Struttura molto grande, vicinissima al mare e con piscine abbastanza grandi. Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo, sempre accoglienti e disponibili ad esaudire qualsiasi necessità. Il cibo era buono e abbondante.

Unica pecca è la pulizia, ma quella è proprio la loro cultura. Forse siamo noi italiani che siamo troppo fissati con la pulizia

There is no security or privacy. Money was stolen from us, and our suitcases were opened. They take no responsibility—no apologies, no solutions. We requested that no one else enter the room—not even housekeeping—yet staff came in to clean and for maintenance; even more people! The manager hid to avoid giving us an explanation. Poor staff, and even worse management. Thanks to Booking.com for providing solutions and apologies. They contacted the hotel, but the hotel offered them no response, explanation, or solution either. I am attaching photos showing how we left our belongings when we stepped out of the room versus how we found them upon returning: clearly tampered with, with money and items missing. The safe was not working.

Nous avons apprécier les infrastructures que l'hôtel proposait. Le buffet était varié tous les jours ce qui nous a permis de goûter plusieurs spécialités tunisiennes sans forcément sortir de l'hôtel. Certaines activités étaient sympa comme le karaoké et la mousse party !

L'hôtel manquait d'éventuelles activités et d'entrain de la part des animateurs. Tout est fait par eux même ce que je trouve dommage car certains spectacles manquent de professionnalisme. Le buffet était parfois sale également ce qui ne donnait point envie de se servir de la nourriture. Les animations le soir se terminaient trop tôt ce qui voulait dire qu'à 23h il n'y a plus rien à faire. L'aimabilité de certains serveurs laissaient à désirer et attendaient des pourboires pour être sympa. Le monsieur qui vend ses excursions était très insistant et n'avait aucun tact (et heureusement que nous n'avons pas pris d'activités avec car il demande le double du prix que sur d'autres plateformes sur internet !)

Access to the beach

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of service around both the pool and the beach. For a resort experience, I would expect attentive pool and beach service, and this was noticeably missing. The all-inclusive concept also seems to come at the expense of quality. The food and beverage offering felt quite basic, particularly the drinks, with mostly lower-tier options rather than the quality I would expect from a hotel of this positioning. Service overall was another weak point. While there may certainly be some good individual team members, I did not find the staff consistently service-oriented or proactive. There was very little sense of anticipating guests’ needs or creating a genuinely hospitable experience. The property may appeal to guests primarily looking for an all-inclusive holiday, but for travelers who value quality, attentive service and a more refined hospitality experience, I think there is significant room for improvement.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour avec ma mère, l’hôtel nécessite une rénovation mais les personnels sont super sympas et nous ont fourni des programmes et des activités variées, ils étaient toujours souriants même avec la fatigue et les journées très chaudes. Vraiment bravo ils nous ont épatées, un grand merci à toute l'équipe et surtout aux jeunes animateurs pour l’effort fourni, c’était excellent. Je reviendrai certainement

Complete disaster — this hotel falls far short of its advertised 5-star standard. Filthy Beach: The beach was covered in horse and camel feces. Unsuitable Food for Children: No healthy or boiled options available. Everything was extremely greasy and unfit for kids. Hostile Staff: Unfriendly personnel constantly rolled their eyes and interrogated me about how much food or drinks I was taking. Daily Power Outages: Electricity was cut off daily for several hours. Severe Plumbing Issues: Standing water in the room and an unbearable sewage smell. Poor Housekeeping: Late-day grounds cleaning, plus mold, wall stains, and roaches inside the room Toxic Pool Conditions: Undissolved pool chemicals were sitting at the bottom, so we were literally walking on them. It was so severe that it ruined and corroded my child's swim shorts. A total failure that violates basic health and safety standards for any rating.

Nos encantó! El personal es muy amable y muy atentos, fue lo que más nos gustó, muy limpio, la comida excelente!

Le cadre verdoyant, la plage privée ainsi que les grandes piscines. Le personnel s'est montré accueillant et disponible tout au long de notre séjour.

L'hôtel commence à se faire vieillissant et aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. En l'état, le rapport qualité-prix ne nous a pas paru entièrement justifié par rapport aux prestations proposées.

Tres bel emplacement, le complexe en lui même est exceptionnel, de très grande piscines et une tres belle plage. Le personnel de la réception etait sympa et accueillant.

