Excellent location. Near everything .

The big issue is there was only 1 elevator out of three working.

Would never stay here again. Check in was disorganized. Room was in terrible shape. Mattress was so soft I sank in. Pillows were poor quality. Towels were pilled and super thin. Floor had bubbles from water damage. Cabinets were falling apart. Door handle for shower was loose. No bath mat for shower. Floor was very slippery. Carpet in hallway was coming up. Overall poor experience especially considering the huge ticket price. Location was great however

Great location for what we were looking for, the room had a really strong air freshener odour when I took out the air freshener as it was causing a headache, the room smelled like old smoke? I tried to keep windows open to clear smell but the smell of cannabis was outside..… other than that communication was excellent - everything was clean.. only one elevator was working so a bit of a pain but they had a pipe break . I would stay here again in a pinch due to location

There is an issue with the elevators. We were stuck in them for 40 minutes on the evening we arrived.

We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend a new mattress.

The property is in an excellent location, very close to the CN Tower and Rogers Stadium. The suite was clean and quiet, and had everything we needed. The communication was a bit confusing - it seemed like I was getting many emails but it wasn't until our last night that I found the information "portal ". There were a couple of issues. First, only 1 of 3 elevators the "lower floors" was working, causing long waits (or walking up and down the stairs). Second, it was cold in the suite and turning off the "system" (as suggested) did nothing. On the last evening, I set it to "heat" and turned the temperature down, which finally fixed it. Other than these issues, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and close to convention centre. Great place to stay

Good….Literally across the street from CN Tower, Rogers Center, and Ripley's Aquarium. Via Rail Union Train station only à 3 block walk away. Bad…over the 2 days/3 nites, the fire dept had to rescue people twice from stuck elevators. Afterwards, elevators were limited to 7 passengers only, which led to long waits and line-ups. Elevators often slow, and even missed floors completely when button pressed. No air conditioning in elevator. So many angry guests vowing never to return ! Bad….no teapot, only one key issued (most hotels give two), can opener doesn't work Bad……no security. Anyone can wait by the door and walk in when a guest opens the lobby door. Security desk people are not situated right by the front door.

Clean room, great views from the balcony and very comfortable thankyou. Easy checkin and friendly and efficient concierge staff.

The location to this property was excellent, they provide excellent details as to location , check in as well as check out. Very responsive and efficient with any issues through their e mail/messaging system. The actual "aparthotel" is in need of a deep cleaning, the bed linens as well as furniture need an upgrade. The furniture was stained from previous guests. The kitchen area did look clean, we didn't use so uncertain of working order. Windows and curtains need cleaning. It is very unfortunate because otherwise this would be an excellent place to stay while visiting Toronto

Overall a pretty decent place to stay and I would definitely stay there again when I am in Toronto again.

Was acceptable. Needs better pillows and dishwasher didn’t work well so we just washed the dishes

Close to what i wanted to see

Clean and surprisingly there were additional towels, soap, etc We did buy laundry detergent and had to leave it in the room No instructions on use of stove and laundry!

The suite is in a great area, easy walk across the street to watch baseball. The unit is clean, the bed is comfortable. Check-in and out was easy. Unit is small, no area to set out suitcases other than the floor. Bathroom is tight with no countertop space. If we stayed here again, which we will if in the area, I would request a larger unit.

We were in Toronto for a couple of ball games and the Life Suites Loft was the perfect location for walking to the Roger's Centre. The suite was super clean, well equipped and the staff very friendly. There was a kitchen

We loved the pool and overall experience

The only bad point is we booked this place since it was listes as two bed (sofa bed was fine) bit we arrived there and no sofa bed available, only an camping air mattress... if we had knew we would have not booked this place unfortunately. Cuisine lights were half broken but that's a detail. Other than that the location is unmatched, place was clean and smelled great. Would book again for a couple, not as a two bed situation. Cheers,

Great location right downtown by many attractions. Place was a little bare boned if you plan on trying to cook meals there, but very clean and easy access.

