Totul a fost superb! Am petrecut 10 zile la acest hotel și am avut parte de o vacanță minunată, pe care cu siguranță ne-o vom aminti cu drag. Am făcut un upgrade al camerei și am primit o cameră cu vedere laterală la mare, ceea ce a însemnat foarte mult pentru mine, deoarece mi-am dorit întotdeauna să mă bucur de o astfel de priveliște în vacanță. Întregul personal a fost extrem de atent, politicos și mereu zâmbitor. Se vede că își dau silința pentru ca fiecare oaspete să aibă un sejur cât mai plăcut și să se simtă binevenit. Am dori să îi mulțumim în mod special lui Ciolpan, Manager Guest Relations, care a fost deosebit de amabilă, atentă și foarte săritoare. Este o persoană minunată și apreciem foarte mult tot ajutorul și atenția pe care ni le-a oferit pe parcursul sejurului. De asemenea, un mare mulțumesc personalului de la barul din lobby, care de fiecare dată s-a străduit să ne pregătească băuturi foarte bune, uneori chiar însoțite de un mic spectacol, ceea ce a făcut experiența și mai plăcută. Și de asemenea, un mare mulțumesc doamnelor de la curățenie care ne-au lăsat câte o “surpriză” zilnic în cameră după curățenie! Mâncarea și băuturile au fost foarte bune, cu suficiente opțiuni pentru toate gusturile. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult și faptul că hotelul oferă restaurante à la carte, ceea ce a reprezentat un plus frumos pentru vacanța noastră. Plaja este superbă cu nisip fin, localizată la 2-3 minute de mers pe jos de hotel, cu o mulțime de șezlonguri și de asemenea restaurantul după plajă a fost excelent! Per total, am avut o experiență excelentă și ne-am simțit foarte bine pe toată durata sejurului. Cu siguranță vom reveni! ❤️

Lekker en voldoende eten. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk; iedereen was behulpzaam en werkte snel. De familiekamer was ruim en had een grote badkamer. De zee en het strand waren heerlijk warm. De zwembaden waren ook erg goed, met leuke glijbanen.

Het animatieteam was een beetje te klein voor de grootte van de locatie. Maar voor de rest werd er elke dag hard gewerkt om allerlei leuke activiteiten te organiseren.

Összességében elmondhatom, hogy nagyon jól telt a pihenésünk, de néhány negatívum is volt. A szálloda nagyon szép. A medence területe nagyon szuper volt. A medence hatalmas, rengeteg hellyel és sok napozóággyal. A strand is gyönyörű és jól karbantartott, rengeteg napozóágy található. Nagyon élveztük az ott töltött időt. A tenger szuper volt és a szállodától az eljutás is csak néhány percet vesz igénybe. Változatos programokat kínálnak minden nap a vendégek részére. Az étel választék bőséges és finom volt. Mindenki talált magának valami finomat és a minőség is nagyon jó volt. Nekem a török rész kimondottan tetszett.

Sajnos amikor megérkeztünk az ágyneműt cserélték és törölközők is tiszták voltak, de egyéb takarítás nem történt. Sercegett a talpunk alatt a homok és a fürdőszobában is ott volt a koszos pohár, amit az előző vendégek hagytak ott. A szobában a földön volt a szálloda tájékoztatója. Hibába kértünk többször is takarítást csak 1x volt felsöpörve, felmosva pedig egyszer sem. A takarítás annyiból állt, hogy törölközőket cseréltek. Nem is csodálkozom 1 takarítót láttunk egész héten a családi szárnyon. A bejárati ajtó egy forgalmas útra nyílik a rossz szigetelés miatt elég zajos, de ez a válaszfalakra is vonatkozik. Kevés a személyzet. Az italokért mindig percekig kellett sorban állni. Aki legalább 7 éjszakát eltölt a szállodában lehetősége van egyszer a la carte étteremben való étkezésre. Erről nem kaptunk semmilyen tájékoztatást. Elvileg amikor az üdvözlő levelet kaptuk abban erről is kellett volna tájékoztatni minket ezt később a recepción megtudtuk. Az üdvözlő levél és édesség nagyon kedves gesztus, de megérkezéskor gondolná az ember és nem a második napon. A szobákra is ráférne a felújítás már egy kicsit kopottas. Instagramon egy nagyon szép családi szoba látható a videón. A valóság más.

Kopott volt a szobában a padló, nem komfortos a mély víz miatt a nagymedence. Erősen spórolnak a közösségi terek hűtésén, nagyom meleg volt az étteremben, liftekben. Ennyi vendéghez 5 csillagos hotelben kevés volt a személyzet, mindenre várni kellett.

