Cleanliness of the hotel, friendly helpful staff. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well. I enjoyed my stay very happy.

아침 식사가 맛있었습니다. 그리고 위치가 호수와 가까웠기 때문에 걸어서 충분히 갈 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 조금 일찍 도착했는데 흔쾌히 주차장을 사용하게 해줘서 편했습니다. 숙소에서 호수가 보였기 때문에 멋진 풍경을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 호텔에 위치한 수영장에서 수영을 할 수 있어서 아이들과 함께 방문하기 좋은 숙소였습니다.

아침 메뉴가 한정적입니다 (하지만 충분히 아침으로 즐길 수 있습니다). 수영장 오픈이 새벽 6시부터 밤 10시까지인데, 가끔 아침 8시쯤에 청소를 한다고 수영장 이용을 제한합니다. 오픈 전에 청소를 하는 게 좋지 않을까 생각이 들긴 했습니다.

Spent just one night in this hotel and it was great. Had a lovely view of the lake and the sunset. Great breakfast...especially when I could sit outside with my hot drink. The location makes it walkable to the lake.

That main road outside the window was a little noisy but it calmed down for the night.

I liked our proximity to the beach and restaurants. The continental breakfast was great! Staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.

I didn't like that there was no selection of tea upstairs and no black tea or English breakfast tea anywhere. Some people don't drink coffee.

They couldn't keep the breakfast stations stocked and the woman filling them had a terrible attitude. They closed the pool almost all day the only day we were there and the reason we booked at this hotel.

The breakfast spread was decent, but it could be better. Location was excellent, right opposite the waterfront. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and rental places, all within walking distance. The hotel provided a crib, which was very helpful. Upon extension of stay, the hotel ensured we were given the same room for the 2nd night.

Breakfast was bland and not always fresh. Parking spaces at the hotel felt limited; we barely got the last spot. The kettle that was provided upon request was dirty, so we did not end up using it.

Good location close to the lake. We asked for a room with a lake view and definitely was a lake view. Nice room and comfortable bed. Coffee shop downstairs and amenities in easy walking distance.

The water in the shower didn't get warm even with it completely turned to hot and running it for a few minutes before getting in. It started out as cold and was only luke warm by the end.

Location is amazing. Room was clean and spacious. Receptionists were realy nice and helpful.

Breakfast was gone by 9am and it is served until 10. There was no eggs,sausages,muffins,milk,bread and so on. There is only 1 woman working,couldn't keep up. Maybe suggestion to add more people to kitchen staff as I read through other reviews this seams to be ongoing issue.

The location is great. Easy walk to the beach and many nice restaurants and spots for a drink. Bed and pillows were clean and comfy. Breakfast was decent.

The room was large, but seemed dated for a fairly new hotel. Not a deal breaker as it was clean. We did have an issue with check in. We arrived at 3 vs the 4 pm check in. We were told our room was ready, but it would be a $30 surcharge. We walked up the street and enjoyed a beer and a snack at a local craft brewery instead for less than $30 as it was happy hour. Also they put a $200 damage security hold on my credit card without informing me. It ended up ok as it was just a hold - the issue was not being informed.

Was in the perfect place for us after flying in to Edmonton. Sylvan Lake is a lovely town and the hotel is in walking distance of the lake and lots of nice places to eat. Beds were super comfortable and the view from our room was lovely.

Staff were a little lacklustre. Given key cards that didn’t work which after 20 hours of travelling was a trip back to the desk that we didn’t need. Hotel is a little tired. Curtains let way too much light in.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Great staff. We had a minor billing issue where we were overcharged, which happens. A quick phone call to the hotel and the staff took care of it promptly which impressed us further. We will definitely be back

The location. Across the street from the Friday market. A bit of a walk to the beach. Website said beach access but really it is a bit of a walk

We arrived on a very hot day. Icewater in the lobby would have been much appreciated.

The breakfast is a nice touch, for a family of three that's a $60 value right there. Beds could be slightly a little more comfortable, but that's subjective. Rooms are a little old but were clean. Staff were great.

No water when we stayed in there for the whole night m. We didn’t get to take a shower at night and also I requested the room to be on top floor and facing the water. It is totally the opposite

The location is close to the lake and very accessible to almost all stores and restaurants. Plus, they have free breakfast.

Breakfast was standard hotel fare and the staff worked hard to keep food trays and drink dispensers filled. The hotel staff helped with our request for extra blankets.

The lake view from the window was so beautiful and peaceful, it gave totally different impression and experience.

The only tiny comment I have that we could feel sharp nails sticking out of the carpet just on the entrance to the bathroom.

Staff messed up the departure by billing 3 rooms when it was only 2. They asked one of the guests to pay when the two rooms were already on cards by the person that booked the rooms

Actually did not eat breakfast this visit. In the past I have always enjoyed the selection and quality. I just grabbed a coffee this time. Nothing else to say so shall just blather on about nothing until I’m done.
