Amazing service and accommodating, well done team!

Good location as it's near the Lavender MRT. Supermarket and eateries are nearby. Walking distance to City Square mall (Farrer Park MRT) and Mustafa (Little India vicinity).

Very convenient, clean and affordable. Felt like a bit of a halfway house though. Lots of locals and a guy who had just been let out of prison

Staff terrific and place is value for money. Also includes continental breakfast and all day coffee/tea

Staff fantastic and cleanliness good. Bathrooms modernised with hairdryer in each bathroom. Breakfast provided in accommodation which was great

My stay was ok but after 12midnight talking too loud, outside shoe keep for each room is taken by others I can't put my shoes, should have a better drying place ,place where there is 2 chairs for rest people sit on one and the other put the legs on the other how can others sit,no one to monitor all this, coffee was spill on the stairs leaving it like that,

What I like is that the rate is good, not so expensive or luxurious like other top hotels. What I dislike is that thr location is a bit away from city center. The bathroom is shared.

It was good for the price.

Check in lady couldn’t speak English. Not at all what the pictures on the web look like. The free breakfast included just toast with butter and jam. To check out had to search for the lady.

...of all the hostels I've been to, Traveller@SG really took me by surprise...it's exactly as it was published in Hotels.com, with the clean & moderately spacious rooms, clean showers/toilets (that came complete with an abundant supply of body wash & shampoo), adequate breakfast, and with staff/employees that made the whole place welcoming...in short; "ito ay nakakaaliw sa pagiging pamilyar na tao"...to the staff/employees >>> well done!

便宜的價格就不會要求太高,沒有電梯,,只睡一晚的話可以接受,廁所還算乾淨,浴室只有提供洗髮精跟沐浴乳,其他都要自備,廚房早上有提供吐司果醬跟麥片等等,附近有超市還算方便

Good location! however they need to improve: 1-Toilet clean but have a bad smell, maybe they can do something. 2-They are Ants and cockroach in my room 3-Pillow need to change too old and flat.

I booked for female bedroom but theres female who look like a boy.not comfortable wearing shorts and sleeping.she keep looking to all of the girls in the room

Close to the MRT station and city centre! There is very low cost for food and shopping.

Well...overall I would give 60%...not too clean but bearable.

De kamer had geen enkel raam, geen ventilatie dus. Bed was niet opgemaakt en schimmel op de muur. Na 1 uur besloten weg te gaan en iets anders te zoeken.

It was okay, we just needed a place to sleep and it did just that!

Nice place, it is very close to the MRT station and the food court.

Arrived midnight from my flight and had to arrange late check-in which was no hassle at all! Friendly staff, clean room and a complimentary breakfast was just what i needed and got.

Hostelli on erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä! Ilmastointi toimii, ja huoneet olivat puhtaat ja lakanat ja pyyhkeet selvästi pesty & vaihdettu! Sijainti on loistava, vain parin minuutin päässä Lavender -metroasemasta. Lähellä myös erittäin edullinen ja siisti uima-allas (1s$/hlö) ja paljon ravintoloita! Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta!

Lage ist gut, Frühstück war in Ordnung, leckeren Tee und Wasser gibts immer umsonst, die Betten waren bequem, die Dauergäste sehr hilfsbereit, die Badezimmer nicht besonders sauber, aber so ist es eben in Hostels. Alles in allem für das Geld ein absolut guter Deal.

Good location, just a few minutes walk to Lavender metro station, easy to get to town and airport. the staff is very friendly and helpful. very clean place and good value for money

Just to tie us over the F1 period cause it is very tiring after all the walking. Good location meaning nearby MRTand food. Friendly staff keeping the place clean. Enough signs and information. Overall good value.

Service is good, host is nice, but the aircon not really good.

Water dispenser put near the dustbin, not hygiene. Refrigerator is smelly. Hair dryer only can be use a few minutes and it will no function. Room is very dull.

The bed so dirty...every night bite me and my bf... I won't come here again.. And some tourist are very rude...they don't even concern about this and they just help him and do what he ask... We stay here so many days... He just stay about 3days then they so helpful about him... What kind of service are this? So judge people until this...He is just 40s uncle... We're youngster and we didn't do anything wrong... My sister just sit his bed for awhile then he come in and scream us like we fault very serious...what kind of attitude? She just a 11years old girl ! They don't even care about it and just let the guy scold my sis ''fu*k off'' etc.. And the room don't even clean up and messy... The room so smelly we need to buy a perfume...they don't provide anything... And they're very judge people! I complain so many time already they don't even help me once because I'm young I think... But if people complain us they so serious about it... And last time my friend come sg and stay at here, a 4 years old child been bite until very serious...The bed is not comfortable and the bed is unstable for them and us, everyday morning our skin no itchy...anyway the bed I will complain to NEA because it is really dirty and my hand and leg got those bites..waste my money to buy medicine and buy the spray for anti-bedbug cus they don't have it. Better don't visit here anymore... Singapore still have many hostel don't worry ! Not worth your money. I won't recommend anyone to come here :)

Favorite place

Good choice if you are on a tight budget. Value for money. Hotel staff are friendly especially the night shift guys.

Place is near Lavender MRT station and the area has a lot of food stalls and a supermarket too. Convenient place to stay

Hostel staff is really helpful from checking in, service and checks out. there were 5 of us staying in the family room. we didn't realize that this place has no stairs to go to the hostel. I was fine with it, but my old mom is really struggling. maybe we just didn't read the description well? I've stayed in many hostel in many countries before. And i can say i've stayed in better value hostel. Location is OK. We got room with no window, it's a bummer. The shared bathroom was ok and bright, just wish there would be cleaning twice a day, cause the trash in the bathroom could get piled up until the next morning when someone came to clean it up. Overall, it was an ok experience.

you can stay somewhere much better at the price. there are ants everywhere, toilets including the seats, kitchen everywhere and almost every bench table. showers are extremely uncomfortable as its just a hot space so by the time you finish your shower you feel sweaty and yuck instantly. we dreaded our showers. we are low maintenance young guys but this hostel was the worst we have been to. I recommend quarters hostel if you're in sg looking for a hostel that's cheap and incredible. location is average, nothing going on in the area.

I had a nice two nights stay at traveller@sg. It is really worth than what i paid, close to MRT, clean dorm, friendly environment and helpful staff. Will definitely come back some day.

It was okay but the room was changed to another block. It is a 3 storey climb with no lifts. Very difficult for large luggages

The hotel staff was very flexible in letting us cancel a bed that we'd book, on the day we checked in, without any charge. Appreciate it. But the kind of people staying at the place was questionable. We (a group of girls) came back to the hostel at 9pm to find many many middle aged men sitting around in the public area, some half naked, laughing and cackling loudly and staring at us. It was rather unnerving and we did not dare to go out to the toilets much. We just stayed in our room and locked the door all night.

It must be hard to have consistency in a hostel setting as so much is up to the guests to be on to. This stay the kitchen and bathrooms were grubby as guests didn't clean up after themselves.

Nice and cheap if your looking for a weekend stay where you'll only be sleeping for a few hours because you'll be spending all your time going around.

Its close by to the lavender mrt station. Shops n restaurants are within walking distnce.its convenient.

The room was just what we needed and was everything was as it was described in the information

Smelly room, dirty room floors, wall hooks missing in room and bathrooms (didn't repair), wet bathrooms, booked for 4 in a room, given 6 in a room, had to share room with strangers.