Pour mon deuxième sejour dans cet hotel Je confirme un air hautain d'un certain haut responsable. Le staf du restaurant principal etait désagréable surtout pendant le dîner. Des bungalows tres grands mais avec un un manque de lits flagrant. On trouve un grand lit double et juste un click-clack. On était une famille de 04 personnes et on devait trouver des solutions de fortune pour dormir. Pour un 5 étoiles ??

didn't care about their customers, maintenance and reception wasn't helpful and they didn't take any action against the escalation i made, more than 8 hours then to take action with change the room as the AC not working during this time slept in the floor front an AC not cooling where its working only Fan. the move me to another room not ready to occupied at 23:30 with my daughter slept in my hand. then second day they decide to compensate and change me to another room which's very late. thanks Mr Mohamed who take care but after get disappointed

Resort molto bello, piuttosto pulito e ben tenuto. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione pranzo e cena a buffet con ampia scelta di pietanze sia locali che internazionali. Spiaggia abbastanza pulita e comunque mare cristallino. Il nostro bungalow in posizione centralissima tra mare e piscina era moderno, spazioso e ben tenuto; letti comodi, bagno molto spazioso, arredo elegante e tv iper. Aria condizionata ben funzionante e servizio pulizia ottimo. Bravi a tutto lo staff. Posto Consigliatissimo, sopratutto con bambini grandi e piccoli che si divertiranno tantissimo nelle tre grandi piscine a disposizione, che hanno profondità per tutte le età ;)

Le piscine, seppur molto belle e spaziose, avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione, come anche la pavimentazione intorno che risulta essere piuttosto scivolosa quando bagnata quindi bisogna fare attenzione. Ma nel complesso ok

Qualità dei servizi, ottima cucina e una struttura immersa nel verde, ideale per un soggiorno all’insegna del relax e del benessere.

I had a bad experience with the spa guy who was super rude to us . I reported the incident to the manger and he informed us that he will reported back to the concerned department as the spa is rented by an outside company and does not belong to the hotel. The spa guy is unprofessional he was looking down at us saying that we should choose a certain massage as the others too expensive for us. He was scolding me . When I told him that I did not like the way he talked to me and that I will reported to the manger. He told do whatever you like I don't care.if you don't like the service go somewhere else . His words made me shocked . When I spoke with the manger he clearly informed me that we were not the first to complain since the morning. So this guy aladine is famous in the hotel by his rudeness. Couple of guests heard as complaining about him and they jumped saying that they had similar experience. I wish that the image of the hotel doesn't get damaged by the act of this person because everything else was good.

La struttura del Mirage Resort è veramente stupenda, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Gli ambienti sono tutti molto puliti e curati. Le piscine sono davvero stupende, pulitissime e curate. Lo staff merita una menzione speciale: tutti estremamente cortesi e sempre disponibili. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo sentiti a casa sin da subito. La ristorazione è molto buona, particolare apprezzamento per il pesce alla griglia e il cous cous presenti quasi tutti i giorni. Il bungalow premium che abbiamo prenotato era davvero stupendo. Letto King comodissimo, arredi molto ricercati e curati, stanze molto ampie. Bagno molto comodo. Tutto pulitissimo.

Da migliorare l'animazione e l'intrattenimento. Poco presente e ridotto a fasce orarie davvero ristrette (ad esempio il pomeriggio solo dalle 15 alle 17) impedendo a chi ha bambini piccoli di poter godere dell'animazione poiché sono ore troppo calde. Anche la sera niente di che, spettacoli carini ma non all'altezza della struttura. Molto volte la struttura è rimasta senza luce completamente creando disservizi: una sera lo spettacolo di intrattenimento è saltato per la mancanza di luce e ci siamo ritrovati a perdere una intera sera senza fare nulla al buio, oppure un caldo impressionante in camera poiché non c'era luce. I cocktail al bar non erano particolarmente buoni, sapevano più di zucchero che di altro. Bevibili ma non top.

Het was een fijne locatie met een kindvriendelijke bungalow, zodat we als ouders ook wat privacy konden hebben. Het zwembad was ook fijn om met de baby te wennen aan water.

Het eten was oké, de bediening vriendelijk. De eetruimte was wel enorm galmend, waardoor het door de mensen en vele gezinnen met jonge kinderen toch echt een kakafonie was. Niet fijn om als koppel in te zitten, niet fijn met een jonge baby. Buiten was het rustiger qua geluid, maar door de warmte niet altijd haalbaar om te zitten.