Very close to event

The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was comfortable and felt safe. Staff were friendly and the location was great. However there was one functioning elevator. Wait times for the elevator were 20 - 40 minutes and the elevator was often jammed full of people with suitcases. Before making a reservation here I strongly suggest that you check to see if the other elevators have been repaired yet. It made planning impossible.

It was a wonderful place. Loved the view, the pool and the cleanliness. You must add a seal around the shower door, a better shower head, and some hooks in the bathroom but beside this, we will definitely be back!

Amazing location.

Overall, this was a great stay in a very convenient location. Pros: > Perfect location, just steps from the Rogers Centre and close to everything downtown. > Spacious rooms with a handy kitchenette. > Access to a heated pool with a stunning view of the CN Tower. Cons: > Check-in was confusing. The listed address doesn’t match the actual entrance, and you need to go to the security desk at another entry to get your key. > Some hallways looked a bit worn down, with wallpaper peeling noticeably. > No toiletries provided, so plan to bring your own. > Many of the elevators were down, so they tended to be very slow and very busy.

Our stay at Life Loft Suites was overall a great experience with a few small issues. The location was the main reason for selecting this stay and it was incredibly central to everywhere we wanted to walk to. 10 minute walk to CN tower or Queen Street. The rooftop pool was lovely and heated with a great view of the CN tower and Rogers Center. We wish we had an update on the hot tub being closed prior to stay rather than a "might be unavailable". We loved how the stay seemed private, a very quiet building with easy check-in. We did find a few issues with amenities, for example, while there was washer and dryer available, there was no detergent or dryer sheets. The body wash provided was also low quality, I'd recommend getting your own shower products. The bed was not comfortable, it seemed to have issues with the mattress/box spring as well as the frame. The bed would rock, if you were on the edge it was like a see-saw and felt like you were going to fall off. So our sleeps were impacted. This should definitely be replaced. Under the fitted sheet, we discovered at the end our trip that there was lots of dirt, hair, which was not from us. No outlets in the kitchen so to make tea I had to set up the kettle on the floor near the table and chairs. I would consider staying again as long as the amenities were improved slightly and the beds were replaced/nicer quality.

We attended the Blue Jays game with my parents. They are 81 and 84, so being so close made it an easy walk for them!

The elevator wasn’t working and the sofa was said to be a pullout bed bug was not.

Terrible! The room wasn't clean. Specially the washroom. One Security person was really rude with us and the people in the pool. Terrible experience!

Two elevators were broken.. 40 minutes to wait for it..

We loved our stay here. Very convenient to downtown and Roger’s center. Would definitely come again if in Toronto!

Bed was not so confortable ans shower was narrow

Property was clean. I couldnt figure out how to use the stovetop. Decided to use microwave. I would rent this home again. The balcony was nice.

Property is in an amazing location! Room did not view the CN tower. We were in 713. Unfortunately the building had a water leak so there were fans on all levels drying the hallways. Only 1 elevator was working so this was a huge pain. Lots of food and entertainment including the blue jays game within a few minutes walk.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at in my life! For the outper night you would expect a clean and fully functioning facility. Any photos you see online are not conducive to the state this place is in. You typically had to wait 20 plus minute for an elevator. Every other minute the elevator’s were not working. I stayed on the 23rd floor and had to walk up and down that many flights of stairs, multiple times! Do not waste your money.

Central location with outside space but not very child friendly and a little dangerous. Many things in this apartment were broken and I did email the company directly with pictures and they responded. The pool area was nice enough but the hot tub was empty.

I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and within walking distance of everything. It was easy to find with clear instructions and easy check in. The staff even check in with you ensuring you have everything you need!

Situated in Downtown Toronto was perfect for visiting places of interest. Accommodation was well kitted out and comfortable. Member of staff welcoming. Needled to communicate with Life Suites during my stay which was answered timeously and repair carried out the same day.

The building revently had some severed water damage/flooding. Elevators were not working and huge, loud dryers were throughout all The hallways. We were not informed of any unusual circumstances prior to check in. There was only 1 elevator working at the time so there was always a massive wait in excess of 30mins so we had to use the stairs. To add insult to injury, ALL the elevators were out Of service for check out and we were told there was no choice but to drag our suitcases down the stairs. I am currently going through physio for my shoulder and my sister recently had back surgery. This also hindered our ability to take advantage of the amenities which was a huge part of why I booked there as well. Again, I understand that things happen, but I should have been informed at the time of the incident and been given the opportunity to book elsewhere. I am very disappointed to say the least.

