The rooms are very spacious and clean. They are very comfortable.

Your should look into a restaurant. I'm surprised that you don't have one.

Outlets in the room were in extremely poor condition; cords fell out of the bedside outlets and USB ports were dilapidated to the point of not being able to be used

There were a few small things in our room that didn’t work like the charging ports on the bedside clock, a lamp and the fridge wasn’t able to get very cold .

The linen, bathrooms and floor were unclean and smelly,,especially the carpet, Breakfast was below expectations and felt unusual eating in a small paper plate. No variety in terms or meal choices. The serving is small and quite crowded.

Hotel is advertised online as 4 star, but clearly it’s not!!

There was a slight smell in the room - wondered if there had been a dog in it or perhaps carpets had been recently cleaned. Next time would ask if some rooms are "pet-free" AC/heater was a bit noisy. When I turned it off, as AC not really needed, the fan still came back on.

Short stay but it was clean, comfortable, spacious and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Abil signed me in at check in and was very polite and professional. Everything was prepaid and went smoothly.

All the doors to the rooms slam way too hard. It’s dangerous and very loud. My room shook and there was a sudden slight pressure change in the room when my neighbours door slammed.

The hotel front staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was ample. The room itself needed some work. The carpet was stained and tacky. The floating shelves in the bathroom were sagging. The heater/ AC unit was coming loose from the wall and buckling. In several places, the wallpaper was peeling. Beds were clean and comfy. The hotel is okay - it is in need a some maintenance and updating.

Room was great and felt clean! Staff was very helpful and breakfast was great! The pool however was VERY cloudy. It was only 3-5ft deep and you couldn’t see the kids when they swam near the bottom. The hot tub also produced a LOT of white foam when on. Those two things together tell us that the chemical balances are off and the pool/hot tub area are NOT CLEAN! it stunk like chlorine in the area but unfortunately wasn’t helping it clean. Definitely will look otherwise because of this cleanliness thing with kids!

Convenience staff was good. Enjoyed the breakfast. Didn’t have time to enjoy anything in the hotel though.

I thought the beds are really uncomfortable

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and a good variety of food. Complimentary hot drinks in reception were a great bonus.

The only downside was no bar or restaurant but food was available nearby.

Airport location on edge of city was convenient. I flew in/out and and visited relatives northwest of the city. Good complimentary breakfast options. Staff were pros and accommodated early check in.

My room had a weird odour. You didn’t notice it once you were in the room for a couple of minutes. But it was off-putting every time I entered the room. Room could use a refresh, but overall it served its purpose.

I love staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites by SaskatoonAirport. Staff are very friendly and excited to see you. Very clean.

The toilet was running all night, moving to another room 12 at night.

Hotel was very clean and the suite was a good size

The airconditioning/heater was loud in the room and located right beside couch/TV difficult for kids to watch TV quietly

The area

The room I was given was by the elevator and there were several noisy guests in the hall that night and early when leaving (4 AM). This is not the hotels fault but you would think other guests would be cognizant that their voices carry.

I was not sure if the sheets had been properly laundered as they were all wrinkled, though they looked clean enough and I was exhausted!!

Because of many health and family reasons, we've had to stay in Saskatoon overnight. The Hampton Inn by the Airport has consistently been a 5-star hotel. Our rooms have always been clean with very friendly, helpful, accommodating staff at the front desk, at the breakfast room, housekeeping and maintenance. If we have specific needs, the hotel staff have been very supportive. For example, handicapped rooms, gluten-free diet, assistance when required, just to name a few. For us, coming to the Hampton is like staying with family and friends.

Very quiet hotel, we had a very great sleep and very convenient location to the airport check in.

Swimming pool and whirlpool were clean, and hours were long. Fitness centre was clean, looked after, towels available with water dispenser, its hours were long too. Breakfast was great. Very comfortable bed and linens. Amazing and very helpful staff.

Quite a distance from city centre, however quite close to some grocery stores, etc. There was dripping from the ceiling in the lobby hallway but was addressed immediately by the staff after being notified.

Mattresses are hard as rock, and noise from upper rooms and hallways is so loud!

Was my go to hotel in the past, but that had change but thought I would give them a try again. Front end staff knew I was coming and did there best to make the stay as good as they could. Check in was great, room was nice and freshened up after the first night. The breakfast was weak but that is expected at a hotel. Not sure about eggs and baked beans, made for a long meeting that afternoon;). Pool and hot tub were a bit dirty with hair and brown scum, but it was later in the evening and the hotel was busy. Found a bit of garbage under the sofa bed, but that was it. We will most likely be back.

Everything was great about the hotel and shuttle bus to and from the airport was great.

Only thing I would change is there is only breakfast at this hotel and no restaurant in the hotel to get lunch or Dinner. Next time you are renovating maybe start doing food as you have the kitchen already there and I reckon it would be worthwhile.

Breakfast was great, staff was pretty good. However, Reception desk was rude to my sister when she called asking for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel where she had a room booked.

The pool area was being renovated which is fair, but the last time I stayed here in summer, the hot tub was broken. I booked this place for the nice pool/hot tub area. After driving 6.5 hours to get here I was disappointed. You could’ve told me ahead of time so I could book elsewhere. A shuttle a few blocks away to the travel lodge is a ridiculous alternative. I should get money back for this inconvenience. This stay was not worth my money. I’ll never come back.

Spacious lots of seating very smartly designed with long table sitting in middle of room breakfast bar lots of room no hurry to run down to get breakfast. Service was exceptional. Good options for breakfast. Room was spacious bed was comfortable bathroom was great. Loved the fact I could go down to front desk & get a razor & other amenities if needed without charge.

Room needed a fridge freezer, breakfast bar needed more gluten free options, more tv’s in breakfast room to watch sports or news from any angle, more caffeine free options.

The windows do not open, room smelled musty. Terrible breakfast, that must be eaten from plastic plates and cups, with plastic cutlery.

It would be highly beneficial to have restaurant/bar on premises. Being the "Airport hotel" it means often people do not have own transportation and need to pay for taxies to get some food/drink other than breakfast.

De shuttle bus. Die me midden in de nacht ophaalde van het vliegveld. Nog geen 10 minuten gewacht. Geweldige service.
