Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Tina was amazing, the first thing she did was get a map out and show us the attractions. On Sundays the supermarkets close so she prewarned us so we could do some shopping. Also allowed us to leave our bags for hours on our day of departure. I absolutely recommend K+T Boarding house for your stay in Vienna.

The staff was very lovely and helpful about what to do and where to go and gave us some tips for public transport and etc. The room was tidy and very convenient. The beds felt really nice, the bathroom was also great. There is a fridge as well which we found quite useful to store our beverages. Overall a wonderful experience.

Великолепное расположение – достопримечательности практически в пешей доступности, можно и транспортом , очень много вариантов. Красивый дом с величественной лестницей. Огромная комната с высокими потолками. Это Гостевой дом на 5 комнат, в каждой свой санузел с душевой кабиной, электрочайник и в общем коридоре небольшой холодильник и микроволновка. По своей ошибке я рассчитывала на апартаменты с кухней и посудой. Очень признательна хозяйке за то, что дала нам тарелки, миски и столовые приборы. В комнатах убирают и выносят мусор каждый, добавляют шампунь и меняют полотенца по необходимости. Кондиционирование воздуха за доп.оплату 8 евро в сутки. В шаговой доступности огромное количество супермаркетов для бюджетного питания и кафе на любой вкус. Рядом парк со скамейками и free Wi-Fi. Рекомендую посетить бесплатную смотровую площадку рядом на 11 этаже Haus des Meeres, ресторан.
Желательно холодильник в комнате.

Small cushion-type pillow, not comfy. Got more on second night. Didn't like that aircon is an extra charge, should be included. And that is cash only. Price to use washing machine too high - went to laundromat instead which was only a 15 minute walk.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Mariahilfer caddesinin dibinde, tarihi yerlere ve müzeler bölgesine yürüyerek 10-15 dakika ve çok keyifli bir yoldan yürüyorsunuz. Otelin hemen karşısında Neubaugasse metro çıkışı var, bizim gibi bebek arabası ile yolculuk edenler için de 1 dakika uzaklıkta Mariahilfer caddesi üzerinde yine Neubaugasse durağının asansör çıkışı var. Ayrıca otelin hemen önünden de otobüs geçiyor, birçok noktaya ulaşım çok rahat. Oda tertemizdi, o kadar ki terlik kullanma gereği bile duymadık. Tina Hanım dünya tatlısı bir insan, girişte bizi karşılayan kişi bize harita vererek gezilecek yerleri üzerinde işaretledi ve anlattı. Her yönüyle mükemmel bir otel.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Habe die Unterkunft gewählt, da sie günstig und ziemlich zentral gelegen ist.. direkt bei der Mariahilfer Straße. Die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten bequem. Das Bad ist etwas klein, doch ausreichend. Der Eingang ist etwas versteckt hinter dem Haus und das Stiegenhaus alt und einladend, es gibt keinen Lift. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parken kann man nahe dem Hotel, z. B. im MAHÜ77 Parkhaus. Das Haus des Meeres war in Sichtweite. Mit der U3 kommt man zum Stephansplatz. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt.
Es war alles ok.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The location is perfect as we had taken the 7 day Vienna transit pass. The host Tina is really helpful and guided us through all local attractions and things to do. The coffee provided was great a 3 in 1. U3 metro just opposite but don't worry its pin drop silence inside if you close windows. Please note we were in early June so didn't use AC abd ised the table fan provided if you want to use AC I think per day 8 Euro extra.

Piccolissima pecca i guanciali, sono piccoli e di microfibra. Ma la signora Tina ci ha fornito subito due guanciali in più.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Excellent location, very large rooms, comfortable bed, not many stairs to climb, everything as expected. Fans also provided which we didn't use and AC available for extra charge. It's not a hotel, don't expect reception. But room cleaned everyday. Comfort was excellent.
Nothing to dislike. Maybe an additional higher up shower hook would have been great. And a sink outside the bathroom to fill water and clean things would make it as good as an Airbnb. But I am just being greedy.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Right opposite a bus stop and the metro station, and only a 30 minute walk to the centre. The reception people were so kind, and showed us some of the best place. It is next to the best rooftop bar in the city, and very spacious. I highly reccomend.

Reviewed May 31, 2026It was so cute, the room had 2 big windows with street views and lots of natural light. Everything is so clean and it has a great location. There were even 2 very convenient power strips with usbC and usbA ports, one on each nightstand. The hosts gave great personalized recommendations that truly made our stay amazing.
Soap is provided but only in small one time use packets that are a bit annoying.

Posizione ottima vicinissima alla metro e con fermata dell’autobus davanti la struttura. Situata in una zona di Vienna piena di servizi con negozi e ristoranti.

Uzak olan yerler için otelin dibinde metro istasyonu ve otobüs durağıni kullandik.ihtiyac duyduğumuz şeyleri almak için bir sürü yer vardı. Market, fırın, kafe, su makinaları, hediyelik eşya dükkanı, indirim magazalari. Odamizda Viyana Haritasından ayakkabı silecegimiz süngere kadar herşeyi düşünmüşler. Tina bize verdiği harita üzerinden herşeyi detaylı anlattı nerden gidilir nereye gidilir bilet nasıl alınır. Bence hiç düşünmeden kalacağınız bir otel burası. Boş yer varsa hemen rezervasyon yapın yaptırın

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026La struttura è situata in ottima posizione. Metropolitana e autobus vicinissimi e in 10' di metro si arriva in centro. E' all'interno di un bel palazzo e l'appartamento è molto grande e spazioso. Pulizia ottima. All'arrivo ci hanno accolto puntuali e ci hanno dato parecchi suggerimenti su dove andare e anche dove mangiare nei dintorni. La signora Tina e la sua assistente sono state molto gentili e cordiali. La struttura è un appartamento e non dispone di una cucina ma è disponibile un bollitore nella stanza e all'esterno in corridoio un frigorifero da poter utilizzare. Consigliato
Riguardo ai letti abbiamo trovato i cuscini troppo morbidi, ma ovviamente dipende dalle abitudini di ciascuno.. Comunque questo non influisce sulla valutazione generale

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati al k+t per il weekend di Pasqua ed è stato tutto più che perfetto! Posizione centrale, vicina a ristoranti, caffè e negozi e comodissima sia alla metro (la stazione è davvero dietro l’angolo) sia per muoversi a piedi. La camera era davvero spaziosa, curata e pulitissima. Menzione speciale alla signora Tina, di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibili, appena arrivati ci ha consigliato cosa vedere, dove mangiare e come muoverci in città, è davvero raro trovare un host come lei! Torneremo sicuramente

Stazione metro dietro l'angolo, la linea collega direttamente al Duomo di Danto Stefano dove ci sono altri collegamenti. Tantissimi negozi vicini, posti dove fare colazione, locali dove pranzare e cenare.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026From the time of our reservation til the goodbyes after our stay, the owner was very responsive and accommodating of any requests, offering several times to help us in various ways. Our room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. We had a water kettle for hot water for tea & coffee and a shared refrigerator. Everything was quiet. The location was excellent being so close to the U and close to so many stores, grocery stores, and restaurants. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Központi szállás, a bevásárló utca 1 percre van, metró és buszmegálló a sarkon, a belváros pedig 15-20 perc sétára. A tartózkodásuk fénypontja pedig a nagyon kedves vendéglátó hölgy volt, aki mindenben rendelkezésünkre állt. Az élmény 10/10.
