Good location close to airport and friendly reception staff

Some wait staff at the restaurant seemed to be more biased towards foreign clients (rather than Indians)

Overall, my stay at Holiday Inn was a wonderful experience with comfortable accommodation and excellent hospitality.

While my overall stay was pleasant. I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility regarding the meal arrangement. I requested that the included breakfast be either delivered to my room or adjusted to lunch or dinner but unfortunately, neither option could be accommodated. For guests travelling long distances, arranging meals from outside can sometimes be inconvenient. I would therefore recommend that the management consider offering greater flexibility with meal arrangements to improve the overall guest experience.

I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the last few years and, historically, my experience has always been good. Unfortunately, this time the room provided to my wife was quite dirty and also very noisy. I’m hoping this was just a one-off, perhaps due to some work taking place at the hotel or the room not having been cleaned to the usual standard. Overall, I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but unfortunately this particular stay was disappointing and below the standard we’ve come to expect.

I was assigned a room that had a leak around the bathroom area close to the entrance door. I was told it was a leak from the air conditioning, but the water was falling like it was coming from a shower. It seemed to me like it was grey water. I reported this to the front desk, and they acted quickly in addressing the issue in the room, but they did not offer to move me to a different room. To my surprise, they also refused to clarify what the issue was at the end of our conversation. I have stayed at Holiday Inn locations in the United States and never encountered such a terrible experience as I did in the Delhi Aerocity area. Each time my daughters and I entered upon an exit, we had to go through security body swipes and private room screens each time while they let some guest go through without this process. Seems like there is some unfair guest preferences. When we inquired about this, they informed us that the checks were to ensure the safety of their guests by screening their own guests who are staying there. I would not choose to return to this place. Additionally, I would not recommend it to others. They did offer to extend my checkout time, provide free transportation to the airport, and include breakfast for one day at no cost. However, instead, I requested a fair resolution so that I wouldn’t have to pay the premium rate for a room that led to a negative experience for us. They insisted on the complimentary offers, which I was willing to pay regardless, as I am aware of how they manage these situations for financial reasons.

The AC did not go below 23© Loud noises at 11:30PM and 12:30 AM. I had just been travelling for more than 30hours and had to be up very early for another flight! Also, I have 0 reward points, I had been coming to this location since 2014! And I had thousands of points that I had never used.

Location! Aerocity is great place to visit. Cleanliness. The rooms were clean. No room for any complaints here. Polite staff.. Made our stay very comfortable. Excellent breakfast spread. Tasty too. 9/10 ! Value for money..

Aerocity is a fast developing area with diversions and constructions all around...

Checkout was long even though there was nothing to pay. Long queue.

All was good but not value for money.

Too costly.

The hotel itself is really great, had no issues with it.

Make sure you avoid their restaurants, they will overcharge you, the prices in the menu already really high, and they don’t include taxes, so you’ll pay almost 50% more. The buffet in the evening is 3500 rupees per person 😂

Location Aerocity, property is strategically located in near vicinity of airport.

Hotel erreicht man in 5 bis 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen. Sehr moderne und schöne Anlage mit großzügigen Zimmern und bequemen Betten. Der Frühstücksraum ist riesig und voll, aber der Service ist sehr gut und aufmerksam, bringt Bestellungen an den Tisch und zusätzlich kann man sich am riesigen Buffet bedienen. Highlight für uns war der Marsala Tee Ausschenker.

Wir kamen (planmäßig und angekündigt !!) mitten in der Nacht an und dann war (aufgrund technischer Probleme ??) unser Zimmer noch nicht bereit. Das Personal hat sich zwar entschuldigt und Tee und Wasser angeboten, aber nach einer langen Reise dann mitten in der Nacht noch 45 Minuten in der Lobby warten zu müssen war keine gute Erfahrung.

Firstly it's very close to airport which is the key point and their gym with having pool outside is simply the best option to stay in New Delhi. The spa is amazing and therapists are so amazing. They are so kind hearted and well professional. I booked 2 treatments one for my wife and 1 for myself. It was just one of the best treatment with Malika. She was keen to know the comfortable and she knew her job excellently. The guy at luggage desk was amazing. Sorry forgot his name but he was truly by heart. The restaurant is nice and I believe Priya, the waitress was exceptional in her customer oriented care in between hundreds of guests. It's a worthy property and will definitely go back there next time arriving in Delhi. Thank you all. Sorry if I forgot other employees. All did a great job. God bless you.

Over all good

Location was very close to airport however the entry to the hotel was difficult to find

Despite requesting for early check in, the first lady at reception delayed the entire check in process by 30 mins after 3 pm. The manager was nice and sorted things

The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful - waiter remembering what you kids ordered in the past few days, reception clerks helping with ticket bookings. It is beautiful property The view is stunning. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

It’s bit difficult to get in and out of the hotel by a car.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable room in aerocity

Asked if I could check in a few hours early and was asked to pay an additional 40 USD; staff wasn’t clear about how to get my to go breakfast and the breakfast itself was miserable - a simple cream cheese sandwich and pastries that didn’t taste fresh and a juice box. Make no mistake / it’s a fine property - but I expected more at that price..