Персонал вежливый и все вопросы решает, предложили нам поменять комнату, когда мы пожаловались, что нам не нравится наш номер. Вкусные десерты, кофе на балконе. Чистый пляж, отличная анимация, аниматоры работают на все 100%.

Мы второй раз в этом отеле. Первый раз были в октябре, все понравилось, но сейчас - это была катастрофа. Номера не убирались, ощущение, что приехали в дешевый отель в Египте. Дай бог поменяли полотенца. В первый наш приезд отель всегда убирали, в номере вкусно пахло, было приятно находиться. Сейчас же летом номера были всегда грязные после «уборки». Отель летом переполнен и персонал бегает и не справляется.

We stayed at OZ Hotels Side Premium Resort for two weeks, and overall we had a very enjoyable holiday. There are plenty of positives, but also a few areas where the hotel could improve. The biggest highlight was the pool area. The pool is huge, with plenty of space and lots of sunbeds. As in most resorts, many guests like to reserve sunbeds early in the morning and disappear for hours, even though the hotel doesn't allow it. However, whenever we asked about finding a sunbed, the staff were very helpful and even brought out extra loungers for us, which was a nice touch. The beach is also beautiful and well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available. We really enjoyed spending time there, and it was a nice alternative to the pool. Guest Relations deserves special praise. The Moroccan lady and the Ukrainian/Russian lady working there were absolutely fantastic. They helped us with every question or request we had and always did so with a smile. For almost anything you need during your stay, Guest Relations is the place to go. Unfortunately, many of the other staff members around the hotel speak very little English, which sometimes made communication difficult. The food was excellent with a great variety every day. There was something for everyone, and the quality was very good. That said, after staying for two weeks, the menu does become a bit repetitive.

The biggest disappointment was housekeeping. Although we always turned on the housekeeping button, the room was never cleaned properly. Towels were changed daily, and the minibar was restocked, which we appreciated. However, the bed sheets and bedding were another story. After one week, we had to ask for fresh bedding, and even then only the sheets on one bed were changed. The duvet covers and pillowcases were left unchanged. I don't expect a deep clean every day, but I do expect the floors to be properly mopped, the bedding to be changed at least once during a two-week stay, and the room to feel genuinely clean. Instead, the floors seemed to be lightly wiped with what looked like a dry mop or Swiffer. If you walk barefoot in the room, expect your feet to turn black. The air conditioning inside the room worked very well, but it would have been much more convenient to have a remote control instead of having to walk to the wall every time you wanted to adjust the temperature or turn it on and off. One thing we really missed was air conditioning in the rest of the hotel. The hallways are very warm, and eating lunch or dinner in the main restaurant can become quite uncomfortable because there is no air conditioning. The lobby and reception area are the only places that feel reasonably cool. The pool water was also simply too warm. On most days it felt like 28–30°C, which wasn't very refreshing in the summer heat. Cooler water would make a big difference and provide a much more enjoyable swimming experience. The pool bar could also be improved. It frequently ran out of CO₂, meaning soft drinks and sparkling beverages were often served flat. The bar also seemed understaffed, and there was almost always a queue for drinks during all hours. Overall, we had a lovely holiday thanks to the beautiful pool, lovely beach, great food, and exceptional Guest Relations team.

Televizoare slabe in camere…eu stiu ca un hotel de 5 stele are un TV acolo cat se poate de micuț dar SMART.

First impressions are excellent; the hotel has a luxurious feel. However, several negatives became apparent later on. Pros: Excellent internet throughout the entire resort, including the beach. Plenty of drinking water available everywhere in outdoor coolers. Clean throughout. Cons: Although the hotel has air conditioning, it can’t keep up with the heat in the restaurant. There is no AC in the hallways and elevators, making it terribly hot and stuffy. The hotel is divided into blocks and is generally confusing, like a maze (e.g., room 2318 is on the 1st floor, while the main restaurant is on floor -2). Smoking is allowed everywhere. Staff language skills are poor. Rooms: Spacious enough. Comfortable double bed plus an extra bed. Two pillows. Complimentary refilled fridge. Toiletries, hairdryer, and slippers. Kettle with tea and coffee. Beach: Sandy and well-maintained. Plenty of free sunbeds and umbrellas. Showers, toilets, and a beach bar. Beach towels provided by the hotel. Access to the beach requires leaving the hotel premises and walking about 200m along the fence of another hotel. The hotel is in the second line, with another hotel right in front of it. Hotel beaches are crammed next to each other and divided by buoys in the sea, which is bad for swimmers. Water sports operate beyond the buoys. Although the beach bar is open until 6:00 PM, the beach snack is only available from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Dining: Great selection of food, nothing to complain about. Due to massive traffic jams, we arrived at the hotel just after 4:00 PM and were starving (we landed at 12:00 PM). The only food available until 5:00 PM was at the Food Corner—a small stall serving döner kebab with fries—along with pastries and ice cream at the patisserie. Nothing else. We were told all other food stalls closed at 4:00 PM and dinner starts at 6:30 PM. Well, thank you very much for such an "Ultra All Inclusive" experience. Entertainment / Animation: On Sunday, there was only aqua gym. Generally weak, with poor information sharing and low engagement from the animators.

