Hotel vieillot et mal entretenu. Ne correspond pas du tout à un 4 étoiles. Salle de sport ou tout est cassé et sous 1 cm de poussière. Piscine correcte. Chambres spatineuses.

OK for the price

When i came there were no towels unyil 6pm and then thr towels were smelling chlorin. The kitchen didnt work, the aircon remote with no batteries. The gym with no electricity and locked. The breakfast was disgusting and poor. It is wrong to call yourselves a 4 star hotel.

Clean that was a good sign. But then the sh¡t start goes down. On the booking they are claiming to have amenities when in reality, (just few examples): -no money exchange, no indoor pool, ( pool outdoor yes it does and is not bad but sign says closing at 7 but in reality they were kicking ppl out at 6 and taking seating off beach) access to the beach same they close the gate on the beach at 6 and then you have no shower no access to the hotel unless you walk on side road or different hotels. Toilets in swimming pool zone horrible and dirty. Forget about pool bar or kids play ground they do not exist. Staff only one person speaks few words in English and they are not very helpful. And the biggest sh¡t show it's with breakfast or drinks by the pool fair enough they don't have bar but you can't even bring your own drink there and breakfast is in some sort of restaurant with no choice of nothing every day ( 1 egg, 1 yogurt, 1 pastry, 1 roll worse than school) rooms are decent size with flat screen but everything is worn down) on the bright side beach it's private tourist police and life guards on duty every day but don't try walk without flip flops sand is full of broken glass no one cleans that.

A l'arrivée chambre réservée non disponible ont nous a donné une autre chambre mais avec 1 seule chambre donc j'ai laissé la chambre à ma fille de 3 ans et avons dormi sur le canapé inconfortable

The study was good size,but the kitchen part without working things 😀, useless, then in conclusion plus nice and good room,lift , underground car park, minus basen not working,crew strange without proper contact, gym closed. Price on plus.

There were no towels in the room or plug in the bath

Very good service, all staff nice and friendly. Specially Nora who helped us with everything we needed. She is very kind and welcoming Hotel it’s a bit dated but it does the job if you travelling on budget. Also very safe , there is security at the door at any time Recommend

Lovely place. Good value. Clean. Friendly staff. Also option for hammam or massage. Breakfast simple but good quality. Fridge was leaking, but otherwise really nice. Right by the sea and parking outside.

Frukosten var inte bra, vi fick tjata om rena handdukar, området var okej och priset var bra om man endast använder hotellet för övernattning som vi gjorde. Vi fick vad vi betalade för helt enkelt.

La struttuta diposta su 6 piani ha una grande potenzialità, avendo una piccola palestra, una piscina e spiaggia privata, purtroppo è carente nella pulizia e mancano ristoranti. Il personale è genitile, disponibile. La colazione è la stessa ogni giorno, senza scelta, perchè preparata dal personale. Anche la sala colazione è carente la pulizia. Non sono curati i dettagli, esempio: mancano le lampadine sui lampadari, il soffitto dell'ascensore è costituito da una lastra di plexiglass con scritte non coerenti con l'hotel, nella camera da letto le abasciur sono senza lampadine, il frizzer del frigorifero non sbrigato; i cuscini del lettino prendisole sporchi, nell'ingresso della hall alcune piastrelle sono rotte, l'asse del watter di modestissima e sottile plastica, al primo accesso in camera senza fascia d'igiene. All'esterno dell'hotel sono presenti due bar. In prossimità dell'Hotel è sito un piazzale non asfaltato con due bidoni dell'immondizia non coperti e latterizzi vari, ovvero questa area non è curata. Il materasso è di buona qualità, che consente un buon sonno. Migliorando la pulizia, l'hotel migliorebbe parecchio. In sostanza, il rapporto qualità prezzo può essere buono, se ci si accontenta.

Hotel, propre, les pieds dans l’eau, proche de tout commerce et de restaurant

Bij het ontvangst zat een onvriendelijke man ( de andere collega’s zijn wel heel aardig) De kamer kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken, zwembad was niet schoon en ik moest elke dag zelf weer om een ligbed vragen om te kunnen zonnen. Het ontbijt was elke dag, 11 dagen lang exact hetzelfde. Ik miste een waterkoker op de kamer en kleerhangers. Wel een mooie ruime kamer, iedere dag kwam de schoonmaak en kreeg ik nieuwe handdoeken. Je kijkt uit op zee en op de tuin van het naastgelegen hotel dus dat is mooi. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is op zich wel goed maar alles mag net iets netter, schoner en vriendelijker!

