We had a wonderful three-day stay at Hotel Regina in Engelberg, Switzerland. The hotel offers excellent amenities and an outstanding location, just less than a 10-minute walk from the Titlis cable car. Our room on the 8th floor was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with an amazing panoramic view of the beautiful surrounding mountains from the balcony. Waking up to such a magnificent view was truly memorable. The breakfast was superb, with a good variety of choices, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The reception staff were particularly helpful, courteous and welcoming. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Hotel Regina. The combination of the excellent location, spacious rooms, beautiful mountain views, quality amenities, superb breakfast and friendly service made our stay very enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again and would recommend Hotel Regina to anyone visiting Engelberg.

Most of the team were very friendly. Breakfast was great. We were not happy with housekeeping at all but the Front office / Reception Manager was very helpful and resolved the issue effeciently.

Very poor cleanliness standards. The room was not cleaned and we had to request cleaning and still it was done very poorly. The tea/coffee facilities were never refilled.

Ein sehr gutes Frühstück muss schon sagen. Mit Früchten, Rührei, Gemüse, Fleisch. Die Reception hat uns vorgängig beraten wegen Zimmergrösse, und wir bekamen ein schön grosses Zimmer. Ein indisch anmutender Receptionist spricht als einziger Schwizerdütsch:)

Es wird gespart und man merkt das. Keine Bademäntel im Zimmer, keine Pantoffeln, kein Fläschchenset mit Lotion und Hautbalsam, keine Minibar. Im Schwimmbad, das ja sehr schön ist, schwamm Spucke.

Central Location and good breakfast buffet. Pricing was good. There is a spa but we did not use it. Reception is quite modern and restaurant is pleasant.

Rooms are a bit aged for a 4 Star Hotel. Also most of the time the person at the reception was sitting in the office in the back and you had to wait at the reception until they paid attention. No information about hiking around Engelberg. They just said we had to go to the tourist office. Also we got a smokers room assigned and had to request another one.

The SPA opening hours are ridiculous — by the time you get back from the mountains, it’s already closed. Breakfast is also served too late.

Die Ausstattung und das Zimmer waren ziemlich veraltet und sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bettsofa war sehr ungemütlich.

Friendly staff. Lovely food and a Central location not far from shops and rail station. Great walks clean and fresh town. Titlis journey was phenomenal. The weather was fabulous all 4 days.

Switzerland is an expensive country. But you pay for what you get. I will do it again.

Un accueil chaleureux et très professionnel. La chambre était spacieuse, avec une jolie vue, et l’établissement dispose d’un parking. Les magasins sont à proximité et le petit-déjeuner était fabuleux. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions et les équipements préparés à notre arrivée pour notre petite chienne. Une expérience très sympathique !

Great location, a beautiful view from the room, and a nice breakfast. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The bathroom ventilation is quite loud, and it continues running for another 10–15 minutes after the lights are turned off.

I think we got a surprising upgrade, so thank you for that! The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was rich and all people working at the hotel were super friendly. Very nice central location.

Toilet was a bit outdated, but still very comfortable.

Wspaniały hotel z obfitymi śniadaniami. Dostaliśmy ogromny pokój z widokiem na góry. Czysto, wspaniała obsługa, wszystko jak należy.

Trochę mały basen, ale woda przyjemnie ciepła.

Zimmer sollten mal renoviert werden. Teppichboden im.Zummer, unangenehm.

De prijs was zeer scherp voor Zwitserse begrippen, echter bedroegen de kosten alsnog 200 voor vier personen inclusief ontbijt.

De incheckprocedure verliep traag en de medewerkster toonde zich weinig klantvriendelijk en onbehulpzaam. Daarnaast is de kamer verouderd en hing er een onaangename, muf ruikende geur.

Rewelacyjnie połozony Hotel, wszedzie blisko. Z ósmego piętra widoki takie jakich się oczekuje od takich miejsc. Wygoda i przyjemność w każdym aspekcie pobytu. Bardzo obfite i niezwykle urozmaicony wybór produktów na każdy dzień zaczynający się od śniadania.

Lage sehr gut, Frühstück gut & Wellnessbereich tiptop (2 Saunas, 2 Ruhebereich & Pool).

Sauberkeit im Zimmer war bescheiden. Zimmer allg. in die Jahre gekommen. 20€ Kosten / Nacht für Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (unglaublich enge Plätze) ist ziemlich happig…

Die Lage, das reichhaltige Frühstück, die Sauberkeit und die schöne gepflegte Sauna (ein bisschen Musik im Ruheraum wäre entspannend gewesen).

Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat ausgebesserte Löcher, überall Farbschäden. Es ist sehr ungewöhnlich, dass man die Türe beim Schliessen von aussen auch mit der Schliesskarte schliessen muss, sonst lässt sie sich nicht schliessen. Der Türgriff an der Türe im Treppenhaus zur Reception ist sehr lose.

Frühstück war ganz ok nur Klimanlage war an zu kalt.

Restaurant Essen war nicht gut, essen kalt, Service nicht kompetent, konnte auf nichts antworten was die Speisekarte betraff, sowie Service katastrophal unbeholfen.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Spabereich sehr schön, Handtücher und Bademantel vorhanden.

Beim Check-In war der Mitarbeiter etwas knapp mit Informationen, könnte man besser machen. Die Kollegin beim Check-Out war sehr freundlich.

L’accueil! Lors de mon arrivée, j’ai trouvé l’accueil du monsieur à la réception un peu froid et distant. Un sourire ou un accueil un peu plus chaleureux aurait été apprécié. Nous avons malheureusement eu le sentiment de déranger, ce qui a donné une première impression assez mitigée.

Problemi di prenotazione di Boking con errori e fatturazione con addebito improprio su carta di credito. Difficoltà per far dialogare e risolvere in modo incompleto il problema causato da loro. Ho dovuto passare 3 ore con il call center e ho avuto difficoltà a far dialogare i due. Su questo aspetto sono molto insoddisfatto

The breakfast had many options. The view was stunning. It was quiet. Staff was nice. Playground right across the street. Location is great. Bus stop right in front of the entrance.

The room certainly needs an upgrade. The beds were not comfortable and on the hard side. The pillows were extremely flat. It was very warm in the room but no mosquito netting on windows in order to open for fresh air. Things were extremely well used. The fridge was broken but we could store things at the reception. Bleach stains on the carpet. The only thing that can justify the price is the location.

Mejor ubicación imposible. A 40km de Lucerna, en plena montaña, muchas actividades que hacer, teleférico andando a 15 min( El Brunni-Bahnen, es también mejor de precio que el otro y super super bonito, además cuenta también con montaña rusa (roller coaster) y allí hay wifi también. el pueblo con muchísimo encanto, pequeñito, el hotel muy bueno para lo que es Suiza, Spa y piscina muy bonitas y horario amplio, buen desayuno, estuvimos super encantados. Hemos tenido una suite, una pasada.

C e stato un problema per cui all arrivo scopro che booking aveva prenotato tre camere addebitandomele piuttosto che una sola come avevo fatto. Ho oassato tre ore tra la reception e l hel desk di booking per spiegare e iniziare le pratiche di rimborso. Sul metodo di pagamento ho scoperto poi che booking mi ha addebitato bel 5 camere e non una sola. Questo problema mi ha rovinato completamente il soggiorno dell hotel.

In such hot weather there was no fan or air conditioning in the room.. and when asked for table fan ,reception said they don't have/can't provide one..though at very late night it get little better due to surroundings (mountain)..but day time very difficult to stay in room

spędziłam w tym hotelu urodziny i okrągłą rocznicę ślubu :) W pokoju czekały na nas niespodzianki, personel się spisał na medal! Śniadania w bardzo ładnej i klimatycznej restauracji były smaczne i różnorodne. Jedzenie się powtarzało, ale dzięki temu nawet człowiek zaspany wie gdzie co będzie :) Obsługa przesympatyczna zarówno w restauracji jak i w recepcji. Spa nieduże, ale przez to przytulnie i przede wszystkim czysto. Lokalizacja też wyśmienita dla podróżujących samolotem, pociągami, gdyż hotel jest oddalony 5 min. spacerkiem od dworca. Okolica przeurocza, jest gdzie spacerować zarówno po samym miasteczku jak i po okolicznych szlakach z cudownymi pejzażami. Dwa supermarkety są również w pobliżu. Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym hotelu!

Posizione

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che, ordinando una bottiglia in camera, ci sia stato comunicato che il servizio aveva un costo aggiuntivo. Personalmente preferirei che questo costo fosse già incluso nel prezzo della bottiglia, anche aumentandolo leggermente, piuttosto che dover pagare un supplemento separato per il servizio.