No one wants to help you. They are not interested in what you want, they don’t help you with anything, and they don’t care how you feel. The only positive aspect is the kids’ club and the children’s playground.

La staff ne parle qu'allemand, pas spécialement dans l'hospitality, La literie est dur. C'était la fête très bruyante dans l'hôtel d'à côté, nos vitres vibrées, nous pouvions changer de chambre mais baisser en qualité, ce que j'ai trouvé ça moyen. Tout ferme très tôt, l'heure c'est l'heure, même pas fini de manger que vous êtes débarrassé. Beaucoup de stand fermé. L'emplacement est collé à d'autres hôtels, rien à faire autour, que des attrapes touristes. Les animations sont très restreintes. Hotel allemand russe et polonais.

Nagyszerű hotel, az előzetes várakozásokat felülmúlta. Gyakorlatilag 24 órán keresztül van lehetőség étkezésre, még késői érkezés esetén is. Óriási étel választék, folyamatosan pótolják az elfogyott ételeket. Figyelnek a tisztaságra. Remek nagy medence. A tenger tiszta és homokos, családoknak is ajánlott. Finom koktélok. Figyelmes személyzet. Csak ajánlani tudom.

We are back today from a 7 night stay at this hotel and I feel this is a fair review. Last year we stayed at The Titanic Hotel in Belek which is a 5* hotel. When comparing Oz Side Premium which is also rated a 5* the difference is very noticeable. I would say Oz Side Premium is a 4* it was more likely a 5* many years ago. Rooms Our room 5015 showed signs of age and wear. The wallpaper was coming away from the walls, the balcony doors didn’t lock properly, the wardrobe doors were warped and didn’t close and the toilet seat was broken. The rooms definitely need some TLC. Food Breakfast was repetitive but on the whole the food was nice, we always found something to eat. The BBQ station was great as well as the poolside food huts. We also enjoyed a meal at the Asian à la Carte restaurant which was lovely and great service. Drinks Staff come round the pool area each morning with iced coffee and baileys this is a great touch and something I looked forward to each morning. The alcohol is non branded cheap imports and the cocktails weren’t great, again comparing this to the 5* Titanic. Entertainment The entertainment team work hard throughout the day to keep everyone entertained with a variety of different activities. Evening entertainment wasn’t great. Staff All the staff were pleasant and friendly, shoutout to the guy who keeps the poolside area clean and tidy collecting cups etc and always with a smile. Word of warning regarding the onsite supermarket. None of the items in the shop have prices on them. I asked how much for a bottle of suncream and he said €25 so I walked away and said I will buy it elsewhere. By the time I walked 10 steps he had brought the price down to €8 so have your wits about you. I felt he was trying to take advantage of a captive audience. We also ventured out of the hotel, the beach is lovely and close by as well as lots of shops and restaurants. We ate at the steak house one night and the food and service were both great. On the whole we had a lovely holiday but after the 5* we had been to the previous year our expectations weren’t quite met.

Het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Vooral de stagiair uit Hatay, die 's middags bij de wafels en 's avonds bij de ijs- en patisserieafdeling stond, was een echte topper. Ook de schoonmaker van onze kamer en de jonge medewerkers bij de lobbybar en snackbar waren erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en hadden veel gevoel voor humor en de dame uit Kayseri die bij gözleme stond. De spa en wellness zijn heerlijk. Ook daar werden we vriendelijk geholpen; Selim was professioneel, transparant en nam de tijd om alles duidelijk uit te leggen. Daarnaast waren zowel het zwembad als het strand erg schoon en goed onderhouden. Er was bovendien veel keuze aan eten, waardoor er voor iedereen wel iets lekkers te vinden was. Al met al heb ik met mijn 3 pubers een fijne vakantie gehad en kijken we met veel plezier terug op ons verblijf.

