La situation et le calme de l'hotel. Mais surtout le professionalisme et la gentillesse des propriétaires : ils vont fermer définitivement leur hotel dans deux semaines, et rien ne laisse paraître que l'hotel va "disparaître". Ils sont à notre écoute, près à rendre service et à dépanner.

Very good locqation for Grindelwald Train Station and Bus Station.

No refrigirator in the room. Breakfast is not sufficent. Electricity plugs are diffrent form EU. ( But the recepsion provides connector) Pillows are really very low and soft. I can say neary there are no pillows in the bed.

何といってもロケーションが大変よかった点です。ホテルがアイガーの真正面に立っているため、バルコニーの扉を開けるとアイガーがドッシリと目に飛び込んできます。そして駅から近いことです。歩いて30秒位でしょうか。スーツケースを押して歩く距離が近くて大変助かりました。

We loved the breakfast and the location just around the corner from the train station was perfect. We also enjoyed a wonderful view from our room. The beds were comfy and warm. Peter and Daniela were helpful hosts and went out of their way to make our stay perfectly wonderful.

The bathroom floor feels like it has wood rot underneath the tiles.

バルコニーから見える景色が本当に綺麗でした。毎日掃除に入ってくださったので、水周りもとても綺麗で連泊しましたが快適でした。電気ポットはオーナーさんにお願いすればすぐにいただけました。

Personal war sehr freundlich, am Frühstücksbuffet wurden leer gewordene Platten sofort wieder aufgefüllt.

Location - Litterally a few steps from the train station, not that you would hear the trains from the hotel and a 5min walk from the centre of town. Peter and Daniela were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome.

老闆人很好，感覺親切 酒店的位置絕佳，旁機就有提款機 露台景色非常漂亮 房間空間十足，感覺舒適 有電梯

設備稍舊 沐浴及洗髮劑每人每天只有兩包，雖然有需要時可以跟櫃台取，但如果可以直接自取或放在房間無限量供應就更好了。

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Buchung. Gutes vielseitiges Frühstück. Skikeller ideal. Parking war unmittelbar vor dem Haus möglich. Gute Lage, unmittelbar neben Bahnhof und Busterminal. Sauberes, zweckmässiges Zimmer; Preis Leistung wirklich ok!

Auch ein Hotel kann etwas in die Jahre kommen...

Location and price suited my needs as a walker

이 가격에 아이거 북벽이 보이는 테라스를 가진 방 찾기 쉽지 않을겁니다. 그래서 2년만에 재방문했습니다. 최신 시설은 아니지만 잘 관리되고있는 시설입니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 열쇠도 외출할 땐 가벼운 열쇠로 교체하는 방식이라 편안합니다. 아침 저녁으로 아이거 북벽 보면서 편안하게 하루 시작과 마무리 하세요.

최대 3박씩만 예약이 되는것 같은데 이건 조금 아쉬워요

地點完美，火車站旁，陽台面艾格峰和整個格林德瓦小鎮，這美景勝過所有一切，坐在陽台吃台灣泡麵是一大享受。房間偏舊但該有的都有，也有吹風機！早餐好吃，有可頌！兩個老夫妻經營人很親切

唯一的小缺點是連住四天中間沒有補肥皂和洗髮精，但跟老闆說就補給我了

交通便利，一切都很完美，特别是早餐，如有有机会再来旅行我们还会选择入住这里，早上出门就看见雪山的感觉太棒了

The hotel is ideally located, 2-minutes walk from the railway station and shops and restaurants. We paid for a balcony room, which made the most of Grindelwald's million dollar views. The room was well maintained, the cleaning staff were friendly. There was a nice little buffet breakfast included, signs were scattered about warning guests not to take anything from the breakfast room, (food doesn't come cheap in Switzerland).

주인 할아버지가 굉장히 친절해서 좋았어요. 조식먹으러가면 친절하게 커피마실지 차마실지 물어보시고 가져다 주셔요 조식맛도 좋구용 여행중에 호스텔만 가다가 호텔오니까 프라이빗 하고 아늑해서 정말 좋았고 와인오프너도 빌려주셔서 감사했어요. 강추합니다

Excellent location. The view from our room was spectacular. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It's not 5 star but doesn't profess to be and delivered everything required for an excellent stay.