In over 40 years of experience and travel, living in Resorts all around the world this is my worst experience ever ! It started with check in by Murad that took 40 minutes bc he decided to interrupt the process and Chase other clients on different issues and process different bills without even apologizing to me or asking if I'm okay with it even though his colleague Yassin had twice told him to finish up my check-in first. I almost fainted from the Heat and he only finished it up when he saw that I was physically unwell! The next day I had to console a lady from London who was crying at the reception spending a whole night fighting rats and bugs in her Bungalow ( I saw rats on premises myself and they do have major insects issues ) Wajdy at the beach blocked all 22 seats front row. yelled and screamed at me, a single lady trying to take one chair under the umbrella at 8:00 in the morning he grabbed my items and threw them on the sand twice, 2 days in a row !! Never talked or asked me politely. Just yelled and screamed at me and bullied me.. it's his own Mafia turf. I had my lunches by the sea Restaurant and never had I received service at that place. asking for forks and water I was literally told to get it myself and go to the bar while they're serving everything to Tunisian tables around me. . That treatment came from the manager himself NourEldin !! There's barely six tables that are full at the restaurant so it's not packed or anything. . He doesn't have time for service but he made sure to stand around me and talk about me to other Waiters. Very Middle School Behavior And and for absolutely no reason .I felt discriminated against and disrespected. All guests around me had shared their disgust with the service. People from Morocco, london, New York, Algeria and the list goes on. We were all shocked that this is a five star rating. It is truly a huge shame .

Le chef du restaurant est désagréable, j’ai pas apprécié qu’il reserve des places pour des clients en demandant aux gens de laisser la place et comment il parle avec ces resources en les engueulant aux gens milieu du resto. Le restaurant est trop petit comparant le nombre de personnes.

La literie que ça soit celle des parents,et surtout celle des enfants,on a pris un bangalow,il ont proposé un clic clac mais sans matelas,il ont rajouté juste un surmatelas dessus, le clic clac très petit. Pour un séjour de 10 jours,les enfants ont souffert. J'ai demandé un lit d'appoint,et j'ai proposé de payer un surplus,ils m'ont dit que c'est interdit !!!! Pour le prix payé et la superficie du bangalow ils peuvent faire mieux.

j'ai beaucoup apprécié le cadre de l’hôtel, les magnifiques jardins et la tranquillisante de la chambre. Le personnel est très dévoué accueillant et d'une grande gentillesse. Restauration varié, le petit-déjeuner était vraiment excellent.

Très belle chambre spacieuse, en revanche je souligne en rouge l'inconfort du canapé lit, une torture. Dommage que les toilettes ne soient pas sépare de la salle de bain.

Le manque d'organisation au restaurant, l'attente interminable pour avoir une table, le manque total de motivation de beaucoup de membres du personnel, prix excessif

Nel complesso abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno abbastanza piacevole. Eravamo in famiglia con bambini e abbiamo alloggiato in un bungalow molto carino e soprattutto pulito. Forse avrebbe bisogno di essere un po’ rimodernato, ma la posizione è davvero ottima, comoda sia per raggiungere la piscina che il mare. La struttura offre inoltre diversi servizi e, nel complesso, siamo stati bene.

Da una struttura a 5 stelle ci aspettavamo maggiore attenzione e organizzazione. La comunicazione prima dell’arrivo è stata lenta: per la conferma della culla e di altre richieste abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino a due giorni prima. La gestione dell’alimentazione vegana è stata la vera nota dolente. Nonostante avessimo segnalato tutto in anticipo, a ogni pasto dovevamo cercare lo chef e spiegare nuovamente le nostre esigenze. Solo dopo diversi giorni sono state proposte alcune alternative, (due ciotoline con legumi conditi) comunque molto limitate. Considerando che non eravamo gli unici ospiti vegani, sarebbe bastato prevedere qualche semplice piatto o un piccolo menu dedicato. Da un 5 stelle ci aspettavamo decisamente un servizio più attento soprattutto sotto questo aspetto.

