Un grand merci à Mohammed et à son équipe pour ce séjour au sein du Riad. Nous avons été accueillis et traités comme des rois tout du long ! Le Riad est tout simplement magique, calme, très propre et propose des offres de spa accessibles et qualitatives. Ils ont consacré du temps également pour nous expliquer certaines choses sur Marrakech pour organiser nos visites. La literie est très confortable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très sympathiques ! Les repas, que ce soit le petit-déjeuner le matin ou les diners le soir étaient copieux, peu chers et délicieux. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce Riad !

Tout était top ! 😊 l’accueil, le confort, la propreté, la beauté des lieux, l’emplacement. Nous étions deux amies et nous nous sommes senties parfaitement en sécurité dans le quartier et comme chez nous. Nous recommandons +++

Atmosfære, rom, personal.

Sejour de 3 nuits au sein du riad Anya et spa. Tres beau cadre et belle decoration soignée. La presence d'une petite piscine a permis de se raffraichir par les fortes chaleurs de cet été. Mention speciale pour le personnel vraiment serviable et "aux petits soins". L'emplacement est sûr avec la presence de la garde royale à proximité et à 1,5 km de la place Jema-el-fna. (15 mn à pieds)

Nous avons passé une semaine au Riad Anya et nous avons tout simplement adoré notre séjour ! Une véritable parenthèse de calme et de bien-être au cœur de Marrakech. Le riad est magnifiquement décoré, avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement. Chaque espace est chaleureux, élégant et parfaitement entretenu. On s’y sent immédiatement bien. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et sa gentillesse : l’accueil et la réception toujours aux petits soins, disponibles et souriants, l’équipe de cuisine pour ses délicieux repas, ainsi que la direction, très attentive au bien-être des clients. Une mention spéciale également pour l’équipe de massage, pour ce merveilleux moment de détente. Côté cuisine, nous nous sommes régalés ! Les plats sont très bons, généreux et copieux, avec de belles saveurs marocaines. Les petits-déjeuners sont également variés et très complets, parfaits pour bien commencer la journée. Après une semaine passée ici, nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et surtout l’envie de revenir. Merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Anya pour cette superbe expérience. Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés !

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! Le personnel est extrêmement aimable, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins pour que rien ne manque. La nourriture est excellente, et le cadre est tout simplement magnifique. Une très belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter !

La experiencia en el Riad ha sido excelente, la ubicación es buena, el taxi no te deja en la misma puerta pero solo tienes que andar un minuto y por calles muy tranquilas y seguras. Es un establecimiento precioso, todo cuidado al máximo, los salones espectaculares, la piscina preciosa, la habitación esta cuidada con todos los detalles. Los desayunos son buenísimos, cada día cambian. La cena es alrededor de la piscina con una iluminación preciosa y música de fondo. El staff es muy amable, siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte, Mohamed y Mostafa son encantadores. Nuestro vuelo salía por la noche y nos dejaron dejar las maletas en el riad y también la de nuestros amigos (que se quedaban en otros Riads perdidos por la Medina). Esta todo muy limpio y te hacen la habitación a diario. Sin duda recomiendo al 100% este lugar, si volvieramos a Marrakech nos alojaríamos aquí.

Nous avons tout aimé de notre séjour. Le riad est magnifique, calme, extrêmement propre, et très bien situé. Sans parler de l'accueil et la gentillesse de toute l'équipe. Tous les services mis à disposition pour que l'arrivée et le séjour se passe de la meilleure des manières. C'était une véritable parenthèse enchantée et nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

Très beau Riad bien situé et très bien entretenu. Merci encore à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse. Tout est fait pour que l'on passe un excellent moment sans oublier les petits déjeuners et les dîners copieux et délicieux servis près de la piscine dans un cadre authentique et reposant. Le hammam et les massages sont vraiment un moment de détente ainsi que le jacuzzi sur la terrasse. Une adresse à retenir sans hésitation.

Impressive architecture, our stay was literally perfect, the staff is very kind and supportive, makes you fell like home. The room is very comfortable and beautiful. Mohamed is very friendly and receptive with all the guests. Would recommend this Riad to everyone I can and coming back in my next stay in Marrakech, for sure.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport, we had an absolutely incredible stay at Anya and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding. The whole team were so incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they genuinely made us feel at home straight away. The riad itself is beautiful, full of charm and character, and our room was stunning. We were worried that staying so central would be loud and noisy, but the riad is a complete haven. Everything was super comfortable, spotless, and perfect in pratically every way. Everything about our stay just felt easy, welcoming, and special. We kept saying how lucky we were to be staying somewhere like this. Thank you so much to everyone on the team who made our stay so wonderful. We will 100% be back!

