Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Amazing location. Walking distance from all the main sights and shops. Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. We arrived prior to check in so left our luggage there. By the time we got back to check in, our luggage was already in our rooms. Very happy with our stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Location was brilliant, exceptionally high room with lots of storage, breakfast delivered to your door each morning, amazing friendly, attentive and responsive staff to any request you have.
No ability to have a hot shower for two nights. Whilst the staff were incredibly responsive trying to resolve the issue, the problem remained and my partner was unable to shower on one night and myself the next.

我定的房型是tower ，这个房型电梯到了6楼，打开房门后，还有一长段楼梯要走，箱子也必须扛上去。而且因为是塔楼，床的上方楼顶是很高的尖顶，没有安全感，卫生间处于阁楼位置，有坡顶，楼层很矮，要处处注意不碰头，比较有趣的房型，但是住的不舒服很压抑。酒店服务也不好，楼下的柠檬水，6点不到就收走了，只有热水。

It is a suite! After open the door, need to climb up about 10 stairs to reach the bedroom and toilet! Not user friendly for old folks like us!