L'INFESTATION DE MOUSTIQUES. Attention, vos risquez de trouver le site INFESTE de MOUSTIQUES, et l’hôtel ne fait rien du tout contre cela et ne semble guère s'en préoccuper. Je n'ai jamais vu ça, déjà des dizaines de moustiques qui attendent sur la porte , c'est impressionnant. Et comme les châssis des fenêtres ne sont pas étanches, vous retrouver TOUT les soirs avec la chambre remplie de moustiques. Notre enfant de 3 ans ayant été littéralement dévoré par ceux ci, nous avons du quitter l’établissement en urgence, sans que cela n’émeuve la direction. Ni excuses ni rien, aucun remboursement bien sur, nous sommes que des vaches à traire pour le directeur qui nous à traité de façon hautaine et désagréable... Bref si vous avez la chance que tout aille bien, votre séjour sera surement correct, sinon vous pouvez aller vous faire voir... CET ÉTABLISSEMENT N'EST EN AUCUN CAS UN 5 ÉTOILES...

-* The shuttle service between reception and the bungalows is available only upon arrival and departure, which makes getting around difficult and uncomfortable for elderly guests and for those who can’t walk long distances easily due to injuries and incapabilities. * The reception area is not appropriately proportioned and does not feel suitable or welcoming for visitors. * There is a lack of camera surveillance in the common areas, which raises concerns about safety and security, for example in the restaurant there are only two cameras that do not cover all areas. * There was no adequate follow-up regarding a personal item I lost at the café next to the beach. Despite making several claims and reporting the loss, no effective action was taken to locate or recover the item. * The rooms are not adequately equipped for what is expected from a five-star hotel. For example, there was no iron or ironing board and insufficient mirrors. This items are not provided despite being claimed. * Maintenance needs significant improvement. The shower head fell down unexpectedly, and fortunately I avoided being injured. This is a serious safety concern that should be addressed immediately. * Providing water during meals is not prompt; guests often have to wait for some time before the waiter refills the water container.

Facilities were excellent, food was very good quality with great choice. Entertainment was excellent and staff service very good.

On arrival, the room had a lot of Mosquitoes.

Good large pools appropriate for children and adults. Service was good - improvement to what the standard was in the past few weeks. Beautiful beachfront. Clean and well located in the bay of Hammamet. Bungalows were a good family option - good size and clean but some can be located a little far from the main areas.

Lack of umbrellas around the pools considering the size. For a five star resort would have expected more restaurant choices - there was only one choice for dinner with similar food options every day. Additional restaurant and food options would have been good to avoid repetitions.

The aircondition in the bungalow worked very well, the large pool with 80cm depth was ideal for our kids (age 7 and 3), the beach area was nice and not overcrowded. Highlight for the kids: pancakes every afternoon.

Our kids barely liked any of the food, we also had the same 3 or 4 good choices over and over again but far from really enjoying the variety. The buffets are poorly serviced (no plates, no bowls, no spoons). The eating area inside often overcrowded. Very long ways to the different areas, walking in the heat and sun with small kids is not the best.

Bel hôtel avec animation au top pleins d activités pour occuper des enfants/adolescents. Plage propre, grande piscine pour adultes et une autre toute aussi grande pour enfants, jardins avec beaucoup de palmiers, bien entretenus.

La musique en continue peut gêner certains vacanciers en quête de calme, le restaurant principal n est pas assez grand en haute saison pour manger à l intérieur au frais avec la clim, obligé d aller en extérieur faute de place avec la chaleur ! La cuisine est bonne mais pas assez variée, idem pour les desserts.

La propreté de la chambre.

- Surclassement vers suite familiale - Repas correctes, bien variés, pour tous les goûts - Belle salle de sport - Belles piscines, beaucoup d'espaces, plage propre - La plupart du personnel sont gentils, souriants, serviables.

- présence de moustiques. Ma fille a été piquée plusieurs fois. - équipements et batiments à rénover. - nourriture parfois répetitive et pas fraiche - pas de café en grain dans le restaurant. Le café des machines est dégeulasse pour un amateur de café. - personnel parfois malhonnête: ils changent les parasols sans prévenir les clients, à la plage ils sont aux petits soins avec les étrangers et réticents avec les locaux, le personnel de la plage parle trop fort de leurs problèmes ce qui gêne les clients. - personnel parfois peu motivé. - globalement un séjour agréable surtout qu on a croisé notre grande championne Ons Jabeur qui séjournait à l hotel!

Nice location.

