

El preu però comparant amb altres llocs del mateix Zermat, almenys pagues satisfet per tota l'atenció rebuda.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026This place offers an indoor pool which was great. The water was very nice ,not cold at all . The area was super clean. The hotel offers bathrobes bath slippers towels . The jacuzzi jets were very helpful for a relaxing time after a long day of hiking. The hotel is super close to Zermatt Train station, about 6-7 min walk. Very close to central Zermatt - access to restaurants, shops. There is a supermarket about 1 min walk from the hotel and a daycare!! Plus the hotel offers rooms with a kitchenette. The city bus stops very close to hotel (near Denner supermarket) which takes you to the point of cable cars for the Matterhorn glacier paradise. Overall 10/10 for the location, price, cleanliness. Loved our stay !!
They could have had iron and washer services free of charge. But guess it’s the norm in Zermatt.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026今回の旅のメイン、ツェルマットでの滞在先にここを選んで大正解でした！ 7人の大所帯だったので、屋根裏スイートマッターホルンビューに3名と、アパートメントバルコニー付きに4名(うち子供2人)で宿泊しました。 ⚫︎屋根裏スイートマッターホルンビュー ・キッチン付き、フライパンなどの調理器具にカトラリーなど、料理に必要なものは大体揃っています。 夜はここでご飯を作り、家族みんなで食べました。 まるで家のように快適でした。 バルコニーに出ればマッターホルンが見え、とても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 部屋もとても広いので、7人で集まってもゆったりできます。 ⚫︎アパートメントバルコニー付き 2部屋あるので、4人でもとても広がったです。キッチンもあります。シャワーが2部屋、バスタブは1つありました。この部屋のバルコニーからもマッターホルンが見え、朝も気持ちよかったです。
繁華街とは反対方向にあるので、少し遠いと感じるかもしれません。すぐ近くにスーパーがあるので、私たちはそこまで苦にはなりませんでした。
