Great location, easy to reach historical places. Room was clean. Main entrance is a bit difficult to find. This is part of the first floor of the building. Balcony is nice to relax.

Dato il costo del pernottamento, investirei pochi euro in più per servire prodotti meno industriali a colazione. Capisco che debba essere tutto confezionato ma tra una fetta biscottata Mulino Bianco tutta frantumata e biscotti di qualità o confetture biologiche meno zuccherate ed al vero sapore di frutta c’è una grande differenza… secondo me migliorerebbe anche il punteggio degli ospiti, soprattutto stranieri 😊

Al llegar a la dirección del hotel no hay ningún cartel, solo una puerta cerrada. Esto deben anunciarlo en Boomi g. No es un verdadero hotel porque tiene solo 3habitaciones. La experiencia nuestra fue mala porque no andaba el aire acondicionado y nos enteramos al llegarv

Incredible location, staff always tried to be helpful.

First night our a/c wasnt working.. we did get an upgrade next night but for a 2 night stay was quite the faff. Also a bit pricey considering amenities were rather limited.

Perfect location close to everywhere you want to get to. The rooms are reached by two flights of stairs. The staff were fantastic. Although its mainly unmanned accommodation, help was on hand via a Whatsapp channel which I thought was a great idea!! Lorenzo was there to greet us on arrival and he couldn’t do enough for us. Such a credit to his employers-he really was so welcoming and helpful. I dont think we’ve ever had such wonderful customer service in Italy. Thankyou for being so lovely!! We loved everything about our room - the toiletries, the free softdrinks, the cleanliness and space within the room. If we could pick up all up and have you there to welcome us at other Italian destinations, we would! 💖

Sensational central location. Loved the balcony views over the piazza and we were VERY impressed with the soundproofing of the balcony doors - once shut - couldn't hear a thing!

Simply sensational. Ultimate wow factor. From entering through the green doors it was like nothing I’ve experienced before. Covered all the basics as well, comfy beds, excellent air con which was needed during the heat wave. Loved this stay and would recommend to anyone.

At one point the shower appeared to run out of hot water. Not really a problem as it was 37 degrees outside

Location and view of Piazza Novana was great. Staff was very helpful and kind and they served a nice continental breakfast. The place has been nicely updated and is clean. The bed was comfortable.

If you have issues with stairs this might not be the place for you as they had no elevator and you have to carry your suitcase up some stairs. Also, this is not a staffed hotel. The assistant is only there during certain hours. They charge pretty healthy fees ($150) for checking in out of the normal time frame. However we checked in during the afternoon after their regular hours and the accomodated us at no charge. Finally, bed was comfortable but pillows were not. They had one really puffy pillow and a super hard flat pillow.

Las suites están ubicadas en un Palazzo en plena Piazza Navona, con vistas desde todas las suites directamente a la Piazza. No se siente nada de ruido desde la calle porque las aberturas son muy herméticas así que esta todo más que bien. Las habitaciones son muy confortables, modernas, con todos los servicios, con camas cómodas y baños muy funcionales. La ubicación es inmejorable, ideal para recorrer la ciudad y para encontrar muchas opciones a la noche para cenar y volver tranquilos a una calle muy animada.

No es algo negativo pero es bueno saber que no cuenta con recepción 24 hs pero Francesca está en el hotel siempre por las mañanas y cuando hay check in o check out. También está disponible por whatsap, la comunicación con ella fue muy fluida y te proporciona toda la información necesaria para moverte en la ciudad. Fue una anfitriona encantadora y muy responsable.

Lovely small, quiet hotel with a view of the Piazza Navona. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was modern and efficient. Francesca and staff were friendly and helpful.

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter à pied le centre historique. La chambre est très bien insonorisée fenêtre fermée. Le personnel est sympathique.

Vu le prix de la nuitée, le petit déjeuner mériterait de disposer de véritables pâtisseries italiennes et non d'un cake marbré de supermarché, ainsi que d'un accompagnement de fruits frais et d'un jus de fruits pressés maison.

Nagyon jó helyen található, a szoba nagyon hangulatos, főleg a Piazza Navonara nyíló erkély. Tisztaság, rend és minden bekészítve ami szükséges. Minden látványosság max 20 perc alatt elérhető, éttermek a szállás közvetlen közelében, bolt 5 perc sétéra (COOP). A házigazda nagyon kedves segítőkész, bármiben lehet hozzá fordulni. A reggeli bekészítés megbeszélés alapon történi, lehet választani mikor és mit.

Az ágy kicsit süppedős, de meg lehet szokni. Kávéhoz csak nespresso van bekészítve és egy vízforraló, elmenne egy kapszulás főző, bár ez se rontotta az összképet, minden reggelihez kaptunk kávét és az éttermekben is nagyon jó kapható, akár növényi tejjel is. Érkezéskor kicsit nehéz volt megtalálni a bejáratot, a térrel párhuzamos utcából kell bemenni egy általános kapualjban, kaputelefonon kell bejelentkezni.

Perfect location in the center of Rome within walking distance of most known famous sights such as colloseum, vatican, trevi fountain, pantheon etc. Very polite staff and quiet room even with this location right at the square.

Can have some slight updates in decor of paint and breakfast can include some more fresh products like croissant or fruit. The price is premium but this is fair with the location just make sure you book in time.

Fantastic hotel and the location was amazing - highly recommend a room with the balcony to watch the world go by on the room - although it overlooks the plaza, the doors really do block out the sound. The staff were really helpful and would definitely recommend and return

The staff on arrival were warm, friendly and so very helpful, communication before and during our stay was excellent. The room was beautiful with the most amazing view, waking up to it was a thrill every morning. Comfortable bed, well appointed room and we appreciated the free soft drinks and coffee facility in the room. The location was amazing, and you were at the major sites within minutes. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Excelentemente ubicado, con balcòn exclusivo a Piazza Nabona, que permite un gran disfrute de la misma. Ubicacion ideal, cerca de todo. Linda habitacion, abovedada, y muy bien remodelada. Calidez en la persona que atendìa, toda la mañana, recomendable, aunque mal desayuno.

