Loved staying at the residence inn! Location is perfect, we walked to all the main attractions we wanted to see. The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchenette is awesome! But even w a busy weekend crowd, the buffet breakfast ran smoothly and efficiently!

The only minor tweak I would say this hotel Needs is a bit more variety at breakfast for gluten free options.

Bardzo ładny hotel z profesjonalną obsługą i topową lokalizacją! Do tego widok z 20 piętra cudowny :) Śniadania dobre, trochę się zmieniały dostępne opcje, ale nie jakoś przesadnie. Ale myślę że patrząc na inne hotele z Kanady tu śniadanie było super. Dodatkowy atut to basen (niewielki, ale jest :)), zwłaszcza dla dzieci.

The cleaning staff is really strict with their cleaning times to a point they will wake you up and try to push you into telling them to skip cleaning… also, their breakfast place is too small for the amount of people they host in the hotel. This needs to be fixed. It’s ridiculous to have to make a line for breakfast considering the amount of money you pay for the hotel. I usually never skip breakfast and found myself doing so here as it is also really bad quality food.

Room size was perfect. Large but not wasteful. A kitchen with a good size fridge/freezer, a ceramic cooktop, pans/dishes/cutlery/microwave are amazing finds for a hotel room. The breakfast offered vegan patties and other dairy free options is something greatly appreciated for those with alternative diets (by choice or by necessity). The first hotel in 10 years that has offered this. The location is great if you like being downtown. Approx 15 min walk to the hockey Hall for fame, Scotiabank arena, CN tower, Ripley's Aquarium, metro convention centre, waterfront, and many other great attractions.

It is downtown, so the location can be hectic for parking.

Food and staff were exceptional. Seated by hostess to expedite seating and avoid confusion. Security was taken seriously and increased feeling of safety. Loved valet parking.

The space is good. Cleanliness is top-notch.

I got there very early at about 8am due to my flight schedule. I didn't specifically like the body language of the lady that first attended to us when I requested for early check-in even though I told her that I was a Marriott Bonvoy loyalty member. She was a little rude. Later I was offered early check in at noon.. My baggage was stored for me and we also got breakfast even before check-in so I was impressed when other staff members attended to me.

The breakfast buffet was great, lots of options to pick from. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and friendly service from the staff. Great selection from the complimentary breakfast. The room was even more spacious than expected with a fully functional kitchen. Very good price for the room per night considering how close to everything in the downtown it was.

Completely wonderful staff including the front desk lady that I’m sorry to say, I forgot her name. She was so helpful and let us check in early after a long overnight flight.

Facilities and location

I like that breakfast was included in the price and that is was buffet style with fair variety to choose from. The location was excellent, very centrally located with public transportation easy to get to. the room was big with a double bed and a sofa bed; the sofa bed was not that comfy, though. I also like the daily complementary bottles of water in the room. Staff at reception was really kind.

The facade was not appealing with a dark door always closed (it would be nicer if it were glass). Some of the staff at the dining breakfast area were not happy when you asked for something different to what was oiffred in the buffet (like non lactose milk).

The breakfast was rather basic. This was very disappointing especially because of the reviews raving about breakfast. But really, it was . mediocre for the cost. Little variety and cold/dry items.

Breakfast options were great, and the freshness of all the food was memorable. Small details like offering cold coffee with flavour pumps saved me multiple trips to a cafe. Room was a great size. Valet folks were eager and ready to assist.

We unfortunately got an older room (not recently renovated) so the furniture has seen better days. The couch specifically was really uncomfortable, and the pullout bed was unusable. My daughter ended up sleeping on top of the couch, instead of the pullout, because the mattress was so thin and sunken in. And for whatever reason, my reservation through booking.com didn't show up in the hotel's system, so checking in took a lot longer than I would have liked.

Good location

The staff was friendly and quick to help answer all questions. The location was perfect to visit the sites we wished to see. The staff even delivered a small care package to our room when they learned the trip was for my wife's birthday, they were excellent hosts.

I had to use the washing machine, put my money in there and the machine would not work. Had to go to get someone to come look at it. He was able to give me my three dollars back and we use a different machine.

La chambre était impeccable, l'équipement de la cuisine TB, le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon. Le personnel affable et serviable. On a beaucoup aimé notre séjour d'une semaine.

Loved the centralized location, with a view of the CN Tower which was gorgeous at night. The room was spacious and comfortable and it was well appointment. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. The complimentary buffet breakfast had the right amount of everything to satisfy most people and was very tasty. Well done to the kitchen staff.

The hotel although very clean was very dated and tired looking. For example, the chairs in out suite were frayed and worn out, and the wall throughout felt dull and washed out. And more modern fixtures in the bathroom would be nice with a detachable shower head would be useful.

Location is amazing if you want to be close to everything including the ball field, Scotiabank Arena, CN tower and the aquarium. We walked everywhere and felt close to everything. Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff.

Pool felt a bit dated, fold out couch was uncomfortable for our daughter to sleep on but that’s to be expected with a fold out couch.

Rooms were large and clean

Loved the hotel, every staff interaction was pleasant, i could tell the staff enjoyed working together which confirms good leadership and a good working environment. There were no messy areas anywhere, everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet was amazingly delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Some of the guests were doing things like brining alcohol and food into the pool, which was annoying and disrespectful

Die Lage war sehr gut, der Pool ok, das Personal super! Valet, Frühstücksleute..einfach lieb!

Der permanent Lärm aus dem Zimmer draußen(Lüftung unten von Küche etc) Klimaanlage sehr laut, Fitness recht alt(aber OK). Frühstück jeden 2.Tag das gleiche, kaum Obst (kein Obstsalat), Gemüse und echtes Müsli (normal für hier, für Deutsche war alles zu süß).

Room was not cleaned properly. Garbage left in the kitchen and bathroom, sticky cupboard and stove surfaces, can tell it was not wiped and cleaned at all. Past guest food left in cupboard and garbage in the bathroom.

This hotel has everything you needed. The pool and the hot tube were great and enjoyed by everyone. The breakfast was perfect. It had alot of choices to choose from...even for those picky eaters. This hotel is close to everything. We were able to valet the car and walk everywhere we needed to go. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed ice and more pillows and were quick to get them for us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Que la habitación fuera amplia y muy ordenada. Todos los electrodomésticos fueron muy útiles. La piscina estaba limpia y habia vestuario para poder bañarse.

Lamentablemente, el hotel no tenía un restaurante, lo que nos hizo ir a cenar fuera del local. Uno de los otros huéspedes se metió a la piscina sin ducharse previamente.

A little pricey

We chose the property as it was located in Downtown Toronto. Downtown is actually quite far from Pearson but it is close to Billy Bishop. The free breakfast was great and the option to take away was convenient. The indoor swimming pool and spa are a bonus particularly in winter. Spacious Room.

The rooms are pretty dated. Only three lifts so can get busy during the peak.

My only issue was they couldn’t find my truck key when it was time to leave it was resolved fairly quickly

Hotel was well located for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. We greatly appreciated the upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were incredible. Our housekeeper and the valet drivers were exceptional. We loved every single thing about the kitchen in our suite.

The pool had so much chlorine in it that it burned my eyes. The pillows on the bed were not as comfortable as we would have liked.

I traveled with my wife and 2 kids, at check-in the hotel staff gave us an upgrade to a studio, that wasn't available during reservation, to help better accommodate.

We went to a Blue Jays game and after the game was over we returned to the hotel, as patrons were returning, 2 of the 3 elevators were inoperable, not exactly convenient timing.
