The location was perfect for our needs.

The place was not in the condition we expected based on the pictures and description provided on the website. There were several signs of poor maintenance, including broken baseboards, a rusted curtain rod, a rusted toaster, and unclean, sticky countertops and cupboards. There was also a noticeable fishy smell when we arrived. The condo had run-down furniture and old appliances, and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet could only be flushed once before needing a significant amount of time for the tank to refill. Overall, the condition of the condo did not accurately reflect the pictures shown on the website. The property appeared much more dated, worn, and poorly maintained in person than it was presented online.

The location was very nice and the apartment had ample space. It was very well furnished and was cozy. It had great views and good amenities. The parking was also very convenient.

The customer service could have been better.

WE LIKED THE LOCATION. IN THE CENTRE OF MISSISSAUGA

THE BED, THE PORCH WHICH WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY AND HAD RUSTED EQUIPMENT ON IT. FOR THE 8 DAYS RENTED, IT WAS NOT SERVICED AT ALL. THE WASHING MACHINE DRYER HAD A THICK LAYER OF DIRT ON IT.

We had a very good experience, especially thanks to the amazing management. They were extremely friendly, kind, helpful, and always easy to communicate with. They were very understanding and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their attitude and great service made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. We really appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you so much!

We were two women traveling from another country, and the entire experience left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Fire alarms ripped out then the dirty oven almost set fire while pre heating because of the built up oil inside, The room was not as clean or comfortable as we expected, and the beds were extremely hard, making it difficult to sleep. When we asked for a clean room and raised our concerns, the host threatened to kick us out, which made us afraid to have Booking.com contact him or address the situation while we were still on the property. We were in a foreign country and felt especially vulnerable as two women traveling alone, so being threatened with being kicked out simply for asking for basic cleanliness was extremely upsetting. Even the cleaning lady apologized to us for his behavior, which made it clear that the way we were treated was not appropriate. We expected a safe, clean, and respectful place to stay, and unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this property and strongly believe future guests should be aware of what happened.

The location is perfect middle of downtown

Not clean enough and the furniture and equipment need completly maintenance many kitchen drawers broken and worst thing was the bed bugs

There was a flood in the property of the staff were helpful and trying to take care of it, however, getting to the 33 floor with a service elevator, we had to take our luggage through a very long staircase.

The actual unit was very dirty, not maintained, the furniture are very old and worn. It looks like a very cheap motel.

The view was beautiful.

The beds are terrible. I had to sweep and mop the floors when I arrived.

The apartment was not cleaned and there was a smell coming from the closet where the washer and dryer. The water was very slow drained in the bathroom.

The appartment was Great, and so is the location. It has everything nearby. Shops, bars, mall etc.

There's no key lock in the appartment. I have to go to their office to collect the key.

Location is good in center of town with shopping, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Included parking is a big plus.

Apartment is overdue for remodeling. The floor is damaged, walls are scratched and dirty, balcony screen torn, bathroom cabinets are old and falling apart. The place was not super clean either.

The host posted the false and misleading pictures and charged the premium price by selling through the false advertisement. When I reached there it was a suffocating small apartment full of smell. When I contacted the the host they say its on a high floor and that's the best apartment we have. they also said if you dont like to you can checkout and contact booking.com as if they knew the whole process to practice this fraud. I did not get help from any one despite contacting booking.com and the host. I had a terrible night in that place and checked out early morning. Later they simply refused to pay back my money. I heard this what they do to make money by misleading people through fancy pictures in their advertisement.

Absolutely nothing

I was assured I’d be getting a deep cleaned property. However, the entire unit was DISGUSTING! The bedsheets and covers and stains on them. The kitchen was filthy. The bathroom felt dirty. Worst experience ever. I had to leave right away and find a different place so last minute.

I feel great over here, enough space, natural lights, nice place surrounded with nice restaurants, grocery store, etc!

The photos clearly show a top-floor apartment, but upon arrival I was placed in a basement unit. This is not accurate representation and needs to be corrected.

The only staff that was polite was the cleaning lady who was sent by herself to try and clean an entire apartment unfortunately while we were there, she did her best but was not equipped to do it properly

The property was filthy. The towels we old dirty. There was no shampoo conditioner anything to do laundry the staff never reached out for additional things or to check on my five day stay. The microwave handle was falling off the heat AC filter probably hasn't been changed as there was horrible buildup of dust all over the ceiling the cups stuck in the cupboards, so I never use them or the silverware all the handles in the kitchen were filthy. I wish I could attach pictures. The parking instructions and the way to get to the elevator was not clearly outlined, and there is stairs, so it is not accessible for luggage. I wish i could add more picture.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, and my back still hurts.

Nice view … good gym and pool… close to restaurants

The staff and accommodation was excellent.

The price. Knowing that I found places around the area a bit cheaper, but me and my family decided to stay here.