We had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Anya Spa. The location is great — close to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa area especially stood out: we tried the massage, which was excellent and professional — a true recharge. The lunch was also delicious and generous. The airport transfer was excellent too. Great value for money. We'll definitely be back — highly recommended!

The only minor thing: the birds chirping early in the morning woke us up — though honestly, that's part of the charm.

Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado, el sitio es muy bonito y las instalaciones muy bien. El personal es muy amable y hacen que la estancia sea acogedora y quieras volver.

La ubicación

This is a really beautiful riad. The rooftop area is glorious although there are lots of cosy corners to relax in all over the property. We had a delicious three course meal by the pool on our first night. The food was as good as anything I've had in a top restaurant. I experienced the hamman - the therapist was excellent. Breakfast is good. Best of all are the staff. They are so warm and friendly - nothing is too much trouble for them. A wonderful riad experience.

The room was beautiful, it had a very authentic feel to it. The breakfast and dinner (which you can prebook) were delicious and very fresh. We asked for dinner on the rooftop so that we could enjoy the sunset, and the staff were very willing to accommodate our request. Special mention must go to the staff who made us feel at home. It didn't feel like we were staying at just another hotel or riad, rather that we were staying somewhere, where the staff cared and treated us like family.

This was one of the most pleasant stays I've had anywhere. The team there are so lovely and make you feel so welcome. The space itself is beautiful and peaceful. The food was fantastic. I'll be returning for sure. The only downside was we couldn't stay longer!

All of the staff at Riad Anya were genuinely amazing. They could never do enough for you and even made me some special herbal tea at 11pm when arriving with a very unsettled stomach, which helped no end. We booked last minute, having been let down massively by another place, and we're so so glad we swapped. The greenery everywhere was so lovely and the choices of where to sit around the riad were wide and varied. The rooftop terrace is well laid out, again with lots of choice for seating/laying out in the sun or staying shaded. The food was fantastic too. All in all, there's nothing really to criticise.

Having to say goodbye

I gestori e tutto il personale sono di una ospitalità impressionante. La struttura è meravigliosa e con una terrazza strepitosa.

L’accueil, particulièrement de Khalid, nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous. Les échanges avec lui nous on permis de mieux comprendre la culture marocaine et surtout de rire, et de se sentir comme avec un ami ! Les équipements sont superbes, avec un petit bonus pour les oiseaux qui nichent dans le Riad, se réveiller avec leurs chants était juste magique. Le chat du voisin ne sera pas en reste pour venir vous faire des câlins le matin et se poser sur les transats avec vous l’après-midi. Les repas étaient frais et délicieux, préparés selon les contraintes alimentaires des invités (nous sommes végétariens). Le hammam et les massages complètent un établissement qui n’en finit pas d’épater !

Rien, tout était parfait.

Absolument tout ! Déjà il est 100% conforme aux photos et description sur Booking et sur leur site Ensuite 20/20 en termes d’accueil (prenez le service de transfert aéroport avec l’hôtel 👌), le personnel est aux petits soins, les chambres un vrai bonheur, il y a plein de recoins et de transats pour chiller et je ne parle pas de la nourriture qui était exquise (bravo à la cuisinière !)

Le SPA que nous avons payé dans l'établissement était effectué par deux personnes qui ne semblaient pas vraiment professionnelles. C'est très dommage compte tenu de ce qui est attendu et du prix.$ Je trouve également dommage qu'il n'y ai pas une grande piscine pour se baigner. La petite piscine au rez sert surtout de décoration et personne ne s'y baigne.

I had an amazing time with my mother in the authentic riad. I’ve never experienced a feeling like this before it truly felt like home. The peace and calm, the hospitality of the staff literally everyone was so welcoming and the warm atmosphere they created made the stay unforgettable. There was honestly nothing bad to say and absolutely nothing to complain about. This was my first time, but definitely not my last. I can’t wait to come back again!

La disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel. La décoration des parties communes et l offre de restauration. Il manque quelques petits détails à mon sens pour atteindre l’excellence notamment au niveau de la chambre (rafraîchissement deco / mise à dispo peignoirs , thé ou café, rafraîchissement sèche cheveux ou réparation Clim autre qu’avec un coton tige)Ceci étant nous avons passé un agréable moment dans l établissement et le quartier.

Le bruit tous les matins pour les lèves tard lors de la mise en place de la terrasse peux être gênant / les têtières du Jacuzzi mériterait d’être remplacés et changés

Le ryad est propre et magnifique. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins avec nous. Ils proposent toujours de l’aide, des arrangements et des conseils. Très aimable et parlent parfaitement bien français. Les petits déjeuners et repas que nous avons consommés sur place étaient délicieux et copieux. Ambiance familiale et chaleureuse.