Een aandachtspunt is de kapper in het hotel. Mijn ervaring was helaas erg teleurstellend. Er werd vooraf een prijs afgesproken, maar tijdens de behandeling werden er zonder overleg extra handelingen uitgevoerd, waardoor ik uiteindelijk veel meer moest betalen dan was afgesproken. Toen ik aangaf dat dit niet de afspraak was, werd daar helaas niet vriendelijk op gereageerd. Gelukkig heeft Colpan van Guest Relations dit serieus opgepakt en ervoor gezorgd dat ik een deel van het bedrag terug heb gekregen. Ondanks die goede oplossing heeft deze ervaring mijn dag wel verpest en heb ik de kapsalon de rest van de vakantie bewust vermeden. De kamers zijn daarnaast wat gedateerd. Bij aankomst was ons toilet verstopt, maar dat werd na één telefoontje snel en netjes opgelost.

- understaffed, especially in the main restaurant area, they are always in a rush, dropping forks and knives, smashing plates making a lot of noise, very unpleasant; also understaffed serving at the bars, in 10 days no one asked me at the beach, at the lobby bars or at pool what I want to drink ( not really ultra all inclusive) - the people at the bar even if they are friendly and smiling, they don't really listen, with ice or without ice for them it is the same, you have to ask three times; the same with asking for normal coca cola, they give you the zero sugar one - the non-alcoholic drink selection is a joke - the a la carte restaurants have good food (tried the otoman one) but having only one dinner included it is like it is not there, it does not deserve to be taken into consideration for choosing the hotel. From what I understand this is a common thing in Turkey, which makes the all inclusive experience under average. Even in Egipt you get more dinners to a la carte restaurants, not even talking about other countries where you can eat each dinner at one of the 6 restaurants (in the same price range). - the cleaning done in the room was ok but they have an odd timing, done right after lunch when you usually want to lay down or put your baby to sleep. If you are in the room, no cleaning is done that day. - the fruit selection was pretty poor - the sweets were tasteless even if they looked good (except the baclava which was good) - even if the beach was nice, the sand is not well cleaned - the bar at the beach opens late and closes early - no ac in the elevators and hallway - not at all ultra all inclusive

It was a wonderful experience the food was very good and even if at first we had some problems with our rooms they were really comfortable. The staff was so nice and the people who talked many langue langueges helped us a lit since we didn't know turkish.

Це неймовірний готель, ми тут вдруге, перший раз були 9 років тому, з того часу в готелі все лише покращилося! Гостей багато, але всім вистачає місця, на пляжі завжди є вільні лежаки. Дуже смачна,, різноманітна кухня! Є кілька затишних кафе, де можна посмакувати каву та десерти.

Great experience nice rooms and good food

We had a wonderful stay at Oz Hotel. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the staff were always smiling, friendly, and helpful, and the beach was clean and very well maintained. The hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating. Excellent value for money – I would definitely recommend it!

Уборка, не работал кондиционер в отеле. Было жарко , дышать не чем . Официанты всегда делали шум , перенося столы постоянно и лежаки . Анимация была хорошая, только та, которую приглашали . Алкогольные напитки вода . Еда всегда однообразная , просто много рагу и колбаса как туалетная бумага и только десантов были супер . Официант Мухамед и организатор Тимур по развлечениеям старались как могли . Большое им спасибо . Мы в общем разочарованы отелем

анимации, аниматоры, бармены, всё было супер. Бассейн очень большой, пляж тоже огромный, Ресепшен отзывчив.В первый день заезда, нам принесли фрукты и шампанское, на второй день так же само😁Десерты только по вечерам, но очень классные

я буду чесной. Не совсем понравилось, кондиционеры не работают, еды никакой разнообразной нет, в номерах почти не убираются, у моей сестры вообще в комнате не было зубной щётки и шампуни, ходили в азиатсий ресторан, тарелки были побиты, еда вообще никакая, льда на баре почти нет, когда захотела милкшейк, подошла на пляже на бар, они сказали в отеле, пришли в лобби отель, нам сказали, на 2ом этаже, на этаж пришли, они сказали, что милкшейк на баре или лобби или возле бассейна, я его так не нашла. Большой выбор рагу, не понимаю для чего его так много🫡.

Personalul foarte agitat, făceau totul forțat, la mese nu exista apă de băut, trebuia să alergi prin restaurant ca să o obții, sa o găsești Clima in lobby efectiv nu exista , 90% din hotel si aici vb de încăperi frecventate de oaspeți, personalul muncea in ritm alert dar oaspeții din jurul lor nu existau, efectiv nu erau, puteai sa mori de sete!

