Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Staff was good, lady in the reception was fantastic. The bengali bellboy was good and the cleaner rokib was excellent. Location was good too.
The phone in the room did not work, i asked the receptionist they sent a worker he looked at it for 1 minute and said it wont get fixed i should use ohone in the hallway. Asked receptionist again they said they will send another mechanic but nobody came.

وصلت بدرى الساعه 11 وطلبت من الموظف ان يدخلني الغرفه early check in اعتذر وقال الساعه 4 فقلت له انى مجهده والجو حار جدا قال لا إدخال الغرفه الساعه 4 وانتظرت حتى الساعه 3 وكان شاق جدا الغرف ضيقه وازعاج شديد لم أتمكن من النوم لان الصوت مسموع من الغرف المجاورة

The quad room was a bit congested as there was not much space to move around.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Avant tout la proximité avec la mosquée du prophète que la paix soit sur lui. Le confort des lits. La propreté. La gentillesse du personnel et des responsables à l'écoute de nos demandes. La qualité du restaurant très varié et le prix abordable ( cuisine indonésienne ou arabe).
Peut être le réglage de la climatisation que je n'ai personnellement pas su maîtriser 😅

The floor that I stayed on the housekeeping was top notch.No matter what time you need something they were always there.Here I would like to mention Mr Mamum who performed his duties professionally and his attitude towards work is great. Overall a 10 on 10 experience for cleanliness and 8/10 experience for accessibility to Haram

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Apresnune nuit, hors réservation bokoking, qui ne répondait pas à nos attentes (chambre exiguë), nous avons piur nos 2 dernières nuits (via réservation booking) disposer d'une vraie chambre. Un jeune salarié, Mohammed R., est venu à notre rencontre afin de savoir si nous avions des besoins. Nous l'avions remercié pour ce geste professionnel.
Rapport qualité/prix...oui et non. Il est dommage que le petit dejeuner ne soit pas inclus pour ce tarif.

Although, upon arrival at reception the receptionist was not very welcoming at the beginning, however after some wait the process for check in went smoothly. Later we were treated in a well professional way by Mr Rubel And Mr Mahmood in terms of cleaning etc.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026It was our first time using this hotel..How convenient was the location..somewhere about 10 min walking distance to Haram- 15 min to ladies side. These guys were so accommodating when they were short of paking spaces and how they tried their best to provide us with the convenience of free parking space. Thank you Kingsgate.
Just a small suggestion If possible please increase the free parking slots as it would be easier for people who are driving down to the hotel to park their car in a secure parking.

Hotel did not meet the advertised expecations. Breakfast for international buffet is very very poor and repetative. Room aircondition was problematic during our stay. Hotel requires major renovations.
