Brook Lodge Boutique Hotel

The food was so good at breakfast. The room we stayed in was big, bright and clean. Staff was fabulous and very accommodating! Ample parking that was safe, right on site.

Nothing.

Absolutely great and amazing receptionist

A beautiful hotel, perfectly located and excellently run.

Nothing

Super convenient to everything! Clean and classy!

No complaints.

Camera enorme. Letto enorme e comodissimo. Molto pulito. Parcheggio comodo e personale molto gentile.

Gute Lage, grosses Zimmer, ruhig. Parkplatz beim Hotel.

The location of the place was perfect, very close to downtown. The staff was very welcoming

The location was great and neat property. The parking lot of a nice benefit. Our room was very quiet and couldn’t hear anything from hallway or other rooms.

The elevator has a wet damp musty smell.

Spotless clean.. great location

While location is good walking to town, it's dodgy enough at night..rough area

Paisible, confortable, biem situé et personnel à l'écoute.

Le look un peu résidence pour aînés.

Very clean and central location

V nice hotel, friendly staff and a great location to get around Killarney

Location

Nothing

The staff were all great, especially the woman who worked the desk at night. We requested ice several times since there was no ice machine, and she was always friendly and accommodating. The room was much bigger than we expacted, and there were two queen beds which was great.

The location was a bit sketchy, there was poor lighting, and we were a bit concerned walking back at night. The room did not have AC, but we managed to stay cool with fans and the window open, so it wasn't a big deal.

Location is superb. On a short walk from the Main Street, but when you are at the hotel, it feels more like a rural location. Very clean hotel with excellent staff. Also the breakfast was amazing value for money

Nothing really to highlight.

Easy access to everything in Killarney. Good size room; clean and bright. Breakfast was very good! Staff was pleasant and gave good information about where to dine.

The WiFi was TERRIBLE. The worst I can recall in a lodging.

Cleanliness of hotel and lovation

Nothing

Nada

Everything was great! Food was excellent!

Staff extremely helpful

Good location

Tired and quite dated. Really quite expensive for what it is.

Stanza molto grande e comoda

Personale quasi tutto straordinario

No aria condizionata nelle camere, cattivo odore di fogna nelle camere

Perfect proportions and hot

Nothing

Nothing

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location!!

staff were friendly

no on site facilities like a decent bar, no atmosphere

The staff went out of their way to help us. The front desk clerk was exceptional! She was so kind and personable. The rooms were large and clean. They had all the amenities we needed.

Location, staff

Great location and ample parking. Clean rooms.

The location is excellent: just beside the centre of Killarney, within a short walk of its pubs, restaurants and shops, while also providing convenient access to the N71 for day trips. Our room and bathroom were both very spacious, with a bathtub and separate shower, and the air conditioning kept the room pleasantly cool during unusually warm weather. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s large car park always had some spaces available during our stay.

Although the hotel has an elegant character, some of its furnishings and electronic equipment show their age. The television repeatedly restarted when we connected a laptop through HDMI, making it unusable for that purpose. More importantly, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unstable—approximately 1 Mbit/s in both directions—with frequent disconnections, making video calls, work and streaming impractical.

Very comfortable room. Breakfast was very tasty and my coeliac husband was well looked after.

Lack of air conditioning

ontbijt was erg goed, heel erg verzorgd en uitgebreid

tv werkte niet altijd goed

Friendly welcome, quiet surroundings, massive room, very easy to access the high street, great place to do the Ring of Kerry tour

Nothing

Our room was fantastic and the location was so convenient to walk to the town centre..I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly.

Charming setting

Location, comfortable.

Old furniture without the basics for a four star hotel…

Tolle Lage, großes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal.

The warm welcome

Mediocre selection of cold breakfast food

Breakfast was fab, room was fab, parking was ideal, free prosecco was a lovely surprise

Air con didn't work, stains on single bed sheets, some staff were OK, some not so friendly, very quiet and hard to find someone at front desk

Lovely hotel , great room and beds,

Bathrooms needing some updating, breakfast ok but didn’t match hotel quality

Location & Breakfast cooked fresh everyday

Liked it all

Location. 2 mins from the main street but tucked away and very quiet. Staff very polite.

No usb to charge the phone.

Superb breakfast Location excellent Parking great

We arrived during the heat wave room was very warm but we were supplied with two fans which helped Could do with air con

The room was a good size , location was good .

Bed was a bit hard , I wouldn’t say it was 4 star - breakfast was basic

Gute Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal.

Zimmerausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sinnweben unter Sessel. Teppich mit Flecken.

Rent, gode senge, god beliggenhed, fantastisk personale

Lidt dyrt

Close to the town centre, good value for money

Underneath the bed had not been hoovered for a number of weeks judging from the amount of dust/hairs under the bed.

Lovely room and excellent location. Lovely staff.

All the staff where super friendly and we were even offered a glass of prosecco after our meal in the town.

N/A
