The view of the mountains from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is fully accessible for guests with mobility impairments, with an elevator and step-free access throughout. The breakfast was excellent and of very high quality, and the interior is stylish and beautifully designed. A special thank you to the staff, who were exceptionally helpful, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay.

Perfect location, right across from the train station. Comfortable room and easy check in and out. Nice view over Engelberg towards the Abbey. I would stay again.

The door to the luggage room was locked when I dropped off my luggage, but the door was open in the afternoon when I returned. I felt a little uncomfortable that my luggage had been in an open room, but it may have been temporary.

מיקום המלון!! מול תחנת הרכבת ושאטלים לטיטליס וברוני. למרות זאת הוא שקט. החדר שלנו פנה לנוף ההרים. מרפסת קטנה. החדר קומפקטי. הצוות נהדר. תמיד עם חיוך. יעצו על טיולים.

מה שהפריע וזה כנראה בכל אנגלברג, פעמוני הכנסייה ב 5 לפנות בוקר. אין מזגן, אז ישנו עם חלון פתוח, יש אויר נהדר.

Etwas viel Personen Lärm rund um den Bahnhof

Gutes Frühstück. Ebenfalls gutes Restaurant im Hotel. Liegt gleich gegenüber vom Bahnhof und der Haltestelle der Ortsbusse.

Keine Klimaanlage

Lovely hotel with funky decor, combining the old Swiss building with some nice modern touches - it all works very nicely for a lovely environment. Staff were warm and helpful. Ideal location beside the train station and a great view from my room down the valley. Good breakfast. The luggage room has two shower cubicles you can use - ideal for after a day's hiking before you head home. Generally a pleasant vibe.

There was no-one on reception on arrival (9pm) but quickly sorted by someone in the restaurant downstairs. The bathroom was open to the rest of the bedroom, not ideal if sharing with a friend but fine for solos/couples!

El hotel es un edificio precioso, justo en la puerta de la estación de tren y ha sido recientemente reformado por lo que su interior resulta muy cómodo y muy moderno.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage, direkt am Bahnhof, ist ideal. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Tolles Hotel an zentraler Lage

Das Frühstück war gut. Wir mussten einfach lange auf die Eierspeisen warten. Der Frühstücksaal gefiel uns sehr. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es hat alles, was man braucht. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Super Lage!

Wir erhielten die digitale Gästekarte vom Tourismusbüro erst um Mitternacht, also an unserem Abreisetag. Komisch war, dass wir nur eine erhielten obwohl wir für 2 Personen das Hotel bezahlten. Als wir an der Rezeption nachgefragt haben, wurde uns sofort eine Gästekarte für die zweite Person ausgestellt. Die Seilbahntickets kann man nicht im Hotel kaufen, wie es beschrieben wird.

Toll eingerichtet. Belle Epoche trifft auf Moderne!! Sehr freundlicher Empfang - Dankeschön! Hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet!

Beautiful location, very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional and very helpful! A special thank you to David for helping me throughout our trip and even before we arrived. Definitely the best place to stay in Vitznau

Personnel agréable, établissement propre, pratique et confortable. Nous avons apprécié de prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse. Le restaurant faisant partie de l'hôtel est appréciable avec également du personnel avenant et disponible et une grande terrasse.

La séparation du balcon avec la chambre d'à coté (un gros pot de fleur) est un peu juste quand on a un chien. Le (moyen) chien des voisins est venu nous rendre "visite", heureusement nous avons pu éviter, in extremis, une possible confrontation avec le notre (grand chien).

Buena ubicacion; habitación muu amplia y limpia.

Al llegar estuve un monton de tiempo en la puerta y llamando pero nadie respondía . Al final me abrieron porque tuve que golpearla ya que no había timbre. Al día siguiente pedí una plancha para planchar una camisa y no me la dieron.

Unser Wunsch für ein früheres Check-in wurde erfüllt. Frühstück auf der sonnigen Terrasse war wunderbar.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Super Lage / nettes Hotel / Gute Parkmöglichkeiten

Mein Zimmer war, denke ich, neu renoviert und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Guter Architekt - Bravo 👍

Der Frühstücksbereich innen könnte etwas aufpoliert werden. Wir konnten dann zum Glück auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Das Buffet sehr einfach und relativ teuer für auswärtige Personen.

Location was great - just across from the train and bus. Walking distance to restaurants and the Titlus gondola - which is where we spent the day. Happily parked the car and didn’t touch it! Room was very cute - great view of the mountains with a small balcony. It was warm (no a/c) when we got there but opened the windows to let in the fresh air and it cooled right off. Free tea and coffee in the hallway and the breakfast was great. Lovely weekend!

It felt expensive when we booked, but I think it’s pretty standard for the area / Switzerland.

Great location and fabulous staff with lovey decor

Ich bin begeistert von der Einrichtung, dem Style und der Qualität und Komfort der Möbel. Zudem ist das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fantastisch - genau das, was ich mir von einem Boutique-Hotel erhoffe :)

Am Sonntag war die Frühstückszeit bis ca 9:00h etwas hektisch, da viele internationale Touris auf der Durchreise sind ;)

Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Das Frühstück ist absolut perfekt, in wundervollem Ambiente. Das gesamte Personal ist äusserst zuvorkommend, alles extrem entspannt und sympatisch.

Superlage, Super Service, schöne Zimmer - alles top. Danke!

Hôtel joliment rénové. Situation parfaite au centre de Engelberg. Très bon petit déjeuner dans une jolie salle à manger.

Éviter le Restaurant de l’hôtel qui n’est pas à la hauteur. Nombreuses possibilités de restauration aux alentours.

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Interieur ist wunderschön und sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen - sogar Ofengemüse gibt es am Buffet.

Überrascht dass ein 4 Sterne Hotel kein Schwimmbad/SPA hat. Kein Klimaanlage. Wenn man die Fenster offen lässt, weil es zu warm ist, ist es lärmig.

Great interior design, very convenient location. But that wouldn’t count for much if it wasn’t for the exceptional staff, particularly Hannes and Ana, who went out of there way to make me feel very welcome and looked after- from the moment I arrived.
