Nice hotel n great view from the windows room

For check in, please on time and when customer late to come, the room have available. For me late check in 5.30pm. Book 3 room but 1 available. The 2 room still in cleaning. Received 6.30om. still ok because Hari Raya.

Long waiting time for check in, room carpet not properly clean

Location closed to basic amenities. Room rate was reasonable. Service was good. Overall was satisfactory

I have no chance to Check In. There was no one at the desk. I was ringing the bell again and again. The office door was open. I went in knock on the door. It’s like haunted. I contact Hotel.com and cancelled the booking. I will never go there again. First two stay were great. Not this time

WiFi is weak. No signal at all. Other than that it’s quiet and comfortable

Quite clean but the housekeeper did not replace the facial tissue box on 2nd day but only took out the empty box. When 2 pax stay in a room, I expect 2 laundry bags be provided. The carpet is worn out & should be replaced. So is the worn out/broken wire cable to the iron. The car part should be lighted for better security.

I always stay here whenever I'm in Kuala Terengganu and the stay is always pleasant.

management needs to identify and repair the damage or disruption in terms of the air conditioning system as well as the noisy water pump system when operating, as it greatly interrupts visitors to take a good sleep and also rest.

Need drastic improvement Bed, bathroom and room carpet. Old and need cleaning.

I stayed for business. Staff at the desk is not really helpful no information about my floor. The rooms are a bit tired, but were clean and quite spacious. Strategic location and nice view.

All the facilities are complete and in a nice condition, but the toilet and the building it self look like very old building that haven't has a upgrading.

In town. Convenient.

Room was large and furniture was new, but the carpet and the bathroom are dated. I did not get to try out the other amenities though. The wifi speed could be improved. But it was a comfortable night's sleep. Dinner at their restaurant on the top floor was good too. It overlooked a spectacular view of the river

TV not working properly. Chairs in the room needs updated. Chairs in the lobby and near the lift seriously need updated. Staff were friendly

Its clean and in town,making it very convinient to walk around. Need to be refurbished and poor breakfast selection.

We always stay in this hotel for our every trip to Kuala Terengganu, and will definitely come back in the future.

Slow chk-in.

Great location and view of the river. Staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Check in and out were easy. Rooms were large and well designed with good lighting. They were comfortable. A/C worked well. Breakfasts were great. Bathrooms were in need of repairs of the grout around the tiles (some was worn right down or missing) and severe cleaning of the grouted areas. That said, there was plenty of hot water and the showers worked well.

The toilet flush is very slow, and the shower was not that good. There was only hot water on the sink as cold water was very slow

There was no internet connection in the room.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Will definitely come back again next time.

It’s a reasonably priced hotel and judging from what I paid, I would the service provided, cleanliness and amenities were very good. The fact that it was close to the town was an added bonus. Will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to K. Terengganu.

Comfortable room, besides waterfront, walking distance from Chinatown. Wifi in the room was weak but okay in the lobby. The immediate vicinity around the hotel is a bit quiet but no issues generally speaking.

Paid for river view room but I was told the room was full during check in. I have to take the room with city view.

Was disturb noisy by wall drilling job room nearby..very noisy at 3-4pm Thursday 30/8. Cannot rest and not comfortable at that time. Parking extremely limited space... No pool and no shop nearby.

The scenery was beautiful, got the room that ovesees the river and Pulau Duyong. Love the breakfast..they serve varieties..we also took a brisk walk to the Waterfront and tried the food at Payang Serai which was just next to the hotel. Nice experience..

Found an underwear in the wardrobe. So disgusting.

Disappointed the toilet, first day toilet cannot flush. Second day change room, the water flow is too slow. Overall the Hotel staff services is good.

Very nice staff and very clean but the state of the fittings isn't good, the corridors are awful and give a bad first impression. Reasonable breakfast but don't expect much western content. Excellent position for china town.

No basement or complex parking, rainy season will be problem, no maindoor entrance with security at the front door

Need to maintain your hotel. Your location is superb & might become one the best. This is the first & last i stay here. At the same rate i could get a better option. Thanks

A nice hotel located at the ideal location to move around kuala terengganu, the room is very spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful. near to tourism attraction.

Felda Residence is a convenient location, but dated. The bed is clean but the toilet doesn't flush, no wifi in the room so you have to go to lobby for usage, the carpet in the room have iron marking, chairs were dirty, small tv with bad reception and no hot water shower even though we turned it to the hottest setting. Beside from that, the staffs are super nice and it's really close to Chinatown where you can walked to get breakfast and lunch. Pizza Hut and KFC close by along with local foods. There are no taxis on the road so you would want to use Grab App to hail a ride.

I loved our view which was facing the river, though the windows were dirty. The room itself was old and carpet was dirty. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a nonsmoking floor. There was evidence of cigarette buds left on carpets in hallway. The breakfast had good selection of Malaysian food and western foods. Internet was poor in the rooms. I couldn't connect at all to the free wifi. Good location. We were able to walk to Chinatown and around to market pretty easily. I would recommend this place only for a short stay. We only stayed one night. The bed itself was clean and comfortable. This place just needs a major update.

This is the most depressing hotel that I have ever stayed in! The decor was a dark brown and I suspect had not been decorated since it was originally built. This gave the appearance that it was dirty but I think it was just worn in. Even the staff appeared depressed- no surprises, I think I would too if I had the misfortune of having to work there.

This is my third stay, the front office staff are very friendly and helpful, but the staff in the restaurant don't seem to like their job if their grim demeanor is anything to go by.Food choices are so-so at breakfast, the Laksa Terengganu was extremely salty, i had to give up after two spoonfuls.bread choices only white bread.. very boring.My German guest was appalled.She had stayed in tourist resorts in Tunisia and raved on about the food choices there.The rooms need to be constantly repaired and maintained.Some idiot had used a hot iron on the carpet, so there were lots of iron-shaped stains, as well as broken tiles and even plaster ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom with rat-or Musang sized holed in it. (Room 1002).Mysterious red droppings appeared.My guest was freaked out. The fact that you now charge for parking at the hotel parking lot is acceptable, after all we need a safe place for our vehicle while on the islands. I think maintenance and staff attitude is a big issue. The location and the river view are still great.

It is a good location to the jetty and chinatown. The staff were friendly. The rooms need updating but beds were comfy. It is fine for a night or two

The access to the hotel was easy. Checking in was a breeze......only thing was that the lobby was on the 2nd floor. There was no underground parking like most hotels and parking had to be around the hotel.....most likely at some dark corner.

Not as expected. Poor maintenance. Disappointed with the choice of food served for breakfast.

Request didn't attend to. Extension of check out time costed us 80% of a night stay.

Excellence service Best place to stay Friendly staff

Room 1403 gives a good view of the river and its surrounding including the bridge and the Crystal Mosque. Breakfast at 17th Floor is awesome with breathtaking view of the mountains in the background and the river in the fore. Shell Out restaurant near the hotel dished out cheap but delicious western food. I had the best value for money of lamb chop for dinner. I will definitely come again for the lamb chop if not the hotel.
