GRAND ZENTRUM HOTEL & CAFE RESTAURANT - Taksim Square

Bonjour, je suis très déçu de cette établissement et du service client booking car je les ai contacté des mon arrivée a l'hôtel j'ai reçu un mail comme quoi je serais rappeler dans les 48h, mon séjour a pris fin et tjrs pas de retour. L'hôpital est catastrophique c'est vraiment une annonce mensongère qui n'a rien avoir avec la réalité. Des que je rentre dans la chambre fenêtre cassé qui ne se ferme pas. Literie très sale troué pas la cigarette. Wc et sale d'eau très vielle et chasse d'eau cassé. C'était les pires vacances de ma vie.

Réceptionniste très désagréable qui ne répondent même pas au salutations sauf le Syrien Ali souriant et poli.

Les lits cassés. Petit déjeuner médiocre. Personnel non qualifié.

Lit cassé qui est resté inchangé malgré la visite de la femme de chambre, alors que cela aurait dû être signalé. Le petit-déjeuner, présenté comme un argument dans l'annonce, était en réalité médiocre, tant en termes de qualité que d'hygiène. De plus, il n'y avait aucune coordination entre la réception et le restaurant pour le nombre de personnes à servir, ce qui a rendu le service compliqué. Le personnel était peu professionnel, rendant l'expérience encore plus difficile. En outre, le manque de respect pour la vie privée était flagrant, notamment lorsque quelqu'un a frappé à la porte de la chambre à 22h30 pour demander le paiement d'un supplément pour le petit-déjeuner, qui s'est avéré être une erreur de leur part.

alles war eine reine Enttäuschung. Dieses Hitel darf auf Booking.com nicht angeboten werden! Zimmer verdreckt, überall Staub und Dreck unter den Betten. Möbel im Bad kaputt, Dusche verschimmelt, Duschkopf kaputt, Klobrille kaputt. Fenster im Zimmer haben keine richtigen Vorhänge, sodass es nachts ziemlich hell war.

Personal ist überhaupt nicht auf Kundenwünschen eingegangen. Tische beim Frühstück waren ständig verdreckt mit Essensresten und Zigarettenasche. Mehrmals vergeblich das Personal gebitten, Tisch sauber zu machen, mehr als uns anzustarren, als ob wir Unmögliches wollten. Kein Kaffe zum Frühstück, nur weißes Brot, das ständig ausging. Ständig mussten wir betteln, mehr Brot zu geben. Frühstück war sehr, sehr mickrig. Kein Obst, keine Säfte, kein Joghurt, nur Butter und Marmelade, und Käse, sonst nichts. Entgegen der Bilder des Hotels, ist das Frühstück eine Frechheit und Abzocke.

Bei der Ankunft im Hotel, war das Zimmer nicht vorbereitet. Das Zimmer was die für uns reserviert haben, war unhygenisch und die Küchenzeile wo Sie raus gebaut haben, haben einfach raus auf das Balkon abgestellt. Den Abfluss haben die mit einem Papierbecher zu gemacht und es hat unheimlich gerochen. Nachdem ich es reklamiert habe, haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen und es war auch nicht so besonders. Die Zimmertür hat immer Probleme gemacht, wo ich es mit der Karte öffnen wollte. Die Abfluss vom Waschbecken war verstopft. Zwei Tage lief der Aufzug nicht.

Staff , only houskeeping 1 Girl Was Kind even they alloed her to clean our Room in 3 days only one time , the Rest days was nothing . Breakfast only cucumber . Cold Eggs 2 plates olive . not coffee . tea properly . Glasses and Plates dirty . damage Shower . Not any sleeper . not even tissues only 1 Rol per day ... Bed as you turn side my Goodness ... all photos and comments are with Help pf Ai and freinds comments ,,,We always left Room 10 am untill 23 informed to Reception but not anyone clean . Even at checkout time we waited not anyone was there finally resturant guy took our Room key ... So bad experience we got from here

Ontbijt was minimaal en ook goed voor de prijs. Locatie was geweldig. Kruipend naar taksimplein, bushalte en metro.

Het is een beetje vervallen en het hotel heeft restauratie nodig. Maar voor de prijs mag ik niet klagen

المصعد جدا صغير يتسع ل3 أشخاص فقط وبدون حقيبة . المطعم جدا متواضع ويفتقر تتنوع خلاف ما منشور في الصور . المقعد الخاص بالمرحاض ملاصق للجدار الجانبي والارتفاع عن الارض غير مناسب خصوصا الغرفة 303

It was all very bad experience we checked out in less than one hour.

We have checked out the room in less than 30 minutes. There was no manager on duty to discuss and share any further details. They told someone named Ali will come tomorrow and discuss. The bathroom WC was broken . There was no water in room and bird shits every where. The mattress was broken. Kindly keep one day's rent and please return the rest of days money back. We are open for discussion. I went with my family but unfortunately the room given to us was not as promised. We booked and paid for deluxe room however, we were given a room with small bed and standard size. The staff misbehaved a lot. There were litter and flies everywhere. It was very very unhygenic.