First off, I didn't realize how small a 3-bedroom condo could actually be but this unit showed me. That said, it was more than adequate for a weekend or even a 1-week or 1 month stay. The 2 larger bedrooms and the main bath

This place had a lot to offer including CN tower views and beautiful amenities however the front desk staff were not professional

Cozy and a beautiful view of the CN tower right from our balcony! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

You can't get much closer to all the attractions than this! We were delighted to head out onto the balcony and see the CN Tower RIGHT THERE! The suite was small for our family of five but more than adequate for a weekend trip. I thought the original listing listed a sofa bed for our teen daughter, but it was just a regular couch. It was no bother - she was fine once we put the sheets on it as she is small. The elevators were having some issues while we were there but it didn't de-rail our time very much. It would have been nice to have more than one key for the room since our family went out at different times and you need the key fob to get back into the building. Other than that, great stay. Thanks very much!

Great location, communicated the check in process and parking process.

The location to Rogers Place, the C N Tower and Aquarium are all within walking distance which was perfect for us!

Everything was exceptional! We loved our stay. The location is perfect and so as the amenities. Just a minor problem, because there was a water leak there are hours that the sockets wont work so as the hot water.

Was the perfect place for me and 2 kids. Appreciated the full kitchen. Location was amazing.

The property is in beautiful excellent location, very accessible and has almost everything around it. The suite was not cleaned properly, it was dust almost everywhere, the bedroom carpet was dirty and ripped and some of the linnets were not cleaned.

When we arrived in the room there was a dirty towel in the bathroom.

Fantastic location for plays, ball games, CN Tower and Ripley’s. Close to restaurants. Hot tub not working. Parking instructions and ok but signage poor. We had to circle block during end of day traffic. Would hesitate to stay again when we return for downtown activities. Good value

Lovely location close to food, shopping and sporting events. Loft was set up very nicely, has everything you could need inside. The view was excellent.

The property was conveniently located near all the spots we wanted to see while providing other locations to explore that we were not aware of. The only complaint was the slowness of the elevators in the building. Great place

Great location.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Soap that was in the shower had mold in it. Shower head broken. Dog parking in another unit for over 12 hours. Our group was kicked out three different times from the cabanas. Pool has a massive hole right down to the cement.

The property is as a great location. Super close to CN tower, Ripleys as well as Roger’s Center. Walkable to union station hockey hall of fame. Only downfall was there no laundry detergent or dish cloths but we made it work. Would highly recommend this property.

The sofa bed was horrifically uncomfortable. The main bed was incredibly noisy and also fairly uncomfortable. Many of the building amenities were under construction. The pool was very nice. The location was unbearable. Check in and check out were convenient.

Spacious, modern rooms. Very clean. Washer and dryer in the suite was a HUGE plus. Rooftop pool was clean and had ample seating. Check-in was simple, parking was easy to access, and many Toronto destinations were in walking distance (Ripley's, CN Tower, HHoF, etc)

Excellent accomodations. Was especially pleased with the communication from host.

The property itself was lovely, the only things that let it down was the bed which was very uncomfortable and small for two adults and we are were unable to use the balcony due to the consent smell of cannabis

This property was perfect for us to walk within minutes to Blue Jays game . Lots of food option near by. Had all we needed !!!!

We loved the sliding doors and the layout of the place. We liked how it was an open concept by just sliding the doors open.

Stay was good but the majority of the amenities were under construction and this wasn’t mentioned at any point during the booking or even when we checked in.

Comfortable apartment with great pool. Very central location. Facilities in the kitchen and lounge were very good, Apple TV and Netflix. Communal areas impressive with easy check-in. Balcony could do with a bit of a spruce up.

Close to Rogers Centre. Balcony. Safe. Friendly. The shower was a little small and there was no main shower head. Only the hand held sprayer on a post. But other than that small item it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you!
