All ok

Excellent value for money.

Break fast. Kurang menu. Boleh tambah harga untuk sarapan.

Everything ok

Selesa bilik tidak berbau rokok.

L'habitació es gran i el bany correcte. Bon a/c i esmorzar buffet molt complert amb opcions asiatiques i occidentals. Personal correcte. Llits comodes

Overall, the stay was very good and enjoyable.

nothing

Near to town. 10mins walk. There was a bicycle in our room for exercise i guess. Room and bathroom very clean. Pillow and mattress so comfortable. Ac very cold. We loved it

When made booking it says get 1 parking slot. Buy when i reached there, parking is 1st come 1st serve. Quite limited. Breakfast was so minimal but ok. Just that f&b staff chit chatting and laughing quite loud.

Will be repeat again.

Okaylah

The smell of the spa quiet disturbing

breakfast is good

pertama kali mnginap kt hotel ni..mmg puashati, bersih, sarapan sedap,yg jaga kaunter semuanya baik2 dan ramah.

Improve parking system. Eg: Parking payment in the morning avoid summon by MBI enforcement staff.

It was ok, very basic. Lots of drinking water.

- Bathroom could do with upkeep, massive hole between door and door frame. Should be a full sized door. Not hygienic. - Two single beds but they are tiny. Not comfortable for two adults to sleep in. - Small TV, not even a modern TV. For hotels price, should at least have a decent TV. - Soundproofing not great but was quiet during our time. - music in hallways was kept on all night, we had to tell them to turn it off… - we could smell smoke inside our room & bathroom from other people smoking in their rooms - Breakfast was AWFUL, even if included it’s better to go out for food. Hygiene in buffet for breakfast was poor, with flies in the fruit and salad. - Front desk staff not very supportive or helpful.

Its a good hotel.

Sarapan memuaskan..

Sarapan

Comfortable stay with easy check in and check out process. Nice breakfast. Small room yet comfortable with nice bathtub.

Lack of parking lot availability.

Location

I like the hotel very comfortable and clean. The room services for dinner order were fast the food very delicious. Same goes to their breakfast. I definitely will come back again.

Nothing.

Environment

Facility.. Tv channel..not convenient Shower no hot water

Hotel was clean and provide us with complete basic needs. Despite it is an old hotel but everything is complete and jive with its price. Will definitely repeat and recommended

Limited parking space. But still can park outside of the property

Easy parking. Not a new hotel, but it’s clean.

Put more covered parking

Semua ok bilik je kurang pencahayaan

the breakfast was great and room was to

the car parking

Nice to stay

Friendly staff. Cheap room service. 24 hour reception. Good breakfast. Smart TV. Easy location.

The hotel is very old and some things, like the shower curtain, should have been replaced entirely. The aged appearance of everything made it feel unclean although it was. There is a unisex spa and massage parlour on the first floor. The vibes of it was a bit sus, but it could have been just me.

B. fast not very tasty.

Our dinner order took very long to be served. A private event held at Limestone was very disturbing nn children was running around uncontrolled in the cafe.

Location

A bit rundown

Very clean and comfortable, great breakfast, good location.

Nothing

Lokasi strategik tengah bandar dan makanan sarapan sedap...

Spa services good Room was clean

Long que for breakfast We left without eating breakfast

Good location

Friendly staff

Need to refresh the rooms

Location was excellent Easy to get food (Non Halal) but going around to get some Halal food wasn't easy especially on Weekends / Public Holidays. Long Queues for both Halal and Non Halals

Limited Parking Space in the Hotel Compound. 1st Come 1st Serve Basis. Room 451 - Air conditioning wasn't working. Room changed to 448 @ 0200 Hours My Guest wasn't happy about it and I've to bear all trashings at 0200 Hours My room (442), the shower is totally out of order. Hard time to have a shower after a good dinner and dance at a party within walking distance from the Hotel. Spoiled my after party mood. I've stayed in Regalodge a couple of times. Some good memories. But this trip is......

Berbaloi dgn harga yg ditawarkan

Perbesarkan ruangan makan breakfast

Everything will come back again

Food and guard

Too much mirror in bathroom

Good location, great staff, simple breakfast and value for money.

Narrow parking space not very suitable for big vehicles.

Room is clean & tidy. Breakfast is OK.

Noise from upstairs room was noisy seems like dragging of chairs etc. Also noisy stomping from above room.

Check in was quick

On entering the room, there was a urine stench. Pillows, blankets and bed have all seen better days. Kettle had a broken lid which fell off each time the water reached boiling point (I didn't). No hair dryer so had to ask for one which the staff got from another room. Why not available in mine? No room slippers, even the cheap thin ones that were available when I stayed there several times in 2023. Why not make them available to guests who request for them? Sure, guests take "souvenirs" and the hotel wants to cut costs but its frustrating (risky) when you have to walk around the bathroom barefooted.

Breakfast boleh diperbaiki lg. Roti canai agak liat, scramble eggs kurang memuaskan. Yang lain overall ok.

Kebersihan bilik perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Sebaiknya pihak kebersihan perlu lbh alert dgn setiap inch kebersihan dlm bilik sebelum customer check in
