Location and stone house itself was great.

Location of property in Booking was wrong, so we ended up looking for it in strict center in pedestrian zone. Communication with reception was weird and non responsive. Their 24/7 reception is not really working 24/7, Repeated question about laundry service resulted in repeated answers to check conditions in the room (which were not there), they were unable to answer how much would laundry cost for like two days and we ended up going elsewhere. Hard to navigate tight streets that go to the property with a car - meeting another car means reversing ... far. Parking that was "guaranteed" was not exclusive, so we ended up looking for parking regularly. Floors were dirty - you can attribute that to "stone house" reason if you want, but it is still a fact. Local kids had habit to drink on abandoned platform (house) in front of the mansion, being effectively on the other side of the bedroom window, killing privacy and benefits of an otherwise nice view over the valley.

Staff is super nice. Breakfast was great. View from the garden overlooking pigeon valley was awesome.

Reception is basically a desk and a couch. Most of the time we stayed there it was unattended. No concierge service to provide information or guidance. It is more like a key pick up and drop off location.

Wir waren von dem Aufenthalt angenehm überrascht. Die Wohnung war hervorragend ausgestattet und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Wer mit dem Auto einreisen möchte, sollte sich vor den engen Straßen in Acht nehmen. Es kann eine Herausforderung sein.

Loved the overall atmosphere of living in a cave, the views from the room, the small yard we had, and the location - close to everything.

Our room was super hot at first but we finally figured out how to adjust the heating unit, so it then became comfortable

It was excellent stay and good value for the money. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful but particularly special thanks to Mrs Elif and Mrs Semra for the great hospitality. Definitely suggested. The view is amazing and the breakfast is really selected by attention to details.

3/8-10で2泊滞在しました。国際情勢の悪化と冬季のオフシーズン、断食月が重なり宿泊客は私たちだけでした。オーナーはとても親切にカッパドキア周辺の情報を教えてくださった上に、気球ツアーの予約(風が強く飛べませんでしたが...)やカッパドキアのツアーを手配してくれました。また、最終日にはネブシェヒルの空港までのタクシーを予約してくれました。私たちの今回のカッパドキアでの滞在が信じられないほどすばらしい体験になったのは、天気がよかったこととオーナーに親切にしてもらったことが2つの大きな理由です。 部屋はとても快適で、洞窟に滞在するという特別な体験ができました。暖房がついていたので一晩中暖かかった上に、暖炉が部屋にあり夜は暖炉を使いました。部屋に備えてあったコーヒーをテラスで飲む時間が素晴らしかったです。 朝食は、バンにチーズ、オリーブなどといったトルコの食べ物が多く、特にパンは美味しかったです。朝食も鳩の谷を望むテラスで取ることができ、素晴らしい景色でした。また、宿泊客が私達だけだったにも関わらず丁寧に用意をしてくださり、ホスピタリティに感動しました。 ロケーションも素晴らしく、部屋から歩いて3分ほどで、鳩の谷やギョレメなどカッパドキア周辺を一望できる場所がありました。また、ウチヒサル城や飲食店街がある市街地までも歩いて5~10分ほどで、傾斜は急なもののアクセスが良好でした。とにかく景観が素晴らしく、夜には星もきれいに見られました。

小さな建物がたくさんあるタイプの宿であったため、最初のチェックインをする際にレセプションを探すのに少し手間取りました。また、バスでカイセリから向かったのですがバス停から宿までの距離がかなりあり、事前にバス停までの送迎をお願いしておくことをおすすめします。

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking the balloon trip and were always attentive and kind. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of local cheeses, nuts, Turkish coffee — everything was delicious. The location and views are probably the best you can get.

I expected more from the room itself. I’m not sure if the hotel was fully booked, but it really felt like we were given the worst room available. It was literally like staying in a cave — small rocks and dust were falling from the ceiling and walls. The bathroom also had a very unpleasant smell, similar to sewage pipes.