This hotel is max 3* & the service from staff is 2*, morning same breakfast staff shout at you and pretend they dnt understand when every day we wanted the same, no tea just coffee given in morning half a cup if you ask for more they look at you, one of the managers at reception was helpful the other wasn't at all wears a blue blazer, hotel itself was clean, cleaning staff were nice. If you have issues in rooms they do come to sort it, I'd say at max an entry level 4* hotel with 2* staff, Hotel is on beech front which is another positive

Die Lage ist super. Stadtnah und direkt am Strand. Man hört das Rauschen des Meeres. Die Betten sind topp. Täglich frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Küche alles funktionsfähig. Besteck fehlte und Geschirr für 2. Person. War für mich nicht wichtig. Fenster im Bad und in der Küche könnten von außen eine Reinigung vertragen - können die fleißigen Damen aber nicht - da nicht komplett zu öffnen. Kalkablagerungen bleiben nicht aus . Aussicht vom Balkon super. Balkon mit Möbeln, Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, WLAN, Aussenpool toll und Mut Blick aufs Meer. Frühstück einfach aber gut. Ich hätte gern ein kleines Gymnastik Angebot und zum Frühstück Obst. Bin aber auch in der Lage dies für mich selbst zu organisieren. Und die hilfsbereiten Menschen vor Ort haben auch dafür Lösungen. Fazit: ich komme bestimmt wieder

Hôtel correct dans l'ensemble, mise a part certains membres du personnel qui ont oublié d'être aimable, sauf femmes de menage et personnel du restaurant. Salle de sport impraticable, et vraiment déçu du comportement du personnel qui loue les parasols (alors qu'ils sont compter dans le prix de la réservation ), et se permettent des réflexions malhonnête.

Propreté 0 mais vraiment 0 elle passe la serpillière sans seau dans toute les piece je retrouve des cheveux de la salle de bain , drap pss souvent changer plutôt remis les mêmes si elle décide quelle sont propre , hôtel sans service repas kitchenette disponible mais il faut s’equiper de ses ustensiles son éponge e liquide vaisselle frigo pa assez fort j’ai du jeter tout l course pas animation fermeture a 19h coupure eau 19h sans être prévenu pas de parking disponible, des louange son en ba de l hôtel donc bruit musique a fond jusqu’à 3h du matin ,parasol limité a 2 transate même si on es 5 personne… et j en passe à réfléchir

*Do not waste your time or money-SCAM* When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation and said all rooms are full, then another clerk approached and said we can cancel reservation with hotel app and pay them directly with cash then they can find room. We refused to cancel app and told them we paid in full, magically they found our reservation. They didn’t allow us to stay in the main hotel, instead they took us to a separate entrance with construction ( looked like apartments that were not completed and all left over hotel items are stored). The room did not have running water, no working toilet, exposed electrical wires, no wifi, no tv, no towels, no soap, nothing. Everything was broken and dirty. Lipstick on bathroom mirror and dried pee on floor. Full of large roaches. All hours of the night Libyan music with screaming and girls. Not a 4 star hotel, more like a brothel. Desk clerk was extremely rude, disrespectful and ignorant. We left and I don’t recommend anyone visit. Places like this is the reason tourism in Tunisia is a joke.

Effectively a Libyan brothel, not a hotel. Impossible to sleep with noise from the hall and rooms all night long. Sheets were gross, floor was dirty, dried pee all over the toilet seat, only one tiny elevator for the whole building, and a pathetic breakfast. Just... no.

Bonjour le séjour était formidable la nourriture impeccable chef de cuisine réceptionniste serveur y compris les personnages chargés de l'entretien étaient vraiment très accueillants et plein de petites attentions y compris de la part des femmes de chambre. J'ai pu jouer au tennis/billard/piscine sur place et faire des connaissances sympathiques.

Sehr gemütlich für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Man muss etwas Küchenausstattung mitbringen und das Restaurant unten ist zu hören.

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und auch die Reinigungskraft ist sehr hilfsbereit und fleißig.

Efficient location, but be aware that, especially on the one side, you are directly above and across from several very noisy bars and clubs. This is the second time I have stayed there, which I only considered because I knew the noise was not an issue during Ramadan. Do not take 'no smoking' rooms seriously. All rooms the are smoking rooms and smell as such (though not overpowering). Otherwise the rooms are a bit dated and the mattresses aren't very good, but it is clean.