My overall stay was good. Upon arrival, my flight had been delayed, so I didn’t reach the property until around 10 PM. Unfortunately, the key had not been left with the security desk as planned, which prevented me from accessing the unit right away. After contacting customer service, the issue was resolved when they opened the door with a master key, though the process took about an hour and a half. I was instructed to park in the parking deck and advised that the key fob would be provided the following morning. Due to fatigue after a 15-hour trip, I mistakenly parked beside the designated spot, which unfortunately resulted in my car being towed and a $380 CAD fee. Despite the initial challenges, the remainder of my 10-day stay was enjoyable. Management compensated me for the first night due to the key issue, though not for the towing cost. Overall, my fiancé and I had a pleasant experience and truly enjoyed our time at the property.

The mattresses were really hard and the towels and cutlery could have been cleaner.

The apartment was clean. The only problem I had was my GPS took me to the wrong address when using the link from Hotels.com. No other issues outside of that

The environment is superb

The checkin experience was good, we arrived early and Imran made us tea while we waited 20 minutes or so. The apartment was very spacious and the balcony was an added bonus. The apartment complex has a great gym and a separate room with even more cardio machines.

The quality of the room furnishings was very cheap and cleanliness was way below par. An electric fitting (used for the main TV) had a large hole above it, not installed by a qualified electrician. The kitchen tap fell off. I reported the poor state of the room to Imran but there were no other rooms, we had the last room, and it certainly looked like it. Cannot recommend. He did offer to send the cleaner again. One of the bedrooms stayed very hot during the whole stay, despite the air con running constantly - the other room was fine and thankfully the spare bed by the front door was ok, but noisy guests meant that sleep was disrupted for my friend.

O apartmento tinha um estado de conservacao bem ruim, e a limpeza tambem nao estava bem feita. As toalhas e roupa de cama eram de ma qualidade e nao tinha nem tapete de banheiro. Pedi para olhar outras unidades, e alem de nao ter disponibilidade para troca durante o periodo, as outras duas unidades que vi nao eram muito melhor. Conservacao de ma qualidade em todas as unidades. Tambem nao havia maquina de cafe e a TV nao estava funcionando

Love it here

We like the location and the atmosphere, getting around was easy and not a lot of traffic. We also liked the amenities. The building was well secured and the security personnel were friendly and helpful.

The unit was not cleared the floor had a lot of debris also the countertop wasn’t wiped down properly and the toilet wasn’t flushing properly the toilet water tank take a long time to fill up. And there was not enough pots and utensils or garbage bags, paper towels, kitchen towels or oven mitts. The furniture was broken and dated. Also the picture on the internet is missed leading, there was no high chairs that help with my back.

The property initially had some issues but the management was super helpful and made quick corrections amd changes.

Parking in the property was hard to deal with especially in the night time as other residents take your spot. Property was also not very clean as there was a leftover pizza slice underneath the bed of the master bedroom.

Dilpreet, the manager, was exceptional! He made sure everything was okay during my stay! I think many people will choose Pathway Suites because of Dilpreet’s professionalism!

Condo building is nice. Facilities are good. I got room 2705 and it was below average. Borderline unacceptable. Flooring looks relatively new but was done very poorly. Walls are full of holes where decorations used to be. The place needs work, a paint job and a deep cleaning. The toilet had a constant, nonstop noise. There was no coffee machine. There's a four slice toaster but no coffee machine. The bed frame was broken so they added two extra box springs to support the very uncomfortable mattress. The pillows were absolutely horrific. I rolled up a towel and used that to have a bit of support. But the view is great, the small balcony was fun. The check-in and checkout was just creepy, walking into someone's living room. So it's just barely passable as an apartment. Location is great, indoor parking is easy and super practical. All that said, I would not recommend or stay again.

The unit itself left much to be desired, but the building and location are excellent. I was disappointed to have to purchase my own cleaning supplies to clean the apartment so I could comfortably enjoy my birthday weekend. I could tell someone attempted to clean, but did it poorly. Walls and light switches looked like they have never been wiped, the floor under the couch was covered in crumbs, the bathroom counters and walls were gross, and the windows seemed to have never been cleaned. The unit clearly had had water damage previously, as the bottom of doors and baseboards were warped. There were no extra towels, pillows, or blankets, and the linens were of very low quality. Soap was provided, but in refilled original cheap plastic dispensers with worn labels, and the soap was visibly watered down. Everything in the maintenance of the unit was done below a bare minimum standard of hospitality. The rental company representative was polite, although he tried to tried to excuse the dirty bathroom (with dried toothpaste on the counter) by saying a light was repaired earlier in the day. My key fob did not work when I arrived, because the building updated its system. The building concierge was very helpful, and fixed the problem, but that is something the management company could have taken care of before check-in. I would stay in this building again, but in a unit managed by a different company.

I liked the location. Right in the heart of Missisuaga by the Square One mall.

I did not like the state of the furniture in the apartment, balcony and the use of make-shift curtains when new ones could easily be installed to lift the apartment.
