City Centre Motel II

Lage was zentral und praktisch. Spaet ankommen war moeglich. Personal sehr hilfreich

Cleannnn!!!

propretée

The rooms were large and recently renovated. They were clean and check in was easy

Tighter parking

We enjoyed staying at this town centre motel in Hope. The motel was centrally situated, our ground-floor room was easily accessed from the highway and the manager at the motel was very pleasant and helpful.... she provided us with extra soap and toweling immediately as soon as we requested same. :-) Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the only downside was that the air conditioning system was extremely noisy although it did work to cool our room down. It seemed to us that the air conditioning system might be quite old and possibly in need of upgrading... it could have become a problem if the weather temperatures in Hope had been any higher during early July. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the manager was extremely helpful. :-)

The air conditioning system was extremely noisy, although it was working.

The property is very clean and comfortable. Extremely good value. We stayed one night as travelling through.

Nothing all was better than expected.

Price and location

Lack of closet, clothes hangers, bath towel racks,, unfinished renovation

The renovated rooms although basic had everything need for a comfortable nights sleep. The manager was very nice and the check in process was easy.

The hotel is very old and basic with little to no street appeal. There no amenities like a restaurant, pool or patio/garden area for gathering which is likely due to its city center location. There is one breakfast and one dinner restaurant with in walking distance which are actually quite and a grocery and liquor store on the adjacent lot.

The host was lovely and the property was clean and spacious and a great value.

Clean, modern, spacious, pet friendly

Check in staff were great and this motel is friendly about pets. Room was mostly updated and comfortable bed and pillows. Room was clean, nice bedding. Great size of bar fridge with freezer. Location fantastic for walking around and local eateries. Half block from a beautiful park.

Exterior could use some polish and a really good sweep of sidewalks and parking area. Air Conditioner runs loud. No screen in main window to allow for opening to get fresh air. Could use some coat hooks.

Central location, clean and lady on reception very friendly and helpful. Very large modern bathroom

Not enough clothes storage. The shower curtain was a bit ineffective.

Beautifully renovated, great location, and very good price.

Ground floor, king bed, nice shower, close to everything

Long hairs on bathroom floor. We both have very short hair.

Staff arranged a room that met our specific needs. Great location for dog owners as park is very close by. Newly renovated. Surprisingly good for older hotel. Quiet and secure.

clean and big room

heater didn‘t work well， we felt cold at night， it stopped and can’t work automatically when temp fell down

I would stay there again

Location

Very nice and clean room

The heating is so loud and popping the whole night. Also the trains honk the whole night

Plenty of space to spread luggage

Noisy neighbours but not Motels fault

Very happy with the service and staff. We will be coming back to this location

It's a great place nothing that could of been done better ☺️

Clean, quiet. Good size fridge with a separate freezer door. Appears recently renovated.

Bathroom barn door doesn’t have a lock or latch. The door is hung improperly and slides open on its own after it has been closed. There is a motion sensor nightlight in bathroom. Since door doesn’t stay closed, makes it too bright in rest of the room at night.

Good location, quiet, comfortable bed and room, easy check-in and check-out, parking right at door, no fuss / drama re : dog.

Shower curtain too short, floor flooded as a result. Nowhere in shower to put anything down, no soap dish, no shelf.

was very clean and modern, had microwave and great size fridge /freezer, location was the most central that u can be in Hope, and the process of booking the room very last minute was so simple and smooth, the front desk lady was a sweetheart!

the bathroom is split in half with the sink and vanity outside of the 'toilet-shower' area, which is good and bad equally

The floor looked newly tiled, thankfully not germ-attracting carpet like most motels, which contributed to the cleanliness. Quiet, even though it was on the main street. Appreciated having a bedroom for privacy.

Could have supplied a couple of extra, thinner blankets in addition to the thicker quilts (not everyone sleeps warm). Could have provided a table and chairs (is classed as a family suite after all !) Was only a small desk and chair. Was only a shower, no bathtub and no ledge or shower caddy provided for putting your bathing items. Bathroom sink is in the living area, not in the bathroom - not much room there either to store your bathing items. Would have liked kleenex and some extra rolls of toilet paper.

That it was a nice clean room even though we were travelling with our fur baby

All was well

Location

While the room was renovated, the barn door on the bathroom did not stay closed. Would not stay again.

Clean, updated, large bathroom, walking distance to amenities

Its quite good

We didn't get the proper heating system

Location was great. The staff was awesome. They have obviously done some upgrades which was nice to see.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush and the mirror did not work to turn the light on. The bed was quite uncomfortable.

Great value for the price!

Shower head wasn't my preference.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to everywhere. Motel is clean! Friendly receptionist!

Nothing

Best location for everything

The hotel staff were great very accommodating

Newly renovated room. Walking distance to downtown park and river.

Room, although cute, wasn’t very functional. No counter space or microwave.

Always stay here when im in hope ... clean n affordable...great staff

Nothing bad to say

Nice, two separate rooms with double bed

Staff was friendly, accomodating and with have stayed here a couple times with consistent service and care for clients, this will be my go to when travelling through. Close to a park to walk your pet, modern appliances, very clean!

Room was quiet and clean. Hot water for sink was puzzling at first. A brief tutorial beforehand would have helped.

Side chair would have been appreciated. Bed was a little low.

It was clean and comfortable and cheap!

Clean and tidy budget motel, friendly helpful staff

It’s was just as you w expect

This property was a great option for our employees as they were working in the area. Thank you so much for your assistance.

They were sad there was no kitchen facilities.

Sehr sauber, funktional, geräumig, kein Teppichboden, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffee

good coffee

Clean and modern Excellent front desk staff :)

The girl at the reception desk was great. Friendly & helpful. She gave us a list of restaurant recommendations close to the hotel and we used it to choose our dinner and breakfast. Room was so clean and the bathroom was great - recently remodelled

Like everything

Aucune mauvaise surprise

Location is very good, staff is nice. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

Wifi was broken we had to go to nearest Starbuck to connect instead. Our room's floor was not clean. Other items were clean but not the floor.

Breakfast was more like a snack. Don't book into this Inn if you think breakfast is a bonus. Not worth it.

Breakfast.

Property was clean, very nice , bed was comfortable , AC worked Daniel the owner was very kind .

Nothing , everything was good!

Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Tout était parfait.

Grand espace , lit confortable Très propre ,