Nous avons passé deux nuits au Ryad Anya et ce fut l’un des meilleurs moments de notre séjour au Maroc. Le petit‑déjeuner est excellent, varié et préparé avec un vrai souci du détail. Quant au dîner, il était tout simplement digne d’un mariage : généreux, raffiné et parfaitement exécuté. La pastilla de légumes, en particulier, était au niveau d’un restaurant gastronomique. Le service est irréprochable : attentionné, discret et extrêmement professionnel. Un ryad où l’on se sent réellement accueilli et choyé

The young and super friendly team was very helpful and did everything to make us feel welcome and like at home! Such a beautiful Riad and the from the rooftop we got a beautiful sunset and enjoyed the green surroundings, so you don't feel like in the middle of a big city, even though it's only a 10' walk to the main square. We also enjoyed the whirlpool on the rooftop terrace!

Gorgeous place, exactly as described and as you see in the pictures. Friendly staff. Super varied and good breakfast. Good location.

The only reason is not a 10 is because at the end we needed to pay extras like dinner, airport transfer, city tax and they didn't accept card payment and wanted cash. I would expect from a place like this to accept card payment. The next riad where we stayed was simpler and they didn't demand cash payment and it was possible to card payment!

Struttura bellissima molto elegante silenziosa ho fatto un hammam fantastico

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door het personeel, na onze paspoorten te hebben gecontroleerd werden we meteen met onze voornaam aangesproken dat voelt als thuis! Koffers werden al in de kamer in de kasten geplaatst dat voelde extra speciaal. We kregen een rondleiding door het hele riad wat een plaatje!! Hier voel je meteen welkom en thuis! Onze kamer was er een uit een sprookje, en onze kinderen sliepen op dezelfde verdieping. Dat was in de eerste instantie niet zo geboekt maar door het hotel gewisseld wat heel erg fijn was. Ontbijten op het dak van de Riad fantastisch!

A perfect Riad like an oasis in the heart of city with very friendly and welcoming staff, spotlessly clean room and unique architecture. Woke up every day to the sound of birds chirping, water flowing, with warm breakfast awaiting. Would highly recommend this Riad.

Nothing, it’s PERFECT

We ended our 10 day tour around Morocco at Riad Anya and it was the perfect place to explore Marrakech. It is located down a quiet alley area that is mainly riads. But there is a row of shops with car access on Rue Saadiens) where you can buy great coffee (Cafe Mbehja) and food. The staff are incredible and look after you so well. There is a jacuzzi and plenty of sun lounges on the rooftop. I didn’t partake of any spa or hammam services though. Breakfast was elegant and plentiful with eggs done on order. Dinner was excellent too. They don’t serve alcohol but if you source your own, they will gladly serve it with your meal. The rooms are vary greatly - I discovered this after staying at multiple riads in Morocco. As they are designed on pre-existing layouts, you may get varying sizes of the rooms and bathrooms with occasional unusual layouts (compared to what westerners are used to in modern hotels). It should be embraced as part of the Moroccan experience rather than an inconvenience. But the staff here are what remain as the fondest of our memories. A truly delightful hospitable Riad!

Très bonne situation géographique au cœur de la médina : accès voiture à 5 min à pied et à 10 min de la place Jemaa El Fna

Very welcoming accommodation. Staff were brilliant and very accommodating. Room was great but a bit dark. Breakfasts and dinners were really nice, and the hospitality by all staff was very warm and welcoming.

At the suggestion of my partner, Let's Travel Morocco, I brought a group of 20 people to spend 4 nights at Anya Riad. It EXCEEDED my expectations in every way. Super stylish and comfortable, but the best part was the STELLAR staff!!! I cannot praise the level of service, professionalism and genuine KINDNESS of the crew. We left feeling like we made family at Anya and THAT is everything. SHKRAN!!!!

There is absolutely nothing I did not like

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig; doen alles om de gasten blij te maken. Sfeervolle raid met mozaïek en veel groen. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Ruim dakterras met uitzicht op de stad en de bergen. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met gezonde opties.

Our first experience with riad was exceptional. The staff were all very welcoming, as soon as we arrived, we were greeted with mint tea, little biscuits and thoughtful tips to go around the city. The public space is full of character with a lot of beautiful decorations, and nice plants. I especially enjoyed the rooftop, where we enjoyed a good view of fireworks and the city. The breakfast was a feast with many small plates and drink options. We enjoyed them a lot and would definitely recommend this riad to our friends and family.