Sin duda el desayuno no fue acorde al costo que pagamos, te lo llevan a la habitacion, pero es todo empaquetado, de bolsa, cafè, tostadas, dulce, manteca y yogur. Sin fruta, ni buenos productos

Great location overlooking Piazza Navona.

The location was within walking distance of all the sights in Rome.

Everything was perfect! Great location! Lovely view from the balcony overlooking the square. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. And our host was extremely helpful and quite enjoyable to talk with.

The room was comfortable, and very beautiful inside. The balcony opened up onto Piazza Navona which was so nice to look out on during the day or night, the view of the fountain was great as well as the soothing sound of the water. Andrea provided outstanding service, providing helpful tips for everything from food to locations of pharmacies. He helped us with getting an iron for our clothes and a power adapter for the wall. He printed out our train tickets and when one of our trains were rescheduled he said we could message him later even after our stay to help us with the Italian customer service. I cannot say enough good things about him, he was friendly and just a great guy. Valentina was also a helpful member of the staff although we didn't have as much interaction with her. This place is truly special and we would reccomend to everyone.

The staff are incredibly helpful and lovely. We had a delayed flight which really messed around the check in process for the staff but they so kindly didn’t hesitate to work around us. They were always so quick to respond and offer assistance with luggage, any questions we had etc. Such a great location, couldn’t have stayed in a better spot.

With some maintenance attended to, this property would be superb. Unfortunately, we had towels and bedding with holes in them. Given we had been a bit of a nuisance with our arrival, we didn’t want to bother anyone with complaints, but for the price, we would have expected nicer linens. With the arched ceiling in the shower, the mould is at eye level, an easy fix but would make the world of difference. Pillows are really hard!

The staff were very accommodating, the location was excellent, close to many points of interest, local eateries and the view of Piazza Navona from the balcony makes you feel like a local.

This was our second stay at the Palazzo de Cupis Suites, the first being 10 years ago. The location is fantastic. It is very central to everything & is surrounded by many great restaurants. All the happenings of the Piazza Navona can be viewed from the balconies or windows.

Whilst we were highly impressed the first time around, we were disappointed to find that the décor is now a bit tired and could do with some updating & general maintenance. While we don’t mind some old Italian charm the furnishings are now looking worn & tired. In summary, we had issues accessing the main door with the swipe card (we were pre-warned about this by the Concierge), the pillows & bed were hard, the bed base had an annoying squeak & the bottom sheet seemed too small for the bed & kept coming off. The bathroom had some mould in the corners & a noisy fan that didn’t work efficiently. We also had a problem with the Air Conditioner that stopped cooling & nobody was available to come & investigate. I had to send photos to the concierge & then carry out a number of tasks to try & get it working. The end result was that I needed to locate the main switch board for the entire apartment complex & switch it off and on again to reset everything. Not something anyone should expect to be doing when on holidays and staying in a “quality” establishment.

The hotel is in a great spot near Piazza Navona, which is ideal for walking around the city. However, there were several frustrating aspects that really took away from the experience.

First, the listing mentions parking, but this is quite misleading. There is no on-site parking — it’s a paid public garage across the river, about a 15-minute walk away, and it’s expensive. On top of that, they don’t mention that the entire city center is part of an ultra low emissions zone (ZTL), so most vehicles aren’t even allowed to drive in. If you’re arriving by car, it’s a headache. Second, they charge a €20 fee for check-in after 7pm. We arrived just before 7, but by the time we finished paying the city tax, it was 7:01 — and they still charged the late check-in fee. There was no flexibility, and it felt unfair. Lastly, the check-in counter is only open in the morning, and you have to message them to arrange anything outside of that window — which is not clearly communicated in advance. In short, the location is great, but the misleading parking info, hidden restrictions, and inflexible check-in policies made for a disappointing stay.

The B&B was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The view over Piazza Navona was absolutely unforgettable – a true Roman dream! Perfect central location, walking distance to everything. Quiet at night, despite being in the heart of the city. The staff was kind and helpful. We also enjoyed croissants and coffee each morning. Highly recommended – would definitely book again

This was a gorgeous, comfortable, and spacious hotel room with a terrace and incredible view that was directly over Piazza Navona, a lively tourist attraction.

The staff and service are very nice and helpful if you are not interested in the usual or fancy hotel experience, during the mornings at the property and concierge service by phone after noon. There are rooms with gorgeous views of beautiful Piazza Navona, very enjoyable and romantic at night. Great location in the middle of everything and walkable distance to explore the city.

Views from the room are amazing. Property in general is beautiful. Staff at the hotel were nice, especially Andrea who helped us with our luggage up the stairs and explained everything. We enjoyed our stay in Rome and the convenience of the central location.

Unfortunately, the mattress was uncomfortable, and we had trouble sleeping, and lower back pain after the second night sleep. Sagging is visible, long due replacement is needed. The pillows were too hard and uncomfortable as well. We asked for softer alternatives but weren’t available, you need to take care of this. It will not cost you that much and will improve your guest's stay by a lot. Breakfast although conveniently served perfectly on time in our room, is bare minimum (a better cappuccino machine will greatly help, as well as fresh croissants and orange juice)

Perfect location with friendly and helpful staff. Issue with bathroom drainage on arrival was fixed quickly by Manager even though it was Easter Sunday evening.

Could hear loud noise from others in the building (not palazzo de cupis rooms).