Location is amazing , 2 minutes walk to Train , Metro Bus and Taxi . Safety first ! Stuff was amazing , boys working there are friendly and professional of their job , I wanna say thanks again , If I’ll ever go to Istanbul again will go to Zentrum . I would recommend everyone to go there and find real city .

My experience at this so-called “hotel” was an absolute disaster – more like a punishment camp or a low-budget horror movie than a vacation. The photos I saw on Booking.com must have been the work of Photoshop sorcery – there was a decade of difference between what I saw online and the grim reality that greeted me upon arrival. Let’s start with the room: Hygiene? Nonexistent. Cleanliness? Pure fiction. The state of the bathroom, toilet, and bedroom was completely unacceptable. There was one towel provided – for a room meant for 2 to 4 people. Maybe we were supposed to take turns? Who knows. The electric kettle didn’t work (probably just for decoration), the chair had a broken leg – perfect for those seeking a bit of adrenaline. The glass was cracked – great if you enjoy risking your lips while drinking water. And the cigarette burns on the chairs? I guess that’s supposed to be "vintage" style, but it screams fire hazard instead. Heating system? Not in one of the rooms, at least. There was an air conditioner, but clearly it was on vacation too. The windows let in the cold like they were auditioning for a nature documentary – free “fresh air” all night long! And let’s not forget the soundtrack: until 2 a.m., you’re treated to a live mix of car noises, shouting, fights, and loud music. Sleep? Try a different hotel for that. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom – of course, it didn’t work either. Honestly, the only thing functioning in this hotel was the growing sense of regret. Now for the miracle of the “very good breakfast”: I arrived at 09:40 – nothing on the table. Not even bad breakfast, just… nothing. The plates were either chipped or stained – say goodbye to your appetite and along with it, your will to live. Reception? From the first moment, you know something is off. They demand full payment before you even see the room. Smart move – you’d probably run if you saw it first.

The hotel was disgusting and not good breakfast and not room service and the blanket was stained room dirty, wall cracked the paint was off WiFi. Not working my booking was 9 nights but I left at the first 4 nights and the photos in booking it not same in reality and it’s not deserve 3 stars.

The location is not bad.

Do not waste your Money! .. I booked this hotel for 2 nights depending on the shared photos over booking.com, but i the reality doe not match with the photos at all. The room is too small, dirty, very old and broken furnture, AC is not working and the room was like a fridge. I asked the respection to give me another room, but all was the same. Finally i left the hotel after the first night and booked another one. Reception staff was unfirendly, did not care for the bad situation and they were not helpful. i do not recommend to book this hotel.

Terrible hotel, so very much dirty i can't believe how dirty it was. Carpet woth cigarette burns, and stained felthy, i couldn't dare to have my feet touch the floor, thats how dirty it was , also so dark with very bad lighting, barely see your hands, bathroon so dirty with mold in the shower, Please stay away from this hotel otherwise you will regret it when it's too late.

I booked a 6 night stay with breakfast and I got a confirmation but when I got there they told me and argued with me that I had no breakfast with my stay. Hotel location is ok but very old and kind of dirty. Room service does nothing but fix your bed and leave you towels. No vacuum or dusting or sanitizing. I spent 40 days in Turkey and I stayed in over dozen hotels. This is the worst. Would not recommend at all. I attached a photo that they say that’s their city view room.

Helt forfærdeligt hotel i dårligt område. Billederne er nærmest falske og hotellet ligner noget helt i virkeligheden. Det er ikke et 3 stjernet hotel, og man får ikke som lovet. Værelserne er mindre end angivet, der var møgbeskidt, og svamp på toilettet. Generelt, lugter hele hotellet og det drypper ind med vand når det regner. Find noget andet for jeres egen skyld.

20 Mart 2019 Cumartesi günü ailemle birlikte gittim otele. Otele gidişim ayrı bir olaydı çünkü daha önce ücretini ödediğim başka bir otelin o gün suyumuz yok diye rezervasyonumu iptal etmesi sonucu bu otele hotels firması tarafından yerleştirildim. O gün paskalya tatilinden dolayı İstanbul'da rezervasyonlarda fiyatlar fahiş derecede şişirilmişti. En basitinden bu otelin o geceki fiyatı 2 oda 4 kişi için 2789 tl idi. Bu ücreti hotels şirketi kendisi ödedi. Bu otele gelince, 2 oda hotels şirketi bana ayırmasına rağmen tek oda vermeye kalktılar. Israrcı ve tepkili olmamdan dolayı 2. odayı verdiler. Bunu da bana bir iyilik yapmış gibi davrandılar. Otel oldukça pis, mahallesi de iyi değil. Kahvaltı fiyata dahildi düşünün yapmadım. Sizlere tavsiyem hotels.com şirketi sözünde duran bir şirket ancak bu otelleri sitesinde barındırıyor olmasından rahatsızım. Bir daha otel konusunda daha kurumsal büyük otellerde kalacağım.
