Place was absolutely beautiful. Accessible to lots of shops, restaurants, union station. Quick with responses and very helpful and kind! Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome, close to all you can imagine for someone wanting to see the best Toronto has

every thing was awesome except for the elevators. only 2 of the 6 were operating.

When we arrived there were wet towels in the bathroom sink and wood chips on the floor. We called support and they told us a repair man had been in after cleaners to fix the dishwasher. I asked for a cleaner to come and bring more towels and tidy up. They said no one was available and there were no other rooms available. They offered us late check out on the day we leave and a cleaner would come "first thing" the next day. There was no cleaner or contact from support until late in the day. When the cleaner did arrive all he had was a bottle of windex and a roll of paper towels. We had to wait while he went and got the things we needed. On checkout day i received a messge telling me checkout was at 11 and since we hadn't checked out yet we would be charged $40. I had to remjnd the staff member that we were offered late checkout and I had an e-mail to prove it. Again they apologized, but it was another example of poor service. In between day one and day five our stay was good. The location is great and the condo matched the description.

Near to CN tower..

There were several deficiencies that I mentioned to ownership and they said they cared but it was a disappointing answer. There was snot on the wall. Snot! The pull out sofabed was warped and stained. Not a functional queen bed.

Lovely property! Would definitely stay there again.

Good value compared to other nearby hotels. Location is great, communication was great my issues that there are three elevators and only one was working. Waited half an hour to get onto the elevator to the room. This was extremely annoying, and discourage me from leaving the room. Also, the live TV app is super confusing… And I couldn’t believe that there’s no SportNet subscription. This is insane! Aside from those two things, everything was good.

Property, Amenities & Cleanliness was great but only downside was that there was no parking available. Other than that our stay was comfortable and view was great (not waterview though)

Room is clean but the bed seems not queen size. Convenient check in and out. Good location. Recommend.

Clean and very close to Roger’s centre

Location to Rogers Centre to watch the Jays was perfect- literally across the road. The condo had lots of room and was well-stocked. It does not have air conditioning so it was very warm. The hot tub wad not filled so we couldn't use it, but the pool area and pool were great. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store all within an easy walk. Would recommend!

Great property & excellent location if you are going to Jays or Leafs games. Both very walkable.

The building is in an excellent location. Only one elevator was working in a 27 floor high-rise the whole time we were there. The apartment had everything necessary, but needed some maintenance. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and smelled like a wet dog. The window in the bedroom did not open.

Great location to the ball park . Super clean easy check in. I will say the bed was not super comfortable. But for one night it was great.

Elevator issues, waited at times 30 mins for an elevator. Disabled Veteran, I would have taken the stairs, but there were way too many floors for me. 1 elevator on the left operating, and maintenance was using the other serviceable one to carry furniture, so the public couldn’t use it.

Building felt safe and was quiet. Kitchen amenities were appreciated. Rooftop pool was amazing. Great location.

The apartment was amazing but there was only 1 working elevator for the entire lower floors. We either walked 6 flights of stairs or waited 5+ minutes for it.

Fantastic location. Great view of CNTower from our room. Furniture could use a little updating otherwise very comfortable.

This hotel recently had a severe flood on the 14th floor that effected all floors below. The hallways were all tore up and had dozens of electric air blowers running on each of the effected floors trying to dry out the carpeting. ALSO...of the six elevators in this building, only 1 for each of the dedicated floors were working. This means that for the "Low rise side of the building that effected floors 5-27 which we were assigned to floor 6, there was only one working elevator of the 3 that were dedicated to our floors. This caused huge delays in getting to and from our room. When the one working elevator would finally stop on our floor it was already unsafely overloaded with other people who had already been waiting 20-40 mins for an elevator. This created another safety concern as a lot of people, some who had mobility issues using walking canes to use the concrete stairs to either gain access to the ground floor or even worse having to climb multiple floor levels of stairs to gain access to their rooms. In the event of a medical emergency or a fire, there would have been multiple fatalities before any emergency services could be of any help. None of these inconveniences were communicated back to me or my party before out arrival. I would be interested in knowing the the Health or building inspectors of Toronto downtown would think of this situation if they were to do an inspection

The Property was in a great location. The Superior Apartment unit worked well with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. the unit needed some TLC. the balcony is nice but rooms from above drop garbage and cigarette butts down. The elevators were not running for the lower floors. With the Superior Apartment being right next to the elevators to the higher floors, you can hear the elevators running all night so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Tiny room. Somebodys unsold shoebox codo. Checkin too 25 mins because of miscommumication with security desk by rivet stays people. Wound up being moved to different room for the one in email they sent. Too much hassle!

