Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The staff during check in we're friendly and helpful describing the attractions in the area. It's okay as somewhere to sleep if you're passing though on the highway, not exactly a great place as a tourist.
The bedding is a blanket wrapped in a sheet (being from the UK this is unusual and uncomfortable). The pool was out of order for our whole stay, not notified until we arrived.

I was going to complain that the room had an ant climbing the chair. Decided not too bother because it was one ant.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Wonderful hotel. Check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was wonderful and even upgraded our room to give us a little extra space for the kids. Pool and hot tub area were very clean and the water was nice and warm in both the pool and hot tub. Breakfast had a nice variety and the gentlemen stocking items was very quick and efficient. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026My family stayed December 17,2025-December 20,2025. The hotel is clean and quiet. Staff is friendly. The pool is very warm and our little one loved it. Rooms are pretty spacious. It did include continental breakfast, but you do have to get up early in order to get some bacon. Pretty laid back hotel. PROS -Clean -friendly staff -Warm pool and hot tub -pet friendly -continental breakfast CONS -- $249 a night with two dogs in getting a bit pricey

Although we encountered a small issue with our room, I mentioned it to Annie at the front desk, and she was more than happy to accommodate us by upgrading us to a beautiful suite with a Jacuzzi. The beds were nice and firm, making for a very comfortable sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. Breakfast was impressive — a wide selection that changed daily and focused on protein options, not just the usual bagels, toast, fruit, and cereal, along with hot beverages. My husband and I had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing that we wish they had put in was a makeup mirror as we found the big mirror was too far away to see properly.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025The hotel was awesome so is the staff however paying the amount that we paid we were a little sticker shocked on that price point for one night. The bed was super comfortable, and we both had a great sleep.
All in all great stay here, but the breakfast was definitely lacking taste. Don’t do the Western omelette as they were like cardboard. Scrambled eggs would be much better option They were not appetizing at all, and the bacon was really tough. The sausages were good. The coffee was awesome.