We met numerous members of staff during our stay, yet unfortunately only two stood out as being genuinely pleasant, welcoming and helpful: the lady on reception and Sassi in the restaurant. The attitude of many of the other staff members fell considerably below what I would expect from a hotel claiming to offer a five-star experience. The representative selling excursions was a particularly disappointing example. He was extremely friendly, enthusiastic and attentive when trying to secure our booking and take our money. However, when one member of our party became seriously unwell during the holiday and we were therefore unable to attend the excursion, that friendliness disappeared entirely. Despite explaining the circumstances, there was no sympathy, flexibility or understanding whatsoever. We were refused both a refund and the opportunity to move the excursion to another date, meaning we simply lost the money we had paid. It left the distinct impression that the excellent customer service extended only as far as receiving payment. The spa experience was equally disappointing. We were persuaded to book the full spa package, including hammam, massage and facial, at a cost of approximately £80 per person. For that price, we expected a relaxing and premium experience. Instead, we were rushed from one treatment to another and were finished in barely an hour. It felt more like being processed through a car wash than enjoying a five-star spa treatment. The experience was nowhere near the standard or value that the price suggested. The food was another major issue. It was routinely cold or tepid at best, repetitive from one evening to the next and frequently poorly labelled, leaving guests unsure what they were actually eating. For an all-inclusive resort, the drinks were served in ridiculously small vessels and portions.

La chambre soit disant la suite, vielle et délabrée, Clim hors du temps, etc. Très très mauvais point on a changer de chambre pour un bungalow

Bonne équipe d'animation et le personnel en général est très aimable. La plage en face de l'hôtel est sympa surtout le matin, baignade agréable.

Chambre : la chambre n'était pas tout à fait propre à notre arrivée, des marques de saletés sont partout dans la chambre sur les mûrs et sur le sol, petit lit double (140×190) et non pas un King size (+160×200) comme prévu et matelas inconfortable. Odeurs de canalisation insupportables dans les wc et salle de bains, à notre demande on nous a changé de chambre, mais qui est cette fois ci envahie par les moustiques sans produits évidemment fournis pour se débarrasser de ces moustiques car impossible de cohabiter avec les piqûres toute la nuit.. Poubelle cassée, peu de serviettes fournies Les escaliers ne sont pas propres, et pleins de cafards, gecko.. Restaurant : manque de choix pour le déjeuner et le dîner ( poissons même pas épicés, desserts très sucrés, fruits fades et sans goût), qualité à revoir. Il n'y a que des boissons gazeuses ou juste des jus avec du sirop industriels à disposition dans le bar, aucun jus frais, très décevant pour quelqu'un qui ne boit ni les boissons gazeuses ni les jus artificiels. État médiocre des WC à dispo au niveau de la reception Bref, un hôtel qui ne correspond pas au standing d'un 5 étoile.

the entertainment team made the stay very enjoyable for our kids. The food was also reasonable and value for money. The spa team are small and new but wete exceptionally supportive, the lady who did my pedicure went out her way to get rid of all my hard skin.

reception staff tried to accomodate us on early arrival, but when we refused what they called a room upgrade they offered us from a 1 bed bungalow two a two bed suite, they took offence and became very unhelpful and unwilling to accomodate us any earlier than the standard check in time. this was very disappointing as bungalow was available and what we preferred hence booked, and we had also informed hotel of planned early arrival. on the first night we also found a cockrach in bungalow and insects in the wardrobes. this was slightly expected due to the nature of where we were but hotel didnt respond appropriately to address it.

Manque d’éclairage pour accéder au bungalow,accès au bungalow très mal indiqué tout le monde était perdu.

Le personnel sympa, les repas variées, la cuisine locale mise en valeur.

On peut se plaindre de l insonorisation des chambres mais en fin de compte on est rentrées dans l ambiance de la fête et les activités organisées.

Restaurant is awful people are sitting so close to each other because its very small!!!! You need to wait for a table sometimes and food during lunch is not good very low quality but dinner was good

This hotel does not deserve 5 stars at all. First of all, the room had a very strong smell of humidity, and the pillow also smelled damp. We had to cover it with towels just so we could sleep. The food is repetitive, with no variety from one meal to another. We were especially disappointed with the breakfast, as there were very few options available. The staff at the restaurants and around the pool were unfriendly and looked as if they did not want to work. Honestly, this hotel was a huge disappointment to me.

Stranden var dejlig og privat:) personalet altid høflig og søde.

Her på booking står der at der er 3 pooler og derudaf er en kun for voksne. Det var der ingen der overholdt. Ingen af gæsterne. Men der var heller ikke nogen fra personalet der gjorde noget…