The standout feature of this property is the location: on the edge of Uchisar, overlooking Pigeon Valley. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast delicious!

The rooms are a little tired, and those with mobility issues should know that getting to the rooms requires navigating uneven terrain. Some rooms are on different levels, with for example stairs between the bedroom and bathroom.

Good hotel with no ac which wasn’t expected but one room got too hot to be in past sunrise. Did give free water though so that was a plus and it was right near the cave dwelings

1. Location is very bad. Stay in Goreme if you can. 2. Hotel was very unhelpful. I messaged to ask about airport pickup before going there, no response. Considering how remote and difficult to get to the hotel, how late my flight was (10pm), I didn’t feel welcomed at all. 3. Some staff were rude. When I asked the receptionist Sevda for some urgent help, she listened to my problem then said she needs to go finish her food first. Lol. Very bad attitude and didn’t want to help us at all. 4. Room didn’t match the pictures. Toilet was downstairs and it smells due to bad ventilation.

Limited options but good breakfast and stay.

Room were not sound proof, even though smoke from other room was irritating us in the room.

Stunning hotel with impeccable accommodations and incredible lookouts all around. The best views in my opinion of all the hotels in town because you can see into pigeon valley and also look back at the town including Uchisar castle. Sumptuous breakfast on a lovely terrace. Oh and did I mention the lookout terrace from which you can see the balloons launching in the morning?

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check in/out. Special mention to Emir for sharing vital information about the hotel facilities and accommodating to our ad-hoc requests. Our room were clean daily. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. The view was awesome especially during sunrise and the hot air balloons were flying at a distance.

The room was simple but had everything we needed. Rooms were warm and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was GREAT. Staff willing to help set up activities or airport transfers. Overall was a great stay, we'll be back!

It’s kind of remote for any activities but it’s very charming and relaxing.

Konaklama öncesinden itibaren telefonla konum bilgisi almak için aradığımda sıcak bir karşılamayla yardımcı oldular. Konumu bulamazsak yola çıkacağını iletti akşam görev yapan personel. Konaklama sürecinde de ilgili, yol gösterici, samimi yaklaşımları bizi iyi hissettirdi. Atv ile vadi turu ayarlamaları, restoran rezervasyonu konusunda da destek oldular. Odamız sıcak ve konforluydu, balkonu ve yandaki verandasında balonları ve güneşin doğuşunu izleme şansına sahiptik.

Superb location overlooking the Pigeon Valley. The little studio I booked was adorable and so perfect in every way. A little gem in Cappadocia that I feel blessed to have discovered. I did not want to leave that garden ever! The manager and staff were so helpful in every way, friendly and caring. Can not recommend this hotel highly enough ❤️

Wonderful to be in a cave that was converted into a hotel. Very pretty room. Beautiful view of Pidgeon valley right out the door.

Severely understaffed leading to poor to no service. No longer offer breakfast baskets to the room and pizza restaurant is closed down. All this was offered online. Breakfast only started at 8 am which is very late in a place where you need to get out early to beat the crowds of tourists. One morning the chef arrived late and opened up at 8:30 am.

We booked the private pool villa which is very expensive and expected a high standard as a result. But actually the villa is more of a 2 star accomodation priced like a 5-star one. Instead of our stay at the villa being the highlight of our trip to Cappadocia, it was the least enjoyable part of it We clearly DON'T recommend it! > Very awkward set-up with 3 rooms over 4 floors, open balconies and stairs everywhere: REALLY not suited/ dangerous for families with children > Many equipments just don't work: NO wifi!!! the 3G router they provided after we complained only works when sitting next to it. The fridge was out of order - we had to throw most of the fresh food breakfast away. Television didn't work. Half of the light bulbs were broken > The pool itself looks nice BUT the many pigeons in the area use it as a refreshing pond and while they had cleaned the terrace when we arrived, after one day it was full of pigeon droppings everywhere - making it unusable > The villa was dirty when we arrived, with dust on most surfaces - very poor cleaning, as if the house had been empty for months > The comfort is very basic: rudimentary bathrooms, no air conditioning, no shutters/ curtains on the windows > The location is not the best - on the lower part of the town, which means less beautiful views and much more effort walking up the steep streets to the town center

