Reviewed Sep 18, 2026I had a really nice stay at this hotel. I chose it because of its convenient location close to the airport, as I had an early flight the next day, and it was perfect for that purpose. The breakfast was really nice, with a good buffet selection. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures. I also really appreciated the fully equipped gym and the swimming pool. The hotel had a very clean and fresh smell throughout, and the staff were kind and helpful. They also helped me arrange a taxi from the hotel to the airport, which made everything very easy. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay close to the airport.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The hotel is very close to the airport and at the Aerocity. I stayed in Radisson Blue and Welcome ITC Dwarka, Ibis Aerocity, etc. I found this hotel to be the best of them all. I loved the staff, both at reception and at the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful. I had stomach upset the the server (some Yadav?? ) made sure I get the best Khichdi during my stay. The swimming pool is great. My son and nephew loved it. Very good spread for breakfast.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The hotel was close to the airport and ideal for an overnight stay during our long layover before flying home to London. The staff were attentive, helpful and looked after us well. Breakfast was also good, with plenty of choice and great service by Sita and Kawaljeet.
As a family of four, we had to book two separate rooms. At check-in, the hotel offered us a complimentary rollaway bed, so it would have been helpful if this option had been available when booking. Even with an extra charge for the bed, it could have saved us the unnecessary cost of a second room for one night.

Very nice food and excellent service with exceptional staff, especially Kawaljeet in Citrus Cafe, very nice person always attentive and helpful. Guest Feedback
Feedback themes are sourced from guest reviews provided by our data provider.
What guests love
- •Close to airport / convenient for short stopovers
- •Helpful, courteous staff (many named)
- •Clean rooms noted by several guests
- •Good breakfast spread and some praised dishes
- •Comfortable for brief stays
Areas to consider
- •Rooms described as small/cramped
- •Restaurant/food quality inconsistent; some ask for improvement
- •Pool cleanliness issue reported
- •Perceived price increases / mixed value for money
- •No day room availability; billing (GST) issues mentioned
Cleanliness
8/10Multiple comments praise cleanliness ("Clean", "נקי", "I was clean"), but at least one strong complaint about pool hygiene (pigeons/excreta) lowers the score slightly.
Service
9.5/10Service is consistently highlighted positively with many named staff praised (Sita, Manish, Vijay, Kawal, etc.), described as courteous and helpful; occasional negative comment exists but overall service is a major strength.
Location
9.5/10Many reviews cite proximity to Delhi airport/aerocity and convenience for short stopovers — location is a clear positive.
Room Quality
6/10Multiple reviewers repeatedly report rooms are "extremely small" or "cramped"; room size is a notable negative affecting comfort.
Amenities
8/10Amenities (pool, facilities, breakfast spread) are acknowledged and often praised, but issues such as pool cleanliness and lack of day rooms reduce the score to a solid but not top rating.
Value for Money
7.5/10Mixed signals: one headline says 'Value for Money' yet others note price increases and feeling it's not worth the increased rate, resulting in a slightly below-target value score.
Food and Beverage
7.5/10Food receives mixed feedback: some praise breakfasts and specific chefs, while other guests request improvements (restaurant/Citrus Cafe, catering to foreigners); overall slightly below target.
Overall Experience
8/10Overall experience is generally positive for short stays/stopovers (comfortable, convenient, good staff), matching the target overall rating.
