Reviewed Sep 19, 2026I loved how Egyptian culture is reflected in the interior design, with so much attention to detail. The clean, fresh beds every day, the different restaurants, and even the golf carts taking you around the resort added to that luxurious feeling and overall vibe. It just felt so relaxing and comfortable.
At times, there was some noise at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I had also initially requested a double bed, but unfortunately had to wait until the following day for this to be arranged. As guests often arrive after long flights, it would have been appreciated if room requests could be fulfilled upon arrival where possible. Overall, this would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The hotel is very elegant and nice ,it seems like you are staying in a palace 😀. We had a small suite which was very clean, modern and has everything needed. All staff are friendly and helpful. There are couple of restaurants up the hill which can be reached by the golf car provided any time from the reception, we had dinner in "Villa Beirut" and it was amazing restaurant from the professional staff to the quality of the food.
Nothing was bad only a minor notice is the coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant is not too good coffee or milk.

They are scammers and thieves who only care about taking your money. Once I arrived I touched two pepsi cans and they burst onto the carpet and we didn't drink them and I even called in housekeeping to clean them off the carpet. Despite all this they and despite paying over 25000 EGP for my stay they insisted I pay 300 EGP for the cans that I didn't even drink!!!! They even accused me of lying and of never ordering housekeeping to clean them off the carpet!!!!!!!!! Horrible experience even though I specifically told them it's my honeymoon and they should be extra careful to make my stay en joyable! Also I told them it's my honeymoon in advance but zero complimentaries were provided! No romantic dinner or in-room breakfast or anything!!! They just threw some lousy geese towels onto the bed!!!!!

The rooms were smelly and not clean. The towels, of which only 1 piece was available (no floor mat, no small hand towels) were old and used up and stained. They refused to issue an invoice for me upon checkout - very dodgy.

Banyo da duş kabinin içerisinde suyun gidere akış yönü iyi değil.Duş kabininin kapısını açtığımızda su kabinden dışarı akıyor. Klima bozuk,çalışmasında sorun vardı.Mini bar ücretli olması da olumsuz bir durum.

تاخرت رحلة الطيران طلبت تمديد لو ساعتين رفضو نهائي أجبروني ادفع نص يوم 🙄صارلي نفس الموقف بفدقق اخر اكرموني واعطوني الامان سلموني فيلا فري لحد وصول موعد الرحله 👍🏻 رائحة للمطبخ بكل مكان

Staff not friendly. Need training in customer relations. Shower was either too hot or too cold. Toilet tissue was very cheap, worst I have seen in my life. Air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Staff were very friendly and accommodating with a quality of service you would expect in a place such as this. Room service menu and quality of food was really good, but it took a very long time to come. Breakfast buffet was great.
The hotel is set in its own big compound with many gates and entrances, which made it difficult to come and go. There are several restaurants available, but the staff told me that you can only access some of them by golf buggy, which seemed quite complicated to me, especially after a very long journey. For the rooms, I had specifically requested a double or king bed with a view of the pool, and the website also said there would be a bathtub. When I arrived I was given a single bed, no bathtub, and a view of the garden. There are balconies, but they are set extremely close together so that you have no privacy. Overall the place was fine and decent, but for the price I paid, I definitely expected better.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Frühstücksbufet war gut und mehr als ausreichend, auch teilweise abwechslungsreich. Die Hotelanlage im Ganzen ist sehr schön angelegt.
Während meines Aufenthaltes fanden Bauarbeiten bis tief in die Nacht mit sehr lauten Geräuschen statt. Mein erstes zimmer war direkt in diesem Bereich und ich konnte deshalb erst sehr spät richtig schlafen. Ich habe nach der ersten Nacht das Zimmer gewechselt. Danach war es viel besser.

عدم مصداقية موظفي الاستقبال حيث تم إجباري على سداد مبلغ اضافي بالدولار عن كل ليلة اضافة الى إجباري دفع قيمة مشروبات عصير من الثلاجة لم استخدمها. كما ان عمالة التنظيف يدخلوا الغرفة رغم وجود علامة عدم الإزعاج على باب الغرفة