The room we are staying can be a bit dark and stuffy when all windows are closed. If we want some air, we lost a bit of privacy. We did have one incident someone accidentally open our door, and we guessed it was other guests went into the wrong room.

Le personnel était incroyable du début jusqu’à la fin. Nous avons eu un accueil particulièrement chaleureux, pleins de belles attentions pour mon anniversaire qui m’ont beaucoup touchée. L’établissement est superbe, le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon.

La chambre est mal isolée, comme c’est généralement le cas dans les riads.

Die Unterkunft lag optimal direkt fußläufig Nähe der Medina. Sie war sehr stilvoll und wunderschön dekoriert. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause. Wir hatten wundervolle Frühstücke auf der Terrasse, mit den Störchen, dem Atlasgebirge und der Sonne als Aussicht. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

From the second we arrived we Instantly felt at home, amazing staff, stunning rooms, beautiful interiors. The breakfast and the Hamman/Massage were incredible. The only problem is we didn’t want to leave, we will be back.

Room’s a bit small and close to a mosque, so woken up several times a night with prayer, but fully understand this is only during Ramadan. Rooms are a little dated, so might try a different experience next trip with so many options.

Riad Anya is beautiful and a wonderful peaceful place to stay! We are so happy we found this Riad! The staff was amazing, Riad is beautifully decorated, down to every last detail. We had the dinner one night which was some of the best chicken we have ever had, and breakfast is beyond outstanding. In a beautiful quiet part of the Medina. Could not recommend enough!

Ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel! Nog nooit zo gastvrij ontvangen. De kamer en het hotel ziet er exact uit zoals op de foto’s (prachtig dus). Ontbijt was ook lekker en locatie ook goed!

The room was very comfortable. Mustafa and his team took very good care of us. The assistant manager, Mohammad, made us feel at home and often repeated, "this is your home" :-) We are grateful to the team for their care and hospitality. We had dinner one night at the Riad and enjoyed the food -a three course meal that had a artichoke and beef tagine and a vegetarian option for our daughter. It was one of the best Moroccan meals we had during our 10 day stay in Morocco.

The only negative was that we did not want to leave the house to go and explore the city. One morning, we planned to leave after breakfast, but the Moroccan breakfast was scrumptious and gave us a good opportunity to have a nice, quiet conversation as a family. We then went to visit the rooftop terrace and ended up staying there for a couple of hours. There was very little we didn't like. The shower could have used an additional exhaust fan, but it's a minor suggestion.

En las habitaciones se escucha literalmente TODO, no hay insonorización ninguna y resulta realmente difícil dormir. Para el precio que tiene, no está a la altura, porque se duerme realmente mal.

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en este riad, la ubicación es céntrica pero tranquila, la habitación en la que estuvimos preciosa y la cama muy cómoda, el desayuno súper rico y el personal muy agradable, así cómo destaco la limpieza! La decoración y las plantas rodeando el lugar hermosas! La verdad es que hemos quedado encantados y repetiríamos sin dudar :)

Wish I had a room on the first floor. Mine was beyond the sitting areas. It felt a little out of the way - separate and it was darker than I would have liked.

We have had a fantastic stay at Riad Anya! The family run Riad is such an oasis. The roof terrace has lots of space to relax throughout the day. There's not much in the surrounding streets between the Riad and the Medina, but we felt safe wandering. Always taxi's near by if you needed to grab one, and easily walkable to the Medina. We walked day and night. The breakfast at the Riad was freshly prepared each day, with great coffee! The room we had was lovely and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone to stay here, I will certainly return!

Un angolo di paradiso a poca distanza dal centro di Marrakech. I ragazzi e le ragazze del personale sono stati accoglienti e professionali. In particolare ricorderemo la simpatia e cordialità di Mustafa, con il quale abbiamo trascorso piacevoli serate a suonare il bongo. Abbiamo avuto l'impressione di essere a casa nostra, come in famiglia. Cibo delizioso e di qualità. Servizi di hammam e messaggi semplicemente spettacolari.

Non mi è piaciuto solo dover andare via.

Personnel d’une extrême gentillesse et très souriant. Merci à Mohammed, Wallid Rania et tous les autres ! On se sent comme chez soi ! Le cadre est exceptionnel et calme. Les prestations complémentaires comme le service taxi est top . Le petit déjeuner est délicieux ainsi que les repas de l’hôtel. Struttura accoglientece curata a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Tutto lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile e si è prodigato per rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Consigliato il pacchetto Anya, con hammam e massaggio di coppia, transfer e cena. Colazione varia, con prodotti locali freschi molto buoni. Cena buonissima! Assolutamente consigliata!