The place is do close to rogers center,restuarants. Just about everything you want to do is within walking distance

The building had multiple elevators down and apparently it had been going on for weeks in some cases. It made the wait times for the one or two working elevators absolutely unacceptable (15 minutes) and uncomfortable (long lines and people jammed in).The management company should have made us aware and looked for alternatives or at least offered some compensation.

Great communication and amazing location!

Great place to stay! The only downside is the wait for the elevators. There should be multiple elevator options for a building as busy as this place. Otherwise its great place when visiting toronto and its environs.

The property itself was very nice—clean, walkable, and in a great location. The front desk staff on-site were also very pleasant. However, the overall experience was frustrating due to extremely poor communication. I had multiple calls hung up on me, making it nearly impossible to get clear information. The biggest issue was false advertising about parking—while it was listed as available, my specific unit did not have any, which left me with unexpected expenses and a lot of frustration. Check-in was also a mess: I was told I might be able to check in early, but couldn’t because the cleaner was still there (understandable). The real problem came at the scheduled check-in time, when the unit still wasn’t ready and the keys weren’t available because cleaning wasn’t done. On top of that, the unit was located in a separate building, and no clear instructions were provided for check-in, navigation, or check-out. While the property itself is nice, the false advertising about parking and the consistently poor communication made this a very disappointing stay.

Excellent experience. Visit was only one night so we didn’t use the condo amenities but the room was very comfortable and clean and front desk area as efficient as I hoped they’d be. We will be back!

Everything was great !!!! Very clean close to the sky dome. Comfortable bed, the only thing would be the shower was a bit small .

The location had a spectacular view of the CN Tower and crowds on the street. I loved the balcony (though it was dirty). You couldn’t hear the loud traffic inside. There was lots of space for our group. The rooftop pool had a great view. The cabanas looked inviting. A real disappointment the hot tub was out-of-service. My guests didn’t find the sofa bed comfortable. They were disappointed when they saw it and said they would consider coming back if we can’t get one of the local hotels. Supplying a foam mattress topper, stored in the spacious laundry room might be a cheap/easy improvement. I loved the Kitchenette for meal options, especially with choosy eaters in the group. I’d considered bringing a foam topper in the car but had no room with extra luggage. The parking was full at 300 front but there was an underground garage across the street. I wish I had been told there was a driveway to pull up in front of 20 John to unload luggage. It would have saved me over an hours time at check in. I was really pleased with the room and it would be my top choice returning to Toronto.Downtown.

Our stay at RivetStays, The Atmos was good overall. We were in the east building on the 5th floor with access to the pool, which had an amazing view of the CN Tower and Skydome, although it was quite busy in August. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, and the pull-out sofa bed was stained and uncomfortable for sleeping. Check-in was also more difficult than expected. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made it a solid stay.

Nice property. The communication was awful. They don’t explain the process to you. The check in people very rude. They don’t tell you there is no parking. Paid to park next door $50 a night.

The small place was average in cleanliness, we noticed greasy fingerprints in the refrigerator door but generally it was pretty clean. There were minor details that would need some attention; a loose shelf behind the sofa and a missing chunk of moulding in the kitchenette. The view was spectacular and the proximity to restaurants and venues was amazing. The bed was very comfy. The restaurants and bars made it so easy to walk around without the need for a car. The security staff were friendly and courteous as were the emails from the management. There was a plumbing issue in the whole building which meant no water in the building but they managed this very well and gave us tons of bottled water in prep for this. Overall our stay was enjoyable!

Great place for the price. Right near CN Tower and Rogers Center. You will definitely be happy with your stay.

Location was amazing.

The location was perfect and the size of the condo was perfect for 2 people, the communication from the host was quick and when the tv didn't work they were onsite quickly. The coffee was provided and when it ran low they replaced it immediately. Will stay here again.

It was difficult to communicate to key staff. Their English was hard to understand.