We got a holiday home they had and it was 5 minutes walk from the reception and the other hotel amenities. The staff was resistant to help when it came to asking for any stuff for the room such as fans (it was super hot and there were no fans provided in the property) or buggy ride to the reception. Also, not a great breakfast for our vegetarian family and they were not accommodating at all. The rooms were barely clean as there was dust everywhere and it felt like the rugs were never cleaned. It was super unhygienic for my 1 year old.

All was great for my stay with the bonus of being able to enjoy breakfast out on the roof terrace.

Everything was what I had been looking for at a cave style hotel, there wasn’t a thing I disliked. The service was exceptional with early morning coffee up on a viewing terrace with wonderful landscape’s in all directions.

it was a decent cozy and surprisingly beautiful view. especially at sunrise, you can see all the hot air balloons in the air from the terrace.

it was hot and no AC. A fan was provided, but it was not enough. I don't know why I was provided 3 rooms. One had 3 twin sizes and the other had one queen which would be enough for our family. I had to pay extra for a room for no reason.

Great property, fantastic location

Oda büyük ve ferahtı, taş olduğundan serin ve güzeldi. Huzur isteyenler için sessiz ve sakin bir yer. Dışarıdaki manzara harikaydı. Dışarıdaki banktan Güvercinlik vadisi ve Göreme görünüyordu. Uçhisar kalesine kolayca yürüyerek gitme mesafesindeydi. Sadece marketlere uzak olması biraz sıkıntı.

Everything was perfect. İt felt like home away from home and away from the very touristy or crowded places. The staff was very freindly, caring and welcoming. Can t wait to go back and enjoy this quality stay.

Mehmet, the breakfast chef, was extremely kind, considerate and went out of his way everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. He did special orders and cooked the eggs each morning according to our preferences. He is a very talented chef, everything was delicious! Each day he would introduce us to various Turkish breakfast options that we would not have otherwise tried. All the new foods were exceptional! We were welcomed by his smiling face each morning, such a wonderful way to start our day! We miss him. Ebru, from the front desk, was also exceptional. She was so warm and welcoming. She helped us book a hot air balloon ride and camel ride. Whenever we had a question, she was always available to help. She went out of her way to make sure we were having an enjoyable stay. We are so thankful to the entire staff (including the hard working cleaning staff) who truly made our stay in Uchisar very memorable. We can't wait to return in the future!

WIFI was basically non-existent but we were there for the views and to immerse ourselves in Cappadocia.

We were transformed by the property, it’s various buildings, and the spectacular views it afforded us. Breakfast was fantastic! All staff were engaged, pleasant, and invested in our experience while there.

For folks who want to stay away touristy Goreme, Uchisar is a great alternative. This hotel is an exclusive property that overlooks natural rock formation, which was super great. You can go to central town in 10 minutes walk but it is uphill, not too bad. If you have a car, then Goreme, where there are lot more restaurents, is a 10 min car ride. Very classy hotel with great fittings and nice cave hotel architecture. Understated, elegant and classy.

The staff were friendly and helpful with answering questions and did meeting our requirements. The staff was helpful in giving us fans and plenty of water bottles so we could keep hydrated. We were also really happy that they could book hot air balloon flights and ATV rides for us, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed.

More detailed responses to questions would have been useful at certain times, but we acknowledged the language barrier as we didn't speak French or Turkish. We didn't realise how hot it would be at night and the rooms did not have enough lighting.

Everything was perfect.

One thing we didn’t like it is the light in the kitchen & lounge, it was quite dark if you are cooking or family gathering.

It was a bit of a walk from our room to the main building

we booked the rooms, however there was some misunderstanding, but the staff tried best to solve tje problem

if you are travelling with group, the rooms are not in the same building