I liked everything. Hotel is perfect, very clean with lots of food choices. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back next year. It's best hotel we ever been to and we are going to Turkey every summer in past 20 years. But from now on that's our hotel.

Atmosphere was great and animation was awesome. The kids loved the activities at hosted by the animation team and the mini club as well as the kids disco in the evenings. Would definitely come back again.

Un petit bémol pour l'heure du buffet du soir qui se termine à 21h avec le personnel qui débarrasse les tables un peu trop vite, nous faisant sentir de quitter le resto. Mais reste tout parfait

Leider Service, besonders Muh.... d sehr arrogant, bediente nur Männer, Frauen hat er gar nicht beachtet. Essen könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

В целом неплохой отель - есть большой бассейн (глубина 1,4 м) плюс "лягушатник" для маленьких детей. Есть свой пляж, хотя указателей нормальных нет, пришлось немного попотеть, чтобы найти в первый раз. На территории отеля и пляжа есть бары с закусками и алкоголем. В номере ежедневно пополняемый мини-бар, также в номере ежедневно проводили уборку, хотя за неделю ни разу не сменили постельное белье. В стоимость также включены сауна и хамам. Есть хорошее спа с услугами за доплату. В общем, если вы едете за all inclusive, то вы вероятно получите все, что хотите.

Возможно, у меня изначально были завышенные ожидания. Сам номер был с видимыми следами износа. Да и по самому отелю и территории видны проблемы. Меню в основном ресторане вроде и менялось каждый день, вроде и огромное количество блюд, но по факту выбрать как-будто бы не из чего было. В один из дней была морская тематика, были отварные креветки и они их каким-то образом сумели обезобразить - сварены они были без соли, некоторые креветки какие-то склизкие - то ли перемороженные, то ли испорченные. Десерты каждый день новые и красивые - но на вкус никакие. Вкусные были разве что турецкие десерты. Ну а самая большая проблема, из-за которой снизил оценку - это кондиционер. У нас он не работал, мы в первый раз пожаловались в 8 утра, что температура высокая (25 градусов) - позвонили на ресепшен. Потом во второй раз в 10 часов позвонили на ресепшен. Потом пошли сами на ресепшен и в службу поддержки гостей - и там и там нашу жалобу зарегистрировали, но ничего не изменилось. Только вечером, когда снова пошли на ресепшен и уже работала другая смена сотрудников, они относительно оперативно всё исправили и кондиционер наконец заработал. Но такой уровень сервиса, как по мне, недопустим.

L'hôtel était formidable. La nourriture était de qualité.. ( petit manquement de beignets, Nutella ou gaufre le matin.). Beaucoup de salé. Le midi et le soir c'était délicieux. Hôtel très très propre et personnel très agréable surtout au bar de la réception. Nous reviendrons au plus vite

Hotel in zijn algemeen ziet er heel mooi uit, personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten is prima. Prachtige strand met voldoende ligbedjes voor de gasten. De cocktails aan de bar waren heerlijk. Kidsclub was ook erg fijn voor onze dochter. Alleen jammer dat ze beperkte openingstijden hebben en op zondag gesloten zijn.

Ontbijt was beperkt. Kamers beetje gedateerd terwijl het hotel er prachtig uitziet. Voor kleine kinderen naar mijn idee weinig te beleven. De toetjes in het restaurant waren niet lekker.

Everything was very nice and clean - the room was comfortable and had all what we needed. Their service was excellent - they make you feel welcome and really look after you. We got a nice little surprise in our room on the second day - fruit platter and sparkling wine. Also, excellent food and great waiting staff. They have a lot of options for vegetarians and even some options for vegans. We also enjoyed the beach area and it’s only a few minutes away from the main hotel. They provide the towels so you don’t need to bring anything.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I am very satisfied. I truly liked everything. The apartments are excellent — spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Housekeeping was done every day and always at a high standard. I would especially like to highlight the staff — very friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. They create a really pleasant holiday atmosphere. The food was excellent, always tasty and varied. The pool is conveniently located close to the sea, and the beach is clean and well maintained. Overall, this is a place I would happily return to again and again. Very comfortable, cozy, and truly enjoyable for a holiday.

The only thing I didn’t quite like was that the gym opened at 8:00 am, and cleaning staff sometimes came in around 8:30 to vacuum and clean while people were already working out. I feel this is not very appropriate, as it can disturb guests during their training. It would be better if the cleaning was done before opening hours or after the gym closes.