The listing on Expedia was not too clear. This is not a hotel and there is no room service. The building is dated and is not very well maintained. The apt is good size and has most of what one needs. Clean. The kitchen is modern with red glass back splash but no electric outlets around the counter. So we had to use the floor outlets of the room for coffee maker, electric kettle and the toaster. Very strange. The apt is also missing a long mirror.

The layout of the junior apartment was definitely different from the photos on Expedia but it was fine for our needs even if it was a little small. There was also some kind of paint (or cleaner?) smell when we first came in. It either went away after a couple hours or we got used to it. The doors were very loud and squeaky too. The glass doors didn’t even close all the way, including the shower door. That said, the bed and pillows were very comfy. TV was nice. Air conditioning was great. There was a copy of the Holy Bible for some reason but it was interesting to see. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby and even a 24 hour convenience/grocery store a block away. The view of CN Tower right outside our window was good too.

This property had everything we needed and was within walking distance to CN tower, Roger’s Centre, Aquarium. Perfect place to stay with young kids. Was able to drop our bags off early before checking in and communication was top-notch! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay, was under some construction when we were there so s9me amenities were not available, which was not mentioned when booking.

Overall we had a good experience staying at this condo. It was in a great location, with a lot of shops/restaurants close by within walking distance. Condo was in good condition and was enough space for us (2 adults + 2 kids). Some of the items such as blankets and blinds had stains on them, and the towels need a refresh. Other than that, the condo was comfortable, clean and a decent size for us!

Though some little things could be fixed in the room we stayed in, the overall experience was great and the kids LOVED the pool.

Location is excellent. Plumbing in bathroom could be better. Also, one of the 2 elevators was frequently out of service during our stay.

Great location, great communication nice view. As for the bedding, it was ok but in no way the sofa bed could sleep more than one person! Sliding doors of the bathroom not working properly which can be a problem if you are travelong with friends…

This unit was really great with a balcony view of the CN tower and the Roger’s center. Had everything we needed!

We chose this place to stay because it was close to the ballpark. Our trips are visiting all the major league baseball parks. This place was great. Close to the ballpark close to Union Station close to CN Tower. Rabba I asked him market down the street is a great place to stop in and get food and wine. The place is well appointed close to everything. Highly recommended. If you are planning a trip to Toronto, be sure to book here.

Amazing view and amenities! Would have liked it a little cleaner as in attention to detail (found some hairs that did not belong to us in the bathroom and in the bed) as well as some miner fixes that were like that when we got there the dresser and the strip on the floor for the sliding doors as well as door knob a little lose made me concerned for my son and mines safety but, did stay locked all night. The pool was amazingly warm but the hot tub was not up and running. Could use Sauna in replace of hot tub but I had no way to watch my son while using the sauna. Would have been nice to know ahead of time about hot tub. Over all good experience but not what I was expecting for that price. I guess I payed for the view mainly.

Easy check in, beautiful comfortable accommodations, excellent location. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay after events downtown. Exceeded my expectations.

We liked the location. But, found the bathroom sink awkward and the shower less than user friendly. No where to put your soap and shampoo so it ended up on the floor.

This suite was in a perfect location for us. Steps away from the CN Tower and Roger’s Centre. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean and well taken care of! The beds were very comfortable. And incredibly close to walk to Ripley's and the Rogers Centre

Centrally located nearby attractions. Walkable distance to Toronto Convention center and most of the attractions and food shops. We enjoyed our stay at the cozy secured and well-maintained unit. we couldn't find a recycling bin on the facility. There is no designated Parking for the unit, so we used paid parking in the next block.

Check in was a breeze. Great unit. Only here for one night but highly recommend based on location, comfort and smooth communication. 10/10

The location was excellent, very touristy! It had a very strong smell (I guess a cleaning supply) that if you are sensitive can cause headaches! The pool is only open in summers. It was beautiful with a direct view of CN tower!

The view was amazing. Close to everything we were going to, sightseeing, food and shopping. I will recommend this spot to friends and family.

Property was very clean and we had everything we needed. Friendly and prompt responses to calls and text messages. One little suggestion: place some hooks by the shower area to hang towels and clothes. Also the bathroom sink and faucet look pretty but could be better. Other than this, our stay was perfect.