Good: 24 personnel. Near to beach. Friendly staff. Improvement: Not enough information on tours. Used to local or french/Arabic speaking tourists therefore English language non existent. Floors didn't feel clean when walking on them in my room and no toilet paper. Overall: Friendly staff but wouldn't stay again as doesn't meet international standards. Little run down. Good for a stop over if needed.

I booked 3 nights at this hotel and fourth night separately based on the fake reviews. I paid almost $200 - 595 TNDs for 3 nights upon arrival. I was given room 4005 the blurring music post midnight, the smell of smoke and non functioning toilet lead me to ask for another room. After viewing rooms 1004 and 1005 we settled for 1004 due to less noise. The room stank of cigarettes. I could not breathe. The breakfast was simply appalling for the price of stay. The tables were unclean.

Arriver sur place J'ai du payer plus que le prix indiquer car jai choisit l'option payer sur place et l'établissement n'était pas tres chaleureux quand a l'hôtel il n'est pas très propre service de chambre inexistant et il falais payer un suplement pour avoir une chambre vue mer tandis que j'avais droit a une vue mer ou partielle sur la mer ce qui n'étais pas le cas

Clogged sink , broken beds, paid for king bed and got 2 broken twin bed, the fridge was leaking water, Torn bed sheets bad personnel , didn’t wanna change the room for me and i will definitely go back again there . I do not recommend it to nobody

Dejligt hotel. God størrelse studiolejlighed med balkon på 5 sal. Tæt på panorama havudsigt fra balkonen. Pænt og rent. Venligt personalet. Jeg var der fra 2. Oktober. Pool og strand var desværre tømt for solsenge, trods fantastisk vejr.

Un hôtel qui peut être agréable seulement en été grâce à la belle vue sur la mer et la grande piscine. Je ne le recommande pas en hors saison. Concernant la propreté, c'est le pire des hôtels que j'ai vu. le petit déjeuner servit comme l'endroit où manger, c'est choquant pour un hotel de 4 étoiles.

This Hotel was perfect for the week we stayed there. We can't fault it in any way. Nice spacious studio room with a balcony and excellent view of the sea and sun rising in the morning. Very clean and lovely helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was nice of a continental sort and WiFi great throughout the Hotel Amenities great so I would recommend it and in fact going back there in a couple of weeks

the house was super nice the view was amazing everything was on point I had a great time living their and the host was super good and on point he helped with everything I needed it I highly recommend this place

We stayed here for a month from the beginning of September until the end of september. We loved it we had an apartment. The lady that cleans she was adorable she was a lovely lady .We got married on the 5th of September in Tunisia so we had our honeymoon there .we could not fault the hotel .we have booked up to stay there on 23rd of December until 6th January so we could spend the holidays together in Tunisia. The manager and staff we very helpful so looking forward to going there again Judith and Mohamed .

Très bel hôtel, bcp de potentiel par contre, certaines choses sont à revoir : exple les protèges matelas et les couvertures doivent carrément être changé, sinon le réfectoire pour le petit déjeuner, je pense qu'il ne correspond pas du tout à la renommé de hôtel, pour ne pas dire il manque un peu d'hygiène.(donne mauvaise image y compris les agents de celui ci , pas souriantes. il reste toujours un bel hôtel, e j'y retournerai .

Incheckning tog 2-3timmar, ingen hårtork, ingen handdukar , smutsig hela rummet! Bytte rum , fick ett rum med Hårtork men inga handdukar, smutsig. Frukost var äcklig, dålig kaffe, smutsig apparat, gäster tar smör med fingrarna, personal äter gurka med händerna. Vi bara gick, tog ingen frukost därför vi kräver ersättning för två dagar frukost som vi har betalat utan att använda. Tack. Jag har kvitto på det. Ca 200 kr./dag

It s more likely a 2 stars hotel. The lack of facilities, a mediocre breakfast, a beach with a sea full of garbage and so on.

L établissement est en train de se laisser aller. Piscine dangereuse, pas de sandrier, chambre avec store casser toilette qui fuit, déjeuner ridicule et lassant au bout de deux jour. Nul par vous pouvez commender un verre. C est juste un mini studio et non pas un hotel

There is no way this is a 4 starts hotel. Not that clean and it's hard to find parking. The bar/ club is very loud and you can hear it from your room. They requested to pay extra for the indoor pool and for the poor condition gym . Also I witnessed a fight in the bar/ club. I won't recommend this hotel.

Was there in low season. Room was spacious with nice sea view on 6th floor. Good SPA at reasonable prices, had a proper massage in mince environment. Breakfast should be improved with more variety of food but the basic was there.

Very good overall, close to all you need. Staff very friendly.
