All entrata si è accolti dai bidoni condominiali della spazzatura, con relativo "profumo".Camera 2 letti divisi da 10cm di spazio. Begno esterno caldissimo adiacente al cortile dove motori dei condizionatori del palazzo impossibile aprire la finestra. Aria condizionata rumorosissima. Affaccio su un locale rumoroso fino a tarda notte e al mattino presto.impossibile aprire la finestra per arieggiare la camera con odore stagnante. Mai più 🤞🏻

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Domluva byla dobrá s panem majitelem. Ubytování bylo krásné čisté a příjemné. Dobrý poměr cena / kvalita. Věci byli nové a čisté. Cítili jsme se tam dobře. Za mě mohu doporučit. I dostupnost do centra k hlavním památkám je dobrá. A místo okolo ubytování bylo také bezpečné.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The host was super friendly, and the apartment was tidy and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The rooms were cleaned, and the beds were made almost every day. I think they would have been cleaned daily if we had left the housekeeping sign on the door. The area between the building's main entrance and the apartment corridor was being renovated during our stay. However, it improved noticeably by the end of our holiday. The corridor where our apartment was located was always clean and free of dust, so the renovation didn't really affect our stay. The location of the apartment is perfect! Everything you need is nearby—restaurants, markets, souvenir shops, bars, and pubs—all on the same street. If you want to try a pizza nearby, I highly recommend Trevi Pizza. As they say there, "This pizza is fucking amazing!" (You'll understand when you go there.) The entrance to the Metro Line B is just around the corner. The Colosseum can be reached in just a few minutes by metro or in about 10 minutes on foot. Everything was perfect, especially for this price. Sad that we do not took any photos of the room but my girlfriend and I highly recommend this place!

El ruido. Costó mucho descansar. El ruido de la calle, coches, perdonas, etc no permitió el descanso. Además nos dieron la habitación 1, que está justo al lado de la puerta de acceso a las habitaciones, la cual se abre y cierra continuamente por otros clientes Ema es muy muy ruidosa

The air conditioning worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver after sightseeing in the heat. The host was very kind and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in, and the housekeeping staff came every day to make the bed and vacuum the floors.
The small fridge inside the room was out of order, and the shower could use some light renovation.

Camera a fost exact ce trebuie, curată și cu toate facilitățile din descriere. Personalul a fost foarte comunicativ și amabil cu noi, ne-au ajutat oricând am avut nevoie. Am avut un sejur confortabil.
Din păcate a fost un pic zgomotos, ușile se închid zgomotos, strada zgomotoasă la cam orice oră.

Antike Stadt (Colloseum etc. Ca 10 Gehminuten) - Ausstattung sehr gut (Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Dusche, saubere Hand- und Duschtücher) - sauber - freundliches Personal das uns empfangen hat
Es ist sehr hellhörig, man hört alles auf dem Flur. Das hat uns zwar nicht gestört, aber könnte Leute evtl. Stören.

Si bien se sabía que el baño estaba en el exterior, no resultó cómodo ya que estaban los motores del AA y generaba muchísimo calor. En La entrada al edificio había contenedores de basura del restaurante de al lado y generaba muchísimo olor. Sumado a una construcción que impedía la comodidad del paso.

No diria que não gostei, mas a limpeza estava a desejar. Comprei no mercado da esquina um desinfetante, passei no quarto e não tive problema nenhum! A acomodação ficou perfeita.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026A szállás elhelyezkedése volt a csúcspont, mert a Colosseumtól kb 10 perc sétára van, egy gyönyörű szép szűk kisutcában. Ezen kívül az utca is tele van csodás éttermekkel. A szoba egész egyszerű, de aki csak aludni jár haza annak tökéletesnél is tökéletesebb!

the main door on the street entrance was unmarked, so we kept ringing every doorbell for over 30 minutes trying to get in. finally we were able to go in when someone came out of the building. Again there is absolutely no signage indicating where to go. I walked up to the 1st floor and asked someone walking out if they knew I Dormienti and luckily she knew and pointed to a door, again with no sign.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Great Hotel staff, They went above and beyond to provide me an early checkin, as I had traveled the previous night. Kudos to the the person at the checkin desk. The property is newly rennovated and everything is as good as new. All amenities, as mentioned. It's located centrally in Monti, many great restaurants just near the entrance. Overall great stay, I hope I come back to this place and stay longer.
The entrance had trash cans which the building manages, unfortunately the hotel cannot control. The smell ruins the experience

Me tocó una habitación con el baño privado pero fuera del dormitorio, no solo era incómodo, es q la ventana daba a un pequeño patio donde estaban todos los compresores de los aires acondicionados, tanto de la primera planta como de todo el bloque, x lo q el calor q hacía en el baño era insoportable, entrabas, te duchabas y salías liada en una toalla para vestirte y peinarte en la habitación, puesto que es imposible esta allí fuera de la ducha. Habitación muy pequeña y limpieza cuestionable, la alfombra de los pasillos deberían cambiarla o quitarla directamente ( limpiándola no la dejas en condiciones)

Es un hotel fácil de encontrar a la primera vez que se llega a Roma y lo mejor es que se puede llegar caminando desde la estación de tren. El recepcionista es muy amable y dispuesto a responder cualquier duda. La habitación estaban súper cómodas, volvería a hospedarme ahí.
Lo único que no me gustó es que el baño, específicamente el inodoro sube cuando descargan en otra habitación. Después de ahí todos excelente

El edificio antiguo y al ingresar nuestra primera impresión no fue la mejor, ya que estaba toda la basura del edificio tras la puerta de acceso. Sabanas y toallas limpias... Algo caro para el precio.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026A localização principalmente! Fica próximo do coliseu, restaurantes muito bons e de uma estação de metrô. Além disso, o funcionário é muito solícito e deu suporte o tempo todo.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Прекрасное место положения! Пешком до всех достопримечательностей, в Ватикан ездили на метро ( станция рядом)! Мы сняли номер с двумя кроватями, прекрасный вид из окна! Все чисто, белоснежное постельное и полотенца! Парень на ресепшене Джой очень приятный! Однозначно рекомендую это место!