The bar closes at 8 30, which is a minor negative .

Breakfast was all cold foods but served for many hours and very fresh, good items. Staff are exceptional- all very nice and hard workers. Room was impeccably cleaned every day. Rooms with balconies have gorgeous mountain views. The room was very nice and comfortable. Great location right next to main train station and restaurants.

The location of the hotel is excellent right next to the train station. It is very clean the owners and the staff is beautiful very friendly and they did everything to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was excellent with huge variety. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

It is almost like AirB&B type. Limited breakfast items with only hot item will be tea and coffee.

Piccolissimo appunto sulla colazione, 2 anni fa ero venuto nello stesso hotel e forse proponevano qualche cosa in più ma comunque molto ricca e tutto molto buono, siamo italiani 😅

なんといっても目の前にアイガー！毎日爽快で気持ちよく過ごせました バルコニーに洗濯物を干しておけばきれいに乾きました スタッフの方（みなさんご家族？）が感じ良かった タオルがバスタオル、フェイスマスク、ハンドタオルの3枚あった 部屋が広めでクローゼットやチェスト、ハンガーラックなど、滞在中の服をゆったりとしまえた 洗面台にも扉付きのしまえるところかあり便利だった バスタブがあった シャワーの水圧もしっかりしていた 電気ポットとカップは備わっていなかったが、言えば快く貸し出ししてくれました 朝食もアイガーを眺めながら。 パン、ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルト、フルーツなど。 コーヒーがおいしかった。

Located by the railway station and the main road of Grindalwald. The room was clean and comfortable with sufficient room for us and our suitcases. Owners and staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was superb. 2 minutes walk from Grindelwald train station. 2 minute walk to the bus station. 3 minute walk to the supermarket. The view of the Eiger from the private balcony was impressive. The breakfast which was included was lovely and filling. Room was cleaned daily. Bathroom functioned 100%. The room was quiet, hence perfect for a solo traveller like myself.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The hotel was centrally located less than 100m from train station, bus station, supermarket and start of shopping street. Perfect location and base for us for 5 nights in Grindelwald for the Eiger Ultra Run with a great breakfast. Very Happy

Excellent location in the centre of everything so it is easy to get around. Clean room with outstanding views - loved waking up every morning to the Eiger. Room was cleaned daily and breakfast was lovely. Book this place if staying in Grindelwald! The couple that own the hotel are lovely and we couldn’t have loved our stay any more!

The staff were very friendly and kind, the hotel was at the perfect location. Just a few meter from Grindelwald center and trains. Very happy about that. The breakfast was ok, very simple and pretty much just carbs, not much protein or fiber. The room was clean but very outdated, the floors were uneven and you can hear the people in the room next to yours. The floor carpet did not look nice though. The pillow and quilts were very uncomfortable. The room was very warm, but opening the window allowed lots of noice from the street. Overall okey, but the hotel could use a renovation and some updates.

The hotel is very close to the Grindelwald train station. The breakfast was OK. The room was very clean. The owners, Peter and Daniela are very nice, as are the other staff members. In our room there was no A/C. Might be a consideration for summer vacations.

Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was a good continental breakfast. The location is directly across from Grindelwald station. It was perfect. Please be aware that it is the Grindelwald station that you want. Staff responded quickly to any questions I had.

The pillow was too soft. I asked the male owner for a basic shower packet and got a sarcastic ‘hmph’ in return.

It was a perfect stay. The view from the balcony was amazing and I was looking at the amazing view for more than an hour. The room was clean. The breakfast was very delicious. The owners were very kind to me. They cared about the weather and gave me advice. I would love to stay again! Highly recommended.

部屋の窓から堂々たるアイガーを眺めることができ最高でした。4泊しましたが、アイガーの朝焼けから日が暮れていく様子まで存分に楽しめました。

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Breakfast is included and I must say that the croissants are the best!! The view is amazing. The people are very accomodating. The train station is just across the street and yet its not noisy at all. Ive had the best sleep ever. Id miss this place.

Everything was good. They could improve a bit in their breakfast. room was so clean, everyday they are making it good. City view room's view was amazing also, to get Eiger view room, you need to book one year before.
