Aru beach for it's magnificent sunset.Many Muslim friendly and Chinese restaurant surrounding the hotel.And mostly if your exploring Kota Kinabalu city, the hotel location and parameters is a e-hailing friendly as it is so accessable.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025The location is great, beach, nightmarkets, restaurants, airports, shops are nearby. Room is quiet, no streetnoises which is rare in KK:) It was quite okay for 1 night.
The hotel and the room is pretty old. Bathroom is falling apart, and it was not clean. Sheets and pillows are grey and stained and smelly. It is not because they are not washed (hopefully) but they are super old and must be replaced.

We had an issue with water while there but soon fixed.
